Please read carefully before using your Multi-rider and keep for reference
When using the Multi-rider, you may wish to dim the lights or motivating music.
Always remember to keep children and pets away from the unit while in use.
Directions for Use
We recommend that beginners start with a short session at a low speed,3 to 6
minutes per session, twice daily. Gradually increase the duration of each session
to a maximum of 15 minutes, twice daily. As you feel more comfortable you can
progress to higher speed settings.
You may use either set of pedals supplied with the unit for any of the positions
suggested below. See enclosed instructions to change the handles.
Plug the power cord into a 120volt outlet and place the unit so that the
ON/OFF switch faces you. Push the switch to ON. You will see four “8s” on the
display until you begin the program as described below.
Position 1 sitting (please use a strong stable chair)
Make sure the Multi-rider is a comfortable distance away form your chair (to
avoid over-extending the knees)
1. Make sure your lower back (lumbar region) is supported while using the
Multi-rider. We recommend that you use a small pillow under your lower
back.
2. Sit back placing both feet on the pedals.
3. Remove the remote control from the magnetic mount and press the
Start/Pause button once and the pedals will start to turn. To stop press
Start/Pause.
4. Press Speed and choose 30/40/50/or 60 rpm as desired.

5. Press timer to choose 3/6/9/12or 15 minutes as desired. The unit will
shut off automatically when it completes the selected number of minutes.
You may press the mode button at any time to see time remaining.
6. Press mode button to display the number of revolutions and calories
burned.
7. For auto mode, press the auto button and unit will run on a fixed program.
In auto mode, the unit will begin at 30 rpm and gradually increase to 60
rpm. After three minutes, the unit will slow back down to 30rpm, then
stop and reverse. The program will then keep repeating until the
Start/Pause button is pressed.
8. To reverse the direction of the pedals, press the Forward/Reverse button
once.
9. To stop the Multi-rider at any time during your program, simply press the
Start/Pause button.
10. An alarm buzzer will sound and the motor will stop if the machine is not
used properly or if the user does not, or cannot keep up with the
revolutions. Press Start/Pause button once to restart.
11. When the session is finished, you may want to continue sitting in the
same position for a few moments and then slowly stand up.
12. Press the ON/OFF switch to off position.
Position 1A Sitting gently lean slightly forward keeping the back
straight(please use a strong stable chair). Follow steps in Position 1A helps
engage the muscles of the lower back.
Position 2 Lying down(Important note*** If being used on the bed, make
sure multi-rider is stable. It should be placed on a solid board or support so
tat the multi-rider not sitting on the actual mattress of fabric.)

1. When lying down make sure your lower back(lumbar region)is supported
while using the multi-rider. We recommend that you use a small pillow under
your lower back and under your head for support.
2. Lay back placing both feel on the pedals(you may wish to use the support
straps.)
3. Place your arms at your sides and follow the steps in Position 1 for Speed. To
stop the machine at any during the session, simply press Start/Pause and
hold for 2 seconds.
4. When the session is finished, you may want to continue lying in the same
position for a few moments and then slowly stand up.
Position3 Sitting position upper body (place multi-rider on a sturdy table).
Make sure the multi-rider is a comfortable distance away from your chair(to
avoid over-extending the elbows).
1. Place your multi-rider on a sturdy table and sit on a stable chair so that the
multi-rider is at chest level(remote control magnetic holder facing you).
2. Make sure your feet are shoulder distance apart and firmly positioned on the
floor.
3. Follow the steps in Position1 to begin your session.

4. When the session is finished, you may want to continue sitting in the same
position for a few moments and then slowly stand up.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
The best way to use the multi-rider is on a flat, stable surface. Do not allow
the Multi-rider to run for more than 15 minutes at one time. If you have any
medical questions regarding the use of the multi-rider, please contact your
physician.
The multi-rider is for household, not commercial use.
Do not use the multi-rider outdoors.
The multi-rider should never be left unattended when plugged in.
Unplug the cord from the outlet when not in use and before putting on or
taking off accessories.
Do not allow small children to use this product.
An invalid or unconscious person must not use the multi-rider.
Use the multi-rider only for its intended use as described in this manual.
Do not use attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.
Keep cords always from heated surfaces.
Never drop or insert any object into any opening on the multi-rider.
Do not carry the multi-rider by the power supply or remote control cord, or
use the cords as a handle.
To disconnect the multi-rider, make sure the unit is turned “OFF”, then
remove the plug from the outlet.
Do not use the multi-rider if it has a damaged cord or plug, if it is not working
properly or if it has been dropped or damaged, or immersed in water. Call
customer service number for further instructions.
Do not operate the unit under a blanket or pillow
Over-heating may cause fire electric shock or injury.
PRECAUTIONS
Before using the multi-rider or any fitness product, always consult with your
physician or health care provider. Especially if you suffer from the following
conditions:

﹡ Suffer from hip problems

Here are some answers to commonly asked questions………….
How often should I use the multi-rider?
Always begin by taking into consideration your overall level of fitness. In general,
beginners should start with 3-6 minutes per session, twice each day. Over a 2 to
3 week period, gradually increase to a maximum of 15 minutes per session. For
optimum results use twice daily, once in the morning and once in the evening.
Should I wear shoes while using the multi-rider?
This is a preference issue, some users prefer to wear socks, others shoes.
CARE OF YOUR MULTI-RIDER
1. When not in use, make sure the machine is turned off.
2. Never immerse in water or wipe with a wet cloth. You may use a soft dry cloth.
3. Never clean with chemical cleaners.
Caution:
To prevent electric shock, match wide blade of plug to wide slot.
