General Safety Instructions
Read this instruction manual thoroughly before using the appliance
and save it for future reference and if necessary pass the
instruction manual on to a third party.

precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire,

Check if the electrical specifications of this appliance are compatible with
your installation.
This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and
persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of
experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand
the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning
and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
Children of less than 3 years should be kept away unless continuously
supervised.
Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall only switch on/o
the appliance if it has been placed or installed in its intended normal
operating position and they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards
involved. Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall not plug in,
regulate and clean the appliance or perform user maintenance.
To protect against electrical hazard, do not immerse in water or other liquids.
Do not use near water.
This appliance is for indoor use only.
Do not place objects on top of the unit.
Do not unplug the unit if your hands are wet, electrical shock could occur.
Do not carry the appliance while it is operating.
Place it on a secure and level area. Keep out of reach of children to prevent
any accident.

Remote Control Assembly
The Remote Control requires 2 AAA batteries (not supplied) for operation.
To install the batteries, simply depress the back of the remote, with your thumb
in the indentations, and remove the cover. Insert the batteries according to the
diagram shown inside. Replace the cover.

Right / Left Control (see fig. 1/2)
Press RIGHT/ LEFT button once, indicating light on, the inner louver of air cooler
begins to swing horizontally. Push again, light o, inner louver stops swinging.
Meantime, if you push the louver vertically by hand, air cooler can change to
blow air vertically.
Timer Control (see fig. 1/2)
To start and stop the timer, press the Timer button on the remote control or
control panel to cycle through the timer settings. Time is added 0.5hr till 7.5hrs.
If 30Mins and 1 hour lights on at the same time, it means 1. 5 hours. If no, it
means air cooler works without time limit.
Cool Control (see fig. 1/2)
Press the COOL button once on the remote control or control panel to operate
the cool function. This function begins the process that the air cooler soaks the
water curtain in water so that normal air blown out will be cooler after passing
through the air filter and water curtain. Ice can be added into water of the
water tank to improve the cooling performance. Press the button again to

Unplug the appliance during filling and cleaning.
Use only a damp cloth to clean the enclosure.
Clean unit with a damp cloth with non-corrosive detergent and wipe with a
dry cloth.
Before storing, remove all water in tank, clean unit and re-pack into box.
