1) The adaptation platform requirements.
Android 5.0 and above support IOS 9.0and above support
Bluetooth BT4.0
2) Preparation before use
For the first time, please make sure that the Smart Bracelet is fully charged. If
the device cannot be turned on, please charge the Smart Bracelet first.
3) APP download method.
You can download the Android app by search "HryFine"
in the app market or scan the QR code,
and the IOS version can download by scan the QR
code.
4) Pairing your device.
Press and hold the Smart Bracelet touch button to turn on the Device,
please make sure the phone is Bluetooth enabled (Android needs to turn
on GPS).
Open "APP" on the mobile phone - click the button on the front page, or go
to the device interface to search for the device. After searching for the
device, select the MAC string that matches the Smart Bracelet.

After the "Bluetooth Request Pairing" reminder APPears on the Smart
Bracelet, long press the touch button to connect to the APP.
5) Function list.
When the Smart Bracelet is successfully connected, the date and time of
the mobile phone will be automatically synchronized.
APP can synchronize the movement data of the bracelet, such as: heart
rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen, step, body temperature，sleep and
other data.
Function list: home page, status, heart rate measurement, body
temperature measurement, sports mode, information, more functions.
Sports mode: running, skipping, sit-ups, long press to confirm function /
cancel.
More functions: Do not disturb mode, music playback, stopwatch, find
mobile phone, long press to confirm function / cancel.
Information list: View the message pushed by the mobile phone.
More functions: remote control camera, find mobile phone, main page style
switch, restore factory settings, APP download QR code, shutdown, MAC
address.
6) Smart Bracelet operation.
Home: Display time, date, battery step data, etc.
Step by step: Count your step data for the day, clear the data at 00:00h,
you can view the historical steps in theAPP.
Status: Enter the status data interface to display the number of steps and
walking distance and calorie data. Clear the data to 00:00h.
Heart rate: Press and hold for 2 seconds to automatically turn on the heart
rate measurement. After the measurement is completed, the heart rate
result is displayed and uploaded to the APP. When the heart rate is
measured, the blood pressure data and blood oxygen data are also
displayed.

Sports: display multiple sports modes, display exercise time and calorie
consumption during exercise.
Information list: message reminded by APP, long press on the information
function page to view the content of the pushed message.
Remote control photo: When the mobile phone is in the APP interface, the
wristband will press the remote control to take a photo, the mobile phone
will automatically enter the camera interface, and the mobile phone will
automatically take photos.
Find a mobile phone: When connecting with an APP, look for the bracelet
function page and press and hold the phone to make a ringtone vibrate.
Music player: can control the phone's music playback.
Dial push: APP can set the phone's picture as the bracelet dial.
Theme style switching: select different dial styles, long press to confirm the
style, return to the main page is the set style.
Restore factory settings: reset your bracelet device, all the bracelet
information is cleared.
APP download QR code: use the mobile phone to scan the QR code to
download the associated APP application and bind the bracelet.
Shutdown item: Shut down the interface and press it to turn it off. After
turning off the device, press and hold the touch button to boot.
MAC address: Displays the MAC address of the current device.
7) Remark.
