BEFORE THE FIRST USE
• Take the appliance and accessories out the box. Remove the stickers, protective foil, and/or plastic
from the device.
• Wipe the Housing of the oven with a damp cloth or sponge. Wipe dry with a soft dry cloth
• The Baking tray, baking rack and rotisserie fork should be placed in warm soapy water and wiped
down with a sponge or damp cloth. Alternatively, these can be placed in the dishwasher.
WARNING: Do not submerge the Mini Oven in water or any other liquids to clean. Avoid getting the
heating element wet.
• Ensure the removable components are thoroughly dry before inserting them into the oven.
• Always place the unit on a at stable surface and ensure at least 12”of free space around the unit. This
device is not suitable for outdoor installation or use. Place the device in a safe place. Not too close
to a wall, the wall can burn or discolor. Please make sure that curtains or similar items, do not make
contact with the device. Put nothing between the bottom of the device and the surface on which you
place the device in order to prevent potential burning.
• Put the power cable into the socket. (Note: Make sure the voltage which is indicated on the device
matches the local voltage before connecting the device. Voltage 120V 60Hz)
• Using the temperature, timer and function knobs, set the oven to max for 5 minutes. This will burn
o any residue left over from the manufacturing process.
Note: You will only be able to use stove simultaneously if you are not also using the oven .
• Turn o the function knob, turn on both Large and small stoves by the stove switches and set the
temperature knob to Max. Leave the stoves on around 5 minutes. During this time, vapour / smoke
will be emitted as the protective coating is heated and dispersed.
CAUTION: The exterior of the device is heated also. Avoid any physical contact and always use the
handle on the glass door to open the oven.
USE OF ACCESSORIES
• Use the baking rack to prepare dry foods such as bread and pizza.
• The baking tray is suitable for cooking food where fat is released, such as meat and chicken dishes.
The baking tray can also be placed under the grid to absorb any fat drippings.
• Food, like bread, pizza and meat which is baked too long in the oven can burn; this can be prevented
by checking the food in the oven regularly to make sure it does keep too long in an active oven.
Never heat food in jars or cans directly in the oven, the heat could cause the container to explode and
cause injury. Always use ovenproof bowls and plates.
• The oven may, during its rst use, spread a smell and smoke; this is normal, so use the device in a
well-ventilated area.
