Przeznaczony do jedno składnikowych mas i silikonów
Pneumatyczny wyciskacz przeznaczony do jednoskładnikowych mas i silikonów w
aluminiowych kartuszach lub plastikowych saszetkach, stosowanych przy produkcji i
montażu drzwi, okien a także stosowanych przy produkcji pojazdów mechanicznych.
Rewolucyjny system pozwala na regulację ciśnienia siły i ilości materiału.
Standartowe wyposażenie urządzenia.
1) Pistolet pneumatyczny(max 10 bar).
2) Nylonowa końcówka do saszetek.
3) Adapter do saszetek.
4) Adapter do tworzenia specjalnej powierzchni i struktury wyciskanej masy.
5) Zewnętrzna dysza do tworzenia struktury natryskowej (Volkswagen type).
6) Zewnętrzna dysza do tworzenia czystej struktury natryskowej (Renault type).
7) wewnętrzna dysza wkręcana w kartusz.

Umieszczanie kartuszy (masa natryskowa) w wyciskaczu
1) Usuń osłonę umieszczoną
na spodzie kartusza.
3) Przykręć dyszę (7) do kartusza i
zamontuj w pistolecie uprzednio
odkręcając przedni pierścień.
2) Wyłam lub zetnij stożek zaślepiający
kartusz tak, aby pozostawić
nagwintowaną część.
4) Umieść odpowiednią do typu pracy
dyszę i zamocuj zakręcając przedni
pierścień.
Umieszczanie kartuszy masy uszczelniającej w wyciskaczu
( Postępuj zgodnie z punktem 1 i 2 poprzedniej kolumny)
5). Odetnij końcówkę stożka dyszy
dostarczanej z kartuszem w sposób
odpowiedni do swojej pracy
6) Nałóż na kartusz adapter (4), umieść
całość w tubie pistoletu i zamocuj
zakręcając przedni pierścień.

Aplikacja saszetek
7) Podłącz wyciskacz do sprężonego
powietrza wciśnij spust (10) i odkręć
regulator (8), aby ustawić tłok w tubie
przodem do kierunku wyciskania i
wysunąć na zewnątrz.
10) Zamocuj adapter (3) lub (4) na
przedzie tuby (możliwe jest również
zamontowanie adaptera górą do dołu i na
odwrót, jeśli wymaga tego kształt saszetki
i dyszy)
8) Za pomocą śrubokrętu nakręć
nylonową końcówkę (2) na tłok.
11) Zamontuj saszetkę wewnątrz tuby i
utnij końcówkę zgodnie z zaleceniem
producenta saszetki.
9) Za pomocą śrubokrętu wepchnij tłok
do tuby wyciskacza.
12) Nasadź dyszę do saszetek i zakręć
pierścieniem mocującym.
Praca –Przygotowanie
Podłącz wyciskacz pod sprężone powietrze i nastaw ciśnienie nominalne w zakresie 6 bar
dla mas i natrysku lub 8-9 masy gęste i silikon, zakręć obydwie gałki regulatorów zgodnie
z ruchem wskazówek zegara.

Konsystencja a ciśnienie
Wciśnij spust (10) i stopniowo otwieraj regulator (8) aż do wyciśnięcia masy w
odpowiedniej dla typu pracy konsystencji.
Regulacja ilości materiału i natrysk
Dopasowanie ilości materiału i natrysku odbywa się za pomocą regulatora (9). Regulator
ten jest również odpowiedzialny na wielkość natryskiwanego ziarna.

