3.2 WARNING! Failure to follow these instructions could result in fi re, explosion or burn hazard which could
cause property damage, personal injury, or death.
3.3 WARNING! Do not use spirit or petrol for lighting or re-lighting! Use only fi relighters complying with EN 1860-3!
3.4 DO NOT USE INDOORS! Do not use the grill and plancha in a confi ned and/or habitable space e.g. houses,
tents, caravans, motor homes, or boats. Danger of carbon monoxide poisoning fatality.
3.5 WARNING! The grill will become very hot, do not move it during operation.
3.6 WARNING! Keep children and pets away.
3.7 When removing the hot grill from the OFYR®cooking unit, always place it on a heatproof surface.
3.8 The used grill will be greasy after us. Putting it on a stone or wooden surface will permanently
stain the surface.
3.9 Always wear protective fi re-resistant gloves when handling the grill or adjusting the fi re.
3.10 Always keep a fi re extinguisher (BC or ABC) accessible while operating the grill.

4. USING THE OFYR®GRILL ROUND 75
4.1 SETTING UP THE OFYR®GRILL ROUND 75
4.1.1 Light the fi re of your OFYR®75 Corten according to the instructions in the manual for the cooking unit.
4.1.2 Wearing protective fi re-resistant gloves, place the OFYR® Grill Round 75 directly over the fi re
on top of the cooking plate. Make sure to align the feet with the inner edge and check that the feet
are placed securely on the cooking plate.
4.1.3 Let the grill heat up along with the cooking plate to ensure even cooking and prevent sticking.
4.1.4 It is recommended to create a controlled fi re with smaller fl ames. If the fl ames get too high,
they may burn the food.
4.1 COOKING WITH THE OFYR®GRILL ROUND 75
4.1.1 Before use, lightly oil the entire surface of the grill. This will prevent food from sticking and add fl avour.
4.1.2 Place the ingredients on the grill. Position them in the centre for higher heat or alongside the edge
for indirect heat.
4.1.3 Keep an eye on the food and fl ip as needed. Diff erent foods require diff erent cooking times,
so be attentive to avoid overcooking or burning.
4.1.4 The grill is also suitable for use with cast iron casseroles. Always wear protective fi re-resistant
gloves when placing the casserole on the grill or when removing it from the heat.
5. MAINTENANCE
5.1 Start cleaning the OFYR® Grill Round 75 while it is still hot. Scrape off the food residue with
the OFYR®Spatula.
5.2 Once the steel has cooled down, use a steel sponge or steel brush for more thorough cleaning.
5.3 Rust formation can occur if you do not properly maintain or oil your OFYR®Grill Round 75.
Clean off the rust with a steel sponge or steel brush. Then oil the grill with vegetable oil.
5.4 After cleaning, ensure the grill is completely cooled down before storing it in a dry place.

4. NUTZUNG DES OFYR®GRILL ROUND 75
4.1 EINRICHTEN DES OFYR®GRILL ROUND 75
4.1.1 Zünden Sie das Feuer Ihres OFYR® 75 Corten gemäß den Anweisungen in der Bedienungsanleitung
für die Kochstation an.
4.1.2 Tragen Sie schützende hitzebeständige Handschuhe und platzieren Sie den OFYR®Grill Round 75
direkt über dem Feuer auf der Kochplatte. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Füße mit dem inneren Rand
ausgerichtet sind und dass die Füße sicher auf der Kochplatte aufl iegen.
4.1.3 Lassen Sie den Grill zusammen mit der Kochplatte aufheizen, um gleichmäßiges Garen
zu gewährleisten und ein Anhaften zu verhindern.
4.1.4 Es wird empfohlen, ein kontrolliertes Feuer mit kleineren Flammen zu erzeugen. Wenn die
Flammen zu hoch werden, können sie das Essen verbrennen.
4.1 KOCHEN MIT DEM OFYR®GRILL ROUND 75
4.1.1 Vor der Verwendung das gesamte Grillrost leicht einölen. Dies verhindert, dass Lebensmittel anhaften,
und fügt Geschmack hinzu.

4.1 EINRICHTEN DES OFYR®GRILL ROUND 75
4.1.1 Zünden Sie das Feuer Ihres OFYR® 75 Corten gemäß den Anweisungen in der Bedienungsanleitung
für die Kochstation an.
4.1.2 Tragen Sie schützende hitzebeständige Handschuhe und platzieren Sie den OFYR®Grill Round 75
direkt über dem Feuer auf der Kochplatte. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Füße mit dem inneren Rand
ausgerichtet sind und dass die Füße sicher auf der Kochplatte aufl iegen.
4.1.3 Lassen Sie den Grill zusammen mit der Kochplatte aufheizen, um gleichmäßiges Garen
zu gewährleisten und ein Anhaften zu verhindern.
4.1.4 Es wird empfohlen, ein kontrolliertes Feuer mit kleineren Flammen zu erzeugen. Wenn die
Flammen zu hoch werden, können sie das Essen verbrennen.

4. UTILISATION DE L’ACCESSOIRE
OFYR®GRILL ROUND 75
4.1 MISE EN PLACE DE LA GRILLE OFYR®GRILL ROUND 75
4.1.1 Allumez le feu de votre OFYR®75 Corten en suivant les instructions du manuel de l’unité de cuisson.
4.1.2 En portant des gants, placez l’accessoire OFYR®Grill Round 75 directement sur le feu, au-dessus
de la plaque de cuisson. Veillez à aligner les pieds avec le bord intérieur de la vasque et vérifi ez que
les pieds sont bien placés sur la plaque de cuisson.
4.1.3 Laissez la grille chauff er en même temps que la plaque de cuisson afi n d’assurer une cuisson
uniforme et d’éviter que les aliments ne collent.
4.1.4 Il est recommandé de créer un feu contrôlé avec de petites fl ammes. Si les fl ammes sont trop
hautes, elles risquent de brûler les aliments.
4.2 CUISINER AVEC LA GRILLE OFYR®GRILL ROUND 75
4.2.1 Avant d’utiliser la grille, huiler légèrement toute la surface de cuisson. Cela empêchera les aliments
de coller et ajoutera de la saveur.
4.2.2 Placez les ingrédients sur la grille. Placez-les au centre si vous souhaitez une cuisson rapide
à haute température ou sur le bord pour une cuisson plus lente.
4.2.3 Surveillez les aliments et retournez-les quand c’est nécessaire. Chaque aliment a un temps
de cuisson qui lui est propre : vérifi ez le temps de cuisson de vos aliments en amont et soyez
attentifs afi n d’éviter qu’ils soient trop cuits/brûlés ou trop crus.
4.2.4 La grille peut également être utilisée avec des cocottes en fonte. Portez toujours des gants
résistants à la chaleur lorsque vous placez la cocotte sur la grille ou lorsque vous la retirez
du feu.
5. ENTRETIEN
5.1 Commencez à nettoyer la grille OFYR®Round 75 lorsqu’elle est encore chaude. Gratter les
résidus de nourriture avec la spatule OFYR®.
5.2 Une fois que l’acier a refroidi, utilisez une éponge ou une brosse en acier pour un nettoyage
plus approfondi.
5.3 De la rouille peut se former si vous n’entretenez pas ou n’huilez pas correctement votre grille
OFYR® Grill Round 75. Nettoyez la rouille avec une éponge ou brosse en acier, du papier de verre
ou une ponceuse. Huilez ensuite la grille avec de l’huile végétale.
5.4 Après le nettoyage, veillez à ce que la grille soit complètement refroidie avant de la ranger
à l’intérieur dans un endroit sec.
