Food Processing Hints
WARNING: Neveroverllthetumbler.Themaximumcapacityofthetalltumbler
is 400ml. The maximum capacity of the small tumbler is 250ml.
For best results, solid foods should not be larger than 25mm in size.
Cut or tear food into pieces approximately equal in size before infusing.
Grinding Coffee
Preparing and storing freshly-ground coffee is simple with the NutriInfusion 218
1. Add up to 1 tumbler whole roasted coffee beans to the small tumbler.
Ifdesired,addanyotheravouringingredients,suchascinnamonorvanilla
bean.
2. Add the grinding blade.
3. Grind until coffee beans reach desired texture.
The coarser the grind the milder the brew. For espresso, grind until the
beansaregroundtoanepowder.
4. Add the solid lid to store ground coffee.
Please use the same instructions if you need to grind nuts or spices.
WARNING: Never use the grinding blade to process liquids of any kind.
Infusion Methods
Pulse
Your NutriInfusion 218 has a powerful motor for its size. When you want coarse
chopped onion or chunky tomato care must be taken not to over process food
or you will liquefy it. Use the Pulse Method in these instances.
To pulse, press down on the tumbler to turn on and release immediately.
Let the blades stop. Check food consistency and pulse again if necessary.
IMPORTANT: To pulse successfully only press down on the tumbler. Do not twist
as you may accidently lock the tumbler on and over process your food.
Shake
Thicker ingredients can make it hard for food in the top of the tumbler to move
down into the blades. In this case, remove the tumbler from the motor base
and give it a vigorous shake then return it to the motor base and continue
infusing.
Tap
If you’re infusing dense, sticky ingredients like guacamole or hummus and it’s
stuck on the side of the tumbler, remove the tumbler from the motor base. Give
the tumbler and blade collar a tap on your countertop to shake the ingredients
down into the blades.
Return the tumbler to the motor base and continue infusing.

NANO–CHEF FOOD PROCESSOR OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

2. Place the Food Processor bowl onto the motor base. Make sure the three

the motor base and lift off to remove.
IMPORTANT: For best results, solid foods should not be larger than 25mm in size.
Cut or tear food into pieces approximately equal in size before processing.
WARNING: Do not use the motor continuously for more than 1 minute at a
time as this could cause permanent damage to the motor. If the motor stops
working, unplug the motor base and let it cool for several hours before using
again. Your NutriInfusion 218 has a thermal circuit breaker that shuts the motor
off if it overheats. Letting the motor cool down should allow the circuit breaker
to reset.
IMPORTANT: If under heavy load, the base may become unstable. Simply
place hand on lid to prevent overturning.