Ze względów bezpieczeństwa a także efektywności pracy dokładnie zapoznaj się z
instrukcją.
WSKAZÓWKI BEZPIECZEŃSTWA
Nigdy nie kieruj końcówki pod ciśnieniem na ludzi lub zwierzęta. Nie kieruj pracującym
wyciskaczem w inne osoby. Zawsze noś ochronne gogle. W przypadku natrysku zawsze
stosuj się do wskazań producenta masy, używaj maski filtracyjnej na twarzy. Nie wykonuj
natrysku lub aplikacji, gdy w pomieszczeniu są inne osoby a zwłaszcza dzieci. Ciśnienie
sprężonego powietrza ustaw za pomocą stanowiskowego regulatora (Np. odwadniacz filtr z
regulatorem i manometrem). Ciśnienie nastawiaj zgodnie z zaleceniami producenta
materiału, którym pracujesz nie przekraczając jednak max ciśnienia pracy urządzenia. Nie
podłączaj sprężonego powietrza dopóki nie jesteś gotowy do pracy. Praca z urządzeniem
musi odbywać się w przeznaczonym do tego pomieszczeniu a natrysk koniecznie w
pomieszczeniu posiadającym sprawną wentylację.
OSTRZEŻENIE:
Zawsze po zakończonej pracy należy wyjąć z tuby saszetki lub kartusze nawet, jeśli nie
zostały opróżnione. Dysze 19, 20, 21 muszą być utrzymywane w czystości. Dysze należy
czyścić zaraz po zakończeniu pracy. Przed użyciem wyciskacza upewnij się czy otwór
dyszy, którą pracujesz jest drożny. W przypadku zaschnięcia materiału w dyszy należy
przeczyścić jej otwór za pomocą sztywnego drutu o odpowiedniej średnicy w sposób
zademonstrowany na rysunku obok, aż do całkowitego jej przetkania (momentu, kiedy
dysza zostanie udrożniona). W takiej sytuacji
zabrania się demontażu dyszy, gdyż tłok będący
pod ciśnieniem może spowodować wypchnięcie
materiału z kartusza, uszkodzić urządzenie lub
nawet być niebezpieczny dla zdrowia operatora.
Zaschnięta masa blokująca dyszę stwarza
potencjalnie niebezpieczną sytuację dla operatora
nawet, gdy wyciskacz nie jest podłączony do
sprężonego powietrza.

A SAFE LOCATION DURING THE LIFESPAN OF THE DEVICE (THE MANUAL AND
ATTACHED WARRANTY CARD IS REQUIRED TO PERFORM WARRANTY REPAIR OF
THE DEVICE). THIS PRODUCT IS INTENDED FOR CAR BODY REPAIR WORKS.

Polyethylene bags (PE) should be put in a plastic waste container.
Waste equipment should be delivered to an appropriate disposal site, because the
device components may present a risk to the environment.
Do not throw the device into a municipal waste container!!

For single component sealants
This revolutionary system allows the application of all kinds of single-component sealants
(in aluminium, plastic or carton cartridges as well as in bags), it sprays the product in
various finishes, creates ridges of various widths on doors and bonnets, applies sealants for
fitting windows.
Standard equipment contained in the box.
1) Compressed air gun (max 10 bar).
2) Nylon piston for sprayable products in bag.
3) Adapter for bags.
4) Adapter for applying specific products for ridges and sealing adhesives.
5) External nozzle for deburred spraying (Volkswagen type).
6) External nozzle for clean spraying (Renault type).
7) Internal nozzle for screwing onto the cartridge.

Inserting the cartridge of sprayable single-component sealant
1) Remove the cover of the bottom of the
cartridge with the salts it contains.
3) Screw the nozzle (7) onto the cartridges
and fit it inside the gun after removing the
front ring-nut.
2) Break the membrane to let the
product come out.
4) Put the external nozzle on the gun and
lock it in place.
Inserting the cartridges of sealants and adhesives for windows
( See points 1 and 2 )
5) Cut the nozzle fitted on the cartridge
to suit your requirements.
6) Put the cartridge onto the adapter (4),
insert the whole cartridge in the gun and
tighten the ring-nut.

