Do not operate unless all screws are tight. To ensure
stability, proper function, and safety, every six months
check to make sure screws are tighten. Do not use
product if a part becomes missing, broken, damaged, or
worn. Wait until proper repairs have been made by your
dealer before continued operation
Flip the Top Shelf (1. A) on it’s back so
that the at side faces down
Position (1x) Upper Leg (2. D) at each
corner of Top Shelf (A)
Use (4x) Pan Head Screws (3. Z1) and
(4x) Washer Base Lock Nuts (Z2) to fasten
Upper Legs (D) to Top Shelf (A) where
notated (see illustration # 1).

Step 2:Attach Upper Side Panels (B1, B2)
Step 3:Attach Keyboard Back Panel (C)
Slide Left Upper Side Panel (1. B1) and
Right Upper Side Panel (B2) onto the
left and right sides of Top Panel (A).
Make sure the at side of each side
panel faces inward, and hole pattern
matches image (see illustration # 2)
Use (4x) Pan Head Screws (2. Z1) and
(4x) Washer Base Lock Nuts (Z2) to fasten
Upper Side Panels (B1,B2) to Top Panel (A)
where notated (see illustration # 2).
Position Keyboard Back Panel1. (C) between Upper Side Panels
(B1,B2) near rear of cabinet
Secure the Keyboard Back Panel2. to the Upper Side Panels using
(4x) Pan Head Screws (Z1)

Step 5:Position Bottom Shelf (G) and Middle Shelf (F)
Step 4:Attach Keyboard Slides (Z9)
Position Bottom Shelf (1. G) onto
lower brackets of Lower Legs (E).
Position Middle Shelf (2. F) onto upper
brackets of Lower Legs (E).
Note: Do not
fasten screws
lower brackets

Disassemble Keyboard Slides1. into two pieces - base brackets
(Z9a) and rails (Z9b)
Attach base brackets to2. Keyboard Tray (K) using
(8x) CS Screws (Z11).
Set aside until nal step.
Attach rails to Upper Side3. Panels (B1,B2) using
(8x) CS Screws (Z11)

Bottom Shelf (G)
Middle Shelf (F)
Lower Legs (E)
Once rails are attached, set
top unit aside until step 8

Attach Door Hinges (1. Z5) to Right Cabinet Door (J1), and
Left Cabinet Door (J2) using (12x) CS Screws (Z11)
Disassemble the Door Lock (2. Z3) by removing the Lock
Screw (Z3-b), Lock Hasp (Z3-c), and Lock Clip (Z3-d)
from the Lock Cylinder (Z3-a).
Insert Lock Cylinder (3. Z3-a) into the lock hole on Right
Cabinet Door (J1). Attach Lock Clip to Lock Cylinder
(Z3-a), and secure Lock Hasp (Z3-c) to to Door Lock with
Lock Screw (Z3-b), as shown in illustration #6.
Step 7:Assemble Cabinet Doors (J1, J2)
Attach Door Hinges (1. Z5) to Right Cabinet Door (J1), and
Left Cabinet Door (J2) using (8x) CS Screws (Z11). Snap
Door Handles (Z4) into place (see illustration # 7)
Disassemble the Door Lock (2. Z3) by removing the Lock
Screw (Z3b), Lock Hasp (Z3c), and Lock Clip (Z3d) from
the Lock Cylinder (Z3a).

Right Cabinet Door (J1)
Left Cabinet Door (J2)
Door Handles (Z4)
Door Hinges (Z5)
Door Lock (Z3)
(8x) CS Screws (Z11)
Step 6:Attach Cabinet Side Panels (H) and Rear Cabinet Panel (I)
Slide top of panels (1. H& I) into lip
of Middle Shelf (F)
Use (4x) Pan Head Screws (2. Z1)
and (4x) Washer Base Lock Nuts
(Z2) to fasten panels to Middle
Shelf (F) and Bottom Shelf (G) for
each side.

(16x) Pan Head Screws (Z1)
(16x) Washer Base Lock Nuts (Z2)

Carefeully tilt the unit on its back or1. upside down (bottom side up).
Push Locking Casters (2. Z7) into the
bottom of the front legs, and the
Standard Casters (Z6) into the bottom
of the rear legs. Use a rubber mallet if
necessary.
Step 9:Insert Casters (Z6, Z7)
Step 8:Attach Cabinet Doors (J1, J2)

Top Unit
Assembled Cabinet Doors (J1, J2)
(8x) Pan Head Screws (Z1)
(8x) CS Screws (Z11)
Slide top unit legs over base unit1. legs and line up screw holes at
desired height
Secure top unit to base unit using2. (8x) Pan Head Screws (Z1)
Attach Cabinet Doors (3. J1, J2) by
securing door hinges to base unit
using (8x) CS Screws (Z11)

Step 10:Insert Keyboard Tray (K)
Slide Keyboard Tray (K) into top unit
by sliding base brackets (Z9a) into
keyboard rails (Z9b).
