SAFETY
åDo not load wagon with more than 300 lbs.
åDo not inflate tires more than 30 PSI.
åDo not use the wagon on an inclined hill.
åPeriodically inspect all nuts and bolts to make sure that they are tight.
åDo not stand on wagon.
ASSEMBLY
Step 1:
åAttach the front axle support (6) to the wagon bed (1) using the bolt (14), washer (15) and lock
nut (16).
åUse the short support brace (7) to connect both axles and fasten them using the bolt (18),
washer (15) and lock nut (16).
åPlace short side of the yoke (8) onto the center stud of the front axle support (6) and fasten it
using the washer (23) and the lock pin (24). Then assemble the long side of the yoke (8) to the
front axle support (6), the short support brace (7) and the long support brace (25) using the bolt
(17), washer (15) and lock nut (16).
åAttach the handle (5) to the yoke (8) using the bolt (19), washer (15) and lock nut (16).
Step 2:
åFix the rear support (9) and the long support brace (25) to the wagon bed (1) using the bolt (14),
bolt (17), washer (15) and lock nut (16).

Step 3:
åSlide the wheel (10) onto the axle with the valve stem facing out, and attach the washer (22), the
spring washer (20) and the cap nut (21).
Step 4:
åTurn the cart upright to the wheels.
åFix the side panel (2), back panel (3) and front panel to the cart bed (1) using the bolt (11),
washer (12) and lock nut (13).