Bagged products
7) Connect the gun to the compressed air
and pull the lever (10) opening the
regulator (8) to bring the piston inside
the gun forward to the end of its stroke.
10) Fit the adapter (3) or (4) on the front
part of the gun. (it is possible to fit the
adaptor (4) upside-down according to the
type of nozzle.
8) Using a screwdriver, screw the nylon
piston (2) onto the head of the internal
piston.
11) Cut the bag following the
manufacturer’s instructions and insert it in
the gun.
9) Push the internal piston back with the
screwdriver.
12) Fix the nozzle provided whit the bag
with the ring-nut.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Connect the compressed air at a pressure of about 6 bar for normal products, 9 bar for
sealants for windows. Close both the pressure regulators (8 and 9), turning them in a
clockwise direction.

Ridges
Pull the lever (10) and gradually open the regulator (8) so as to obtain ridges of the
desired consistency.
Partial measurements and paintwork
Various partial measurements may be obtained by slightly opening the regulator (9). If the
regulator is opened further, finishes with various grain may be obtained as required.
IMPORTANT
Do not work with the gun without the cartridge, you could damaged the piston !
IMPORTANT
Please read these instructions carefully to ensure the safe and effective use of this tool.
SAFETY ADVICE
Never direct a jet of air at people or animals. Do not point this gun at any other person.
Always wear eye protection. Take advice from the manufacturer of the material you are
spraying with this product and wear an appropriate face mask, use skin protection. Do not
spray when other people are in the vicinity and do not allow children anywhere near your
spraying equipment. Check the air pressure you are using is suitable for the product and
the material to be sprayed and do not connect the airlines until you are absolutely ready to
commence work. Check the air pressure is no more than 10 bar (140 Psi). Do not spray in
enclosed areas and maintain good ventilation.
CAUTION
Take off the cartridge after use even if it is not empty. Keep inner nozzle (pos. 21 - white
colour) and outer nozzle (pos. 19-20 black colour) always clean. Before using the gun
ensure that cured sealant is not blocking the nozzle orifice. If cured sealant is blocking the
nozzles do not remove them until they have been
both cleaned by cured sealant with heavy gauge
wire and until the product starts flowing out of the
nozzles. A blocking nozzle can cause a dangerous
situation even if the gun is not connected to the
compressed air.

Kartonverpackungen gehören ins Altpapiercontainer. Beutel aus Polyethylen
(PE) gehören in die Kunststofftonne. Gebrauchte Geräte stehts einer
entsprechenden Entsorgungsstelle zuführen, da die im Produkt enthaltenen
Bestandteile umweltschädlich sein können.
Das Gerät gehört nicht in den Hausmüllcontainer!

Für einbestandteiligen dichtmassen
Diese revoluzionierende Pistole ermöglicht das Auftragen von einbestandteiligen
Dichtmassen jeder Art, die in Kartuschen aus Aluminium, Kunststoff, Pappe oder in
Säckchen gefaßt sind. Sie ist zum Spritzen des Produktes in den verschiedensten
Körnungen (Schalen), zum Dichten in verschiedenen Breiten auf Wagentüren und Hauben,
zum Auftragen von Klebern und Dichtmassen zur Kristalleimung geeignet.
Packungsinhalt:
1) Druckluftpistole (Max. 10 Bar).
2) Nylonkolben für in Säckchen gefaßtes Produkt.
3) Passtück für in Säckchen gefaßtes Produkt.
4) Passtück zum Auftragen von besonderen Dichtungsprodukten und von in Kartusche und
in Säckchen gefaßten Klebern und Dichtmassen.
5) Äußere Düse zum begeiferten Spritzen (z.B. Volkswagen).
6) Äußere Düse zum genauen Spritzen (z.B. Renault).
7) Innere auf die Kartusche anzuschraubende Düse.

