Assembly Instructions for the Collapsible T-Cart
Thank you for purchasing the Collapsible T-Cart from MEC Outdoors. This versatile cart allows
you to move your clay target machine around with ease and collapse for transporting. It features
a clevis hitch for use with 5/8” bent hitch pin to hook on the back of an ATV or attach several
with the hole mount between the axles. Axles are adjustable to a minimum length of 32” and
maximum length of 47.25”. The battery tray accommodates both group 24 and 27 battery sizes.
The cart is E-coated and powder coated for added protection from the elements.
To make your clay target machine safe for the operator and those around, we recommend you
follow these basic safety guidelines before conducting any functions on your machine:
A WORD ABOUT SAFETY
-- Never make any adjustments unless the machine is disarmed and the battery is disconnected.
-- Never load targets unless the machine is disarmed and the battery is disconnected.
-- Never move or reposition unless the machine is disarmed and battery disconnected.
-- Always stand behind the machine at a safe distance when operating.
-- Always read and follow all operating instructions prior to using the clay target machine.

Step 1 - Slide the Tongue Tube (E) onto the tongue
of the T-Cart Sub-Weld (B). Secure using two (6)
HDW6211 bolts and two (2) HDW2034 ange nuts
provided. (Fig 3)
Step 2 - Secure the Hitch Plate (G ) and the Bent
Hitch Plate (F ) to the Tongue Tube (E) using two (6)
HDW6211 bolts and two (2) HDW2034 ange nuts
provided. (Fig 3)
Step 3 - Apply battery tray (H) to the tongue tube (E)
using two (4) HDW2050 bolts and two (3) HDW2047
ange nuts.
Note: If installing a wobble clay target machine
onto the t-cart, the battery tray must be rotated 90
degrees and bolted on.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
CAUTION: Any MEC Clay Target Machine must be in the disarmed state with the battery disconnect-
ed prior to making any adjustments, loading the clay targets or transportation of the machine.

Step 4 - Slide the axle tubes (C & D) into the t-cart
sub-weld (B) using two (7) HDW9308 bolts and
two (2) HDW2034 ange nuts. The threads of (7)
HDW9308 should face up when inserting.
(See Fig. 6)
However, for Wobble/ATA machines larger than
model 100EA1 or 100EW1, (7) HDW9308 threads
should be facing down through the axle to allow
the base to sit at.
Step 5 - Install the run at tires (A) and secure
using two (5) HDW5004N bolts and two (1)
HDW2028 washers. See Fig 8 insert for hardware
placement and nal t-cart image.
Step 6 - Before mounting your machine to
the t-cart, make sure the cart is stable and all
hardware is securely tightened. The clay target
machine must be in the disarmed state and the
battery disconnected.
Bolt the machine to the cart by using four (7)
HDW9308 bolts and 4 (2) HDW2034 ange nuts
in the four corners of the t-cart Sub weld (B)
(see Fig 7). Tighten securely.

These products are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for as long as
the original owner owns it. This warranty is extended only to original consumer purchaser and
excludes any electrical components. Any other use of these products not intended for the reason
it is made will void the warranty.
In the event that your MEC product is found to be defective in material or workmanship, MEC will
repair or replace it (at MEC’s option) at no charge. Should you believe that your MEC product is
defective in material or workmanship, please return it postage or freight prepaid along with dated
proof of purchase, product information and reason for return to the below address. Also be cer-
tain your product is properly packaged to protect it from possible damage in transit.
