1) 切勿將本機浸入水或任何液體中,禁止用水沖洗機器本體。
2) 本機只能與產品銘牌上規定的額定電壓一致的交流電源連接使用,並且該電源必須有合格的接地保
護措施。
3) 切勿損傷電源線。禁止用力拉拽、彎折、扭曲電源線,同時避免電源線接觸熱表面。
4) 如果電源線或插頭損壞,為避免危險,請立即停止使用,並聯繫製造商指定的當地的維修點進行維
修或更換。
5) 此產品可供 8歲以上兒童使用, 對於肢體、感官、心智殘缺或缺乏經驗和知識的人, 如果他們已獲得
監督和安全使用該產品的指導, 並且了解其中的危害, 也可使用本產品。 兒童不應玩弄此產品。 清

11) 加水時不可超過水尺標示的最大水位或低於最小水位,否則機器無法正常工作甚至發生危險。
12) 在使用過程中機器局部會變熱,不要觸摸這些熱表面,以免燙傷。請特別注意保溫盤、杯外壁以及
咖啡溫度會很高,請握住杯手柄小心取出。
13) 使用中不要把手或身體其它部位靠近蒸汽出口,以免被蒸汽燙傷。
14) 產品沒水時請不要使用,僅使用新鮮冷水來煮咖啡。
15) 不要將杯子放在烤箱(包括微波爐)內或明火上加熱咖啡。
16) 當產品處於通電狀態請不要放入空杯或很少水的杯。
17) 玻璃杯子容易撞裂,請輕拿輕放,如杯子有開裂跡象請暫停使用器具,並聯繫製造商指定的當地的
服務維修點購買配件進行更換。
18) 本機操作時需有人看管。拔電源插頭前請將啟動開關設到“OFF”位置。
19) 切勿自行拆卸、修理或改造本機。當機器工作異常,請立即停止使用並聯繫當地的指定維修點進行
檢查、維修。
20) 本機不適於在高海拔地區使用,因為隨著海拔高度增加水的沸點降低,會影響機器的正常功能。
21) 請不要使用在製造商推薦範圍外的附件,它們可能對使用者帶來風險或對器具造成損壞。
22) 為了確保產品具有最佳性能和防止故障,請定期除垢。
23) 由於本機出廠時一些內部零部件上塗有防護油脂,前幾次使用時產品可能會散發出一些煙或氣味,

操作面板
第一次使用之前
1. 取下所有包裝。
2. 將所有配件分別拆下來用水清洗並安裝。
3. 第一次使用該產品時、或者是間隔了一段時間才使用,咖啡機內部可能會附著灰塵或者異物等,請清潔咖啡機後
再使用。 有關清潔步驟請參閱" 清潔和保養"。
4. 請將機器按煮咖啡的模式重複運作 1-2 次。 切記注入清水便可, 不用放任何咖啡粉或咖啡豆。
操作指南
1. 拆下頂蓋後,將欲製作咖啡杯數所需的咖啡豆或咖啡粉倒入濾網。 可因個人喜好增加或減少咖啡豆或咖啡粉的份
量, 但切勿高於濾網內規定的最高" MAX”位置。
**在裝入咖啡豆或咖啡粉之前,請先確認濾網是否已確實安裝妥當。
**注意:裝咖啡豆時切勿灑在熱水導管口內,如有灑在熱水導管口內沒發現而直接安裝了頂蓋,咖啡豆將被導管推
入咖啡機內部管路,將影響咖啡機管道正常供熱水到研磨器,導致咖啡機不能正常工作。
2. 將水箱注入水。
*依照要製作的咖啡杯數,用玻璃壺注入水至咖啡機內所對應的水箱刻度線。(請勿注入超過最高的"MAX"刻度以上
的水量)

3. 蓋上水箱的箱蓋。
4. 將玻璃壺放在保溫盤上。
5. 將電源線插頭插入插座, 咖啡將響起 “嗶聲”,咖啡機進入待機狀態。
6. 將功能旋鈕調至" 咖啡豆模式" 或"咖啡粉模式" 的位置 , 咖啡機響起“嗶聲”後按下" STAR"按鈕 ,咖啡機將再
次響起“嗶聲”指示燈將亮起並閃爍, 咖啡機將開始工作。
7. 研磨咖啡豆過程需時約 23 秒, 完成後機器自動進入煮咖啡模式。
8. 煮咖啡工作完成後, 機器自動進入保溫模式, 指示燈將停止閃爍。 保溫時間約 30 分鐘, 溫度維持約 75℃, 保溫
30 分鐘後機器自動關機。

