Maintenance
Daily
Check your sprayer for any leaks, complete repairs immediately before spraying.
Clean your system at the end of everyday, use properly labeled containers to empty the sprayer chemicals into
prior to cleaning. Inspect sprayer tank lid seals and lubricate as required.
Your sprayer has 3 screen lters to maintain:
1- Screen Filter under Tank Lid. Pour your chemicals through this lter. Any unmixed chemical particles will
be captured here and not allowed to enter into the pump causing blockages.
2 - On the inside and at the bottom of the tank, is the pump siphon tube. is tube can be rotated up to in-
spect the screen lter for debris. Any debris located here can cause the pump to lose prime and cavitate.
3 - e sprayer also comes with an inline screen and check valve lter. is lter is installed in the output
nozzle of the Trigger Gun or at the end of the telescopic wand. Clean lter as required
Store battery inside a clean and dry environment, charge battery as required. At the end of your days work and
overnight is traditionally the most convenient. is provides a full charge before starting your next days work.
Disconnect trigger gun and wand assembly throughout the day as required. Disconnecting the trigger gun and
wand allows for easy storage of the tank and trigger gun assembly.
Monthly
