4.WORKWITHBOOKSANDFILES4.1.GettingstartedwiththelibraryThefirsttimeyouopenthelibrary,youmustscantheinternalmemory.Thiswillhelpthesystemextractmetadata,addbookstothecatalogueandsortthem.Tolaunchthisprocedure,presstheSCANLIBRARYbutton.Eachtimeyourecordordeletebooksfromthememoryofthedeviceitisnecessarytolaunchthescanmanuallytorefreshthelibrary.4.2.SortingandfilteringInthelibrary,booksaregroupedbyauthors,seriesandtitles(foreachgroupthenumberofitemsinitisdis‑played).Withinthesegroupstheitemsaresortedalpha‑betically(intheseriesbooksaresortedbytheirnumbersintheseries),forauthorsandseriesthenumberofbooksisindicated.Theitemsbeginningwithdigitsorwithoutanamearelocatedattheendofthelist.Onthemainpageofthelibraryitispossibletosetthefilterbylanguage,genre,text,dateofthebook’spublicationanddateoffilecreation.Aftersettingthefilterinthegroups“Authors”,“Series”,“Titles”bookswillbedisplayedbytheircorrespondingfilterparameters.10