9. 如不使用本機, 請將控制旋鈕旋轉至" OFF" 位置並拔掉電源插頭。
* 儘管本機設有安全開關系統, 在研磨或煮咖啡其間, 切勿開啟頂蓋, 以免造成損傷。
* 如使用其間機器發生故障, 在開蓋檢查前請先拔掉電源插頭。
清潔和保養
1. 清潔前, 請先關閉電源,將電源插頭從插座上拔出等到咖啡機冷卻之後才進行清潔。
2. 請勿將電源線、插頭或整機直接淋水或放入水中清洗。
3. 按下開蓋按鈕將頂蓋取下, 將整個研磨器連同過濾網向逆時針方向旋轉並取出。
4. 用微濕的軟布擦拭頂蓋及機身的表面。 不能用金屬的刷子擦拭, 否則會造成表面損傷。
5. 將所有部件如研磨器、過濾網頂蓋用清水清洗。 請勿使用磨蝕劑或強烈的化學物品清洗。 待所有部件乾透後才
可裝回機身內並確保安裝到位。
* 刀片非常鋒利, 為免受傷, 請用軟刷清潔研磨器。
* 請用濕布擦拭研磨器周邊的範圍, 切勿弄濕機器內部以免損壞
機器馬達而導致機器故障。
6. 切勿放入洗碗機、乾碗機內使用。
7. 請用微濕的軟布擦拭保溫盤, 切勿用金屬或粗糙的刷子清潔。
8. 機器應每 3個月清潔一次。
9. 本機長期不使用時, 應包裝好並存放於乾爽通風處。
除垢
咖啡機必須定期除垢,否則煮出的咖啡味道將變差,堆積在咖啡機內的水垢可能導致咖啡機永久性的損壞, 如果
咖啡機的噪音增大,工作時間變長,或水箱內水未煮完前咖啡機就自動切斷,這些現象都表示機器需要除垢。
除垢頻率取決於水的硬度和工作的頻率,通常情況下,請參考下面週期操作:
水質較軟,至少每 3個月 1次
水質較硬,至少每 1個月 1次
本機僅適用專用的咖啡機檸檬酸除垢劑,使用前請仔細閱讀包裝上的說明或用戶使用說明書。
1. 按指定比例混合足夠的檸檬酸和水在量杯中 , 並攪拌使檸檬酸充分溶解。(500ml 水約 10g 檸檬酸)
2. 將配好的除垢液液體注入水箱到最大刻度 。
3. 注入清水, 按照“操作指南" 中的煮咖啡步驟來為咖啡機除垢, 無需加入任何咖啡粉或咖啡豆。
4. 重複煮咖啡的步驟至少 2次以清除污垢。
* 注意:請不要注入使用過的除垢液,因為它不再有效果。
5. 最後用新鮮冷水注入水箱再按照煮咖啡的步驟操作咖啡機至少 2次來清除檸檬酸的味道。
** 注意: 除垢過程中不能中斷

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Please read these instructions carefully before use the appliance and save it for future
reference.
1. Do not immerse the supply cord, plug, or appliance itself in water or any other liquids.
2. The appliance should only be connected to an earthed outlet. Make sure the voltage indicated
on the appliance corresponds to the local mains voltage before plugging in.
3. Never unplug or move the appliance by pulling the cord. Do not wind the cord around the
appliance or twist it. Do not allow the appliance or its supply cord to touch hot surfaces or to
come into contact with any heat sources.
4. The supply cord should be regularly examined for signs of damage. If the supply cord is
damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified
persons in order to avoid a hazard.
5. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above if they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand
the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user
maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised. Keep
the appliance and its cord out of reach of children aged less than 8 years.
6. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for
their safety.
7. When the appliance is not in use, please turn it off and unplug it. Do not pull the power cord.
8. Stand the appliance on a stable, flat surface.
9. Forbid to put flammable and explosive objects around the appliance, and do not use the
appliance in an environment full of flammable gas and powder. Keep away from any fire and
heat sources.
10. Make sure cool down before cleaning or storing the appliance.
11. Never fill the water tank beyond the Max. level. Do not use your coffee maker in case of
overflowing.
12. Never touch the hot parts of the appliance (be careful, also the warm plate and the glass jug is
a hot part!). Only take the jug by the handle.
13. Be careful not to get burnt by the steam escaping from the vent. Do not place cloths to cover
the steam vent.
14. Never use your coffee maker without water in it. Only use fresh and cold water to brew coffee.
The temperature of the water should be 10°C-35°C.
15. Never put the jug in an oven (including microwave oven) to warm up the coffee.
16. Never place the empty or almost empty glass jug on the warm plate when the coffee maker is
in function, or on any other hot surfaces.
17. Handle with care the glass jug as the glass is very fragile. Never use the appliance if the jug
shows any signs of cracks.
18. Never operate the machine while unattended. Always set any control to “off” before
unplugging from the outlet.
19. With any indication of malfunction, or power cord and plug is damaged, stop use immediately.
Take it to authorized maintenance center to repair. Do not try to repair by yourself.
20. Make sure the ambient temperature is above 0°C, otherwise the appliance does not function
properly.
21. Never use accessories which are not recommended by the manufacturer. They could constitute
a danger to the user and risk to damage the appliance.
22. Always descale the appliance regularly to ensure optimum performance and prevent
malfunction.

23. The appliance may give off some smoke and smell when you use it for the first a few times
because of the oil on some parts, it will disappear after a few times uses.
24. This appliance is intended for household use and similar applications such as:
–staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments;
–farm houses;
–by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments;
–bed and breakfast type environments.
25. Fill suitable amount of coffee bean or coffee powder but do not exceed “MAX” level.
26. Never use the appliance outdoors and always place it in a dry environment.

