7.Itshallbetheabsolutediscretionofthecompanytoa)effecttherepairsor
replacementofpartswhetheratthesiteofinstallationoratanyservicecentre,andb)
havethejobattendedtoeitherbytheCompany'sservicepersonneloritsauthorised
dealer.
8.Thiswarrantyisinthenatureofandforthepurposeofsetforthhereinaboveandin
particulartheCompanyshallnotinanyeventbeliablefordirect,indirect,incidentalor
consequentiallossordamagestoeitherthesaidpurchaserand/orhispropertyorany
otherthirdparty.
9.Thepurchasershouldpreservetheoriginalinvoicefornecessaryverificationand
produce,asandwhenrequired.

10.Warrantynullandvoidif:
i.TheMicrowaveOvenisnotpurchasedfromtheauthorizeddealersofthe
company.
ii.TheServiceCentrecopyofwarrantycardisnotreceivedwithin10daysofdateof
purchaseatthenearestAuthorisedServiceCentre.
iii.Anydamageiscausedbyaccident,mishandling,tamperingwithinstallation,
ornegligenceinfollowinginstructionsoftheusermanualissuedbyCompany.
iv.Anydamageiscausedbyimproperelectricalcircuitoutsidetheunitorbyany
defectiveelectricalsupply
v.Atanytime,duringthewarrantyperiodifanypartoftheunitistamperedwith,
altered,repairedorservicedbyanyunauthorizedperson,notbeingtheauthorized
representativeofthecompanyoritsauthorizeddealers
vi.Theserialnumberoftheunitoranypartthereofisdamaged,defaced,
altered,obliterated,ortamperedwithorremovalforanyreasonwhatsoever
Donotinstallovenoverarangecooktoporotherheat-producingappliance.If
installedcouldbedamagedandthewarrantywouldbevoid.
11.Noneoftheemployeesand/orAuthorizedDealersoftheCompanyhaveany
authoritywhatsoevertovarythetermsandconditionsofthiswarranty.
12.ThiswarrantyshallbedeemedtohavebeenissuedatMumbai,stateof
Maharashtra&courtsatMumbaishallhaveexclusivejurisdictiononmatters
coveredbyorfollowingfromthiswarranty,andtheoriginalpurchaseraloneshall
havecauseofactionarisingoutofthetransaction.