Einlegen der kartuschen mit spritzbarem einbestandteilprodukt
1) Den Deckel vom Boden der Kartusche
mit den in derselben gefaßten Salzen
wegnehmen.
3) Die Düse (7) auf die Kartusche
aufschrauben und sie in die Innenseite der
Pistole nach Entfernung derer vorderen
Zwinge einlegen.
2) Zum Produktaustritt die Membrane
reißen.
4) Die äußere Düse an die Pistole
montieren und befestigen.
Einlegen der dichtmassen- und kristallkleberskartusche
(Siehe Pünkte 1 und 2)
5) Die zur Kartusche gehörende Düse je
nach dem Anspruch aufschneiden.
6) Die Kartusche ins Passtück (4)
einlegen und alles in die Pistole stecken,
dann die Zwinge befestigen.

In säckchen gefaßtes produkt
7) Die Pistole mit der Druckluft
verbinden und den Hebel (10) ziehen,
indem der Regler (8) geöffnet wird,
damit der Pistoleninnenkolben bis zu
seinem Endgang kommt.
10) Das Passtück (3) oder (4) an die
Vorderseite der Pistole befestigen (nach
der jeweiligen Düsenart kann das Passtück
(4) umgekehrt montiert werden).
8) Mit Hilfe eines Schraubenziehers den
Nylonkolben (2) auf die Kopfseite des
Innenkolbens schrauben.
11) Das Säckchen - je nach dem Hinweis
des Herstellers - aufschneiden und es in
die Pistole einlegen.
9) Mit Hilfe eines Schraubenziehers den
Innenkolben rückwärtsziehen.
12) Die zum Säckchen gehörende Düse
durch die Zwinge befestigen.
Gebrauchsanweisung
Die Pressluft - bei Druck von ca 6 Bar für normales Produkt und von ca 9 Bar für
Kristallkleber - verbinden. Die beiden Druckregler (8 und 9) durch Drehen im Uhrzeigersinn
schließen.

Dichten
Den Hebel (10) ziehen und den Regler (8) allmählich öffnen, so daß man Dichtungen in der
gewünschten Festigkeit erhält.
Partialspritzen und lackierung
Beim allmählichen Öffnen des Reglers (9) ist Partialspritzen in verschiedener Dicke zu
erhalten. Beim weiteren Öffnen des Reglers sind Schalen in den verschiedenen Körnungen
je nach den Ansprüchen zu erhalten.
ACHTUNG:
Läßt man die pistole ohne kartusche arbeiten, dann wird der kolben beschädigt!
WICHTIG:
Zum richtigen Gebrauch der Pistole bitte Gebrauchsanweisung vorher vollständig
durchlesen.
SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
Richten Sie nie die Pistole gegen Menschen oder Tiere. Be- nützen Sie immer einen
Augenschutz. Erkundigen Sie sich nach dem zum Spritzen mit dieser Pistole
angeschaffenen Produkt; benützen Sie eine Maske für das Gesicht und Handschuhe. Be-
nützen Sie nie die Pistole in der Nähe von Personen und bewahren Sie dieselbe mit Ihrem
Zubehör außer Rechtweite von Kindern auf. Achten Sie darauf, daß der Arbeitsdruck für
das von Ihnen benützte Produkt geeignet ist. Machen Sie die Ver- bindung mit der Luft der
Pistole erst als Sie Ihre Arbeit anfangen. Vergewisseren Sie sich, daß der Arbeitsdruck die
10 Bar nicht überschreitet. Zum Schutz Ihrer Gesundheit verwenden Sie die Pistole nur bei
guter Belüftung.
Achtung:
nach dem Gebrauch, immer die Kartusche entfernen - auch wenn nicht völlig leer - und die
Innen- und Aussendüsen entsprechend reinigen. Vor dem Einfügen der Kartusche, prüfen
Sie sorgfältig, dass das Produkt entsprechend flussig ist und dass die Innen- und
Aussenduesen frei von Produktrest sind. Bevor die Zwinge abzuschrauben, immer beiden
Duesen mit einem Draht-Löscher öffnen und
pruefen, dass sie frei von verkruestetem
Produktrest sind.
Auch wenn entfernt vom Drukluftanlage, kann die
Pistole unter Druck sein! Bei Verachtung dieser
Anweisungen kann die Pistole gefaehrlich werden.
