When storing the UPS, charge the battery thoroughly and turn OFF the power switch. Recharge the battery
within 6 months when storage temperature is 25℃ or less, or within 2 months when storage temperature is
40℃ or less.
●The battery discharges even when it not being used, and it goes into over discharge state if it is left for a long
periodoftime.
 Thebackuptimemaybecomeshorterorthebatterymaybecomeunusable.
●The battery charge time is 36 hours when 1 additional battery unit is connected, 60 hours when 2 units
connected,or84hourswhen3unitsconnected.
Do not install or store the unit in a place exposed to direct sunlight.

Remarques
Charger la batterie aussitôt après l'achat.
●Si l’appareil n’est pas utilisé pendant une longue période après l’achat, les performances de la batterie peuvent
se détériorer et elle peut devenir inutilisable.
●La batterie peut être chargée une fois que la che raccordant la prise de courant de contribution de courant alternatif
de l’UPS au pouvoir commercial.
Lors du stockage de l'ASP, recharger la batterie pendant au moins 24 heures et couper
l'interrupteur d'alimentation. Recharger la batterie pendant au moins 8 heures tous
les 6 mois lorsque la température de stockage est de 25ºC ou moins, ou tous les deux
mois, lorsque la température de stockage est de 40ºC ou moins.
●La batterie se décharge progressivement même lorsqu’elle n’est pas utilisée et passe dans un état de décharge
excessive si elle est laissée au repos pendant une longue période.
La durée d’autonomie peut être réduite et la batterie devenir inutilisable.
●Lorsqune unité de batterie supplémentaire est connectée, le temps de charge est de 36 heures,orsque deux
unité de batterie supplémentaire est connectée, l’unee temps de charge est de 60 heures, lorsque trois unité de
batterie supplémentaire est connectée, l’unee temps de charge est de 84 heures.

When performing rack installation, ensure that the UPS is supported and
stabilized by using both the support angles and the table clamps that were
included.
Be sure to place the additional battery unit in a position lower than the UPS.

addition connector and battery addition signal connector at the back of the UPS.

Battery replacement procedure
For information on UPS battery replacement procedure, refer to the UPS instruction manual.
1. Remove the two screws that the front panel. Pull the left side of the front panel toward you and
remove it.
Caution
When performing battery replacement while the unit is installed vertically, replace the upper battery
packbefore replacing the lower battery pack.
●The unit may fall over if the lower battery pack is removed
Caution
Be sure to replace the batteries of the UPS and additional battery unit at the same time. Do not replace the
battery of only one of UPS or additional battery unit.

3. Replacing the battery

* If an input power supply error such as a power failure occurs when replacing the battery while in opera-
tion, backup cannot be performed and output stops.
* Do not replace the battery during backup operation. Output will stop.

6.  Remove the connector of the cable that runs from the battery pack. Pull it while holding the locking
mechanismlocatedatthetopandbottomoftheconnector.

Use the line on the label on top of the battery pack, which is 10 cm from the inner edge of the battery,

handssoasnottodropit.