CONTROL PANEL
Before using for the first time
1. Remove all packaging. Keep all plastic bags away from children!
2. Wash all detachable parts. Dry the parts before reassembling, make sure all parts are correctly assembled.
3. You cannot brew coffee if you have not flushed the appliance for the first time, or have not used the
appliance for a few days. Please clean the coffee maker before using.
4. Flush the system as per following “Operation Guidelines ” with clean cold water, but no coffee powder or
coffee bean inside.
OPERATION GUIDELINES
1. Unlock the top lid by pressing its lid open switch. Put desired quantity of whole beans into the filter.
Brewing results may vary. Adjust the quantity of the coffee powder or coffee beans to your individual
requirements. Do not fill the beans or powder above the max mark on the filter, otherwise the appliance
could malfunction and /or overflow.

** Make sure the filter has been assembled correctly as figure before adding beans or powder.
** Do not fill the beans into the hot water pipe, otherwise the appliance could malfunction.
2. Uncover the water tank lid and fill with fresh cold water to required level. Then close the water tank lid.
Tips: You can use the jug with level marking to measure the quantity of water approximately.
3. Lock the lid by pressing downwards until heard the click.
4. Place the jug on the warm plate.
5. Connect power plug. A “bi” sound is heard. The appliance is stand by for operation.
6. Switch on the appliance by turning the control knob dial clockwise from “OFF”to “Beans” or “ Powder”
position, the on/off & working indicator light will light up. Press the “START”button, the appliance starts to
work, the on/off & working indicator light flickers. ( see picture 1 & picture 2)

7. The appliance will grind the beans for about 23 seconds at first, then automatically turns into the brewing.
8. The appliance will brew until the water tank is emptied, then enter into keep-warm mode. The on/off &
working indicator light stops flickering. The warm plate will keep the brewed coffee at above 75℃in half an
hour. Then the appliance will be off automatically.
9. If you have no operate the appliance once again, it will automatically shut itself off when reach the default
time. You have to turn the control dial anticlockwise to “OFF”position then unplugging from the outlet.
Important:
1) Never open the lid during the both of grinding & brewing cycle to avoid accidental injury, even if this
appliance is equipped with a safety interlock system, which prevents the appliance from operating if the
lid is open or the grind & brew basket has not been assembled correctly.
2) In case of malfunctioning during grinding & brewing cycle, such as water/coffee is not draining from the
grind & brew basket, unplug the appliance and wait 10 minutes before opening and checking.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. Do not forget to remove the plug from the outlet and make sure cool down before cleaning the appliance.
2. Never immerse the cord, plug, or appliance itself in water or other liquid.
3. Remove the lid by pressing its lid open switch then pull out the filter cover; turn the grind & brew basket
anticlockwise then draw out upwards; Discard any remaining coffee or residues
4. Wipe the lid and outside surface of main body with soft, moist cloth, never use metal polish.
5. The filter cover, grind & brew basket, filter and jug lid can be washed in warm water and rinsed thoroughly.
Dry the parts before reassembling, make sure all parts are correctly assembled. Do not use abrasives or
strong chemical cleaners.
Note:
1) The edge of grinding blades is sharp, use a soft
brush to clean the grind & brew basket, to avoid
injury.
2) Do not put any water in the appliance once the
grind & brew basket has been removed. Wipe
the area under the grind & brew basket with a
damp cloth. If water gets into the grinding motor,
the motor may become damaged and may
malfunction.
6. Never use dishwasher to clean the all parts.
7. Wipe the warm plate with a clean, damp cloth. Never
use rough, abrasive materials or cleansers to clean the warm plate.
8. Clean the appliance at least once every 3 months so as to keep best performance.
9. Store the appliance in a cool and dry place.

DESCALING
The appliance has to be descaled regularly, otherwise the coffee taste will become bad and the scale deposited
inside in the machine may cause permanent and irreparable damage to the machine. If appliance is too noise
during brewing, or a longer time of brewing time, or the appliance switches off before the water tank is empty,
these indicate descaling is necessary.
The frequency depends on the water hardness and the brewing frequency. Generally, the descaling should be
done in the following periodicity:
With soft water, at least once every 3 months.
With hard water, at least once every month.
It is recommended to use citric acid to clean the coffee maker, please read carefully the instructions on its
package or user manual before use.
1. Mix adequate citric acid with cold water in a measuring jug. Mix the citric acid and cold water well.
2. Fill the water tank up to the Max level with prepared solution.
3. Operate the appliance refer to above “operation guidelines”until the water tank is empty, but without ground
coffee in the grind & brew basket.
4. Repeat the steps for another descaling cycle.
Note: Never refill the water tank with the used descaling solution because it is no longer active.
5. Operate two more brewing cycles with fresh, cold water to remove the smell of the citric acid.
Important: Never interrupt the descaling process.

If you encounter any problems while using this coffee maker, please check the following before you apply for
assistance. If you cannot resolve the problem, please contact our authorized maintenance center.
