Introducción /Introduction
Los Breakers son interruptores automáticos que protegen los circuitos
eléctricos o sistemas del avión y que saltan una vez se alcanza un umbral
programado. Nuestros breakers están fabricados en plástico inyectado, lo
que confiere al producto una gran calidad y acabado, ademas de
proporcionar una máxima resistencia en las condiciones más extremas.
Presentan compatibilidad con paneles de aviación reales, tarjetas de
Opencockpits u otras. La grabación de los tapones se realizan por laser,
consiguiendo una gran durabilidad y una mayor resistencia al uso.
De esta manera, si disponemos de un software simulador que soporte
dichas funciones, podremos manejar el avión como si del real se
tratara.
Breakers are circuit breakers that protect the aircraft's electrical circuits
or systems and that trip once a programmed threshold is reached. Our
breakers are made of injected plastic, which gives the product a high
quality and finish, in addition to providing maximum resistance in the
most extreme conditions.
They present compatibility with real aviation panels, Opencockpits cards
or others. The engraving of the caps is carried out by laser, achieving
great durability and greater resistance to use.
In this way, if we have a simulator software that supports these
functions, we will be able to handle the plane as if it were the real one.



supeditados al modelo de panel y al avión y/o add-on que se use.

Puesta en marcha / Start up:
Dentro del catálogo de tarjetas IOCards de Opencockpits, podemos
encontrar varias compatibles con el uso de los breakers. En este manual
vamos a detallar la conexión de breakers con la tarjeta USB Rele [2T14]


con el esquema USB Expansion [2T3] y Master Card [2T1], usando la Relé
[2T14] como tarjeta única y en red (dos tarjetas Relé).
Within the Opencockpits IOCards catalog, we can find several compatible
with the use of breakers. In this manual we are going to detail the
connection of breakers with the USB Relay card [2T14] with the USB
Expansion [2T3] and Master Card [2T1], using Relay [2T14] as a single
card and in network schema (two Relay Card).

Chequeo / Check
Se requiere el uso del software Sioc. Sioc está disponible en la página
de tienda de Opencockpits, en la pestaña “Soporte – Software”.
The use of Sioc software is required. Sioc is available on the
Opencockpits store page, under the "Support - Software" tab.


Una vez tengamos los breakers conectados siguiendo uno de los dos
esquemas del manual, SIOC Monitor lo reconoce. Si accionamos
interruptores, el programa identificará el número de cada entrada
además de poder probar el selenoide (automático) activando por
menos de un segundo la entrada de la relé donde la tengamos
coectado. Para el primer breaker deberemos accionar el primer relé
(+V) y el último (GND). Es muy importante no dejar alimentados los
relé más de un segundo para no quemar el selenoide.
Once we have the breakers connected following one of the two
diagrams in the manual, SIOC Monitor recognizes it. If we activate
switches, the program will identify the number of each input in
addition to being able to test the solenoid (automatic) by activating
the input of the relay where we have it coected for less than one
second. For the first breaker we must activate the first relay (+ V)
and the last one (GND). It is very important not to leave the relays
powered for more than one second to avoid burning the solenoid.
Instalación del Software / Software Installation:
Al igual de lo que sucede en otros módulos de Opencockpits y debido a la
cantidad de diferentes add-ons que pueden ofrecerse, es imposible que
Opencockpits pueda ofrecer cobertura para todos ellos ya que el software
siempre es obra de terceros y Opencockpits no tiene ninguna vinculación
con ellos. Aun así, Opencockpits ha hecho el esfuerzo de intentar integrar
su hardware con todos estos paquetes externos, aunque con
determinados productos ha sido muy difícil hacerlo. El siguiente código se
ha desarrollado para ser usado con ProSim, pero puede seguirse como
ejemplo para implementarlo en cualquier otro add-ons.
As in the other Opencockpits modules and due to the number of
different add-ons that can be offered, it is impossible for Opencockpits


to offer coverage for all of them since the software is always the work
of third parties and Opencockpits does not have any link with them. Even
so, Opencockpits has made the effort to try to integrate its hardware
with all these external packages, although with certain products it has
been very difficult to do so. The following code has been developed to
be used with ProSim, but can be followed as an example to implement it
in any other add-ons.
Nuestra propia configuración / Our own configuration:
Para ello crearemos nuestro propio script, bien usando el config_sioc.exe
o bien usando cualquier editor de textos y escribiremos el script tal y
como lo haríamos con cualquier otro lenguaje de programación,
finalmente lo compilaríamos o y lo ejecutaríamos con sioc.exe.
For this we will create our own script, either using config_sioc.exe or
using any text editor and we will write the script as we would with any
other programming language, finally we would compile it or and execute
it with sioc.exe.
El realizar nuestro propio script no es muy difícil, aun así a continuación
detallamos un método más fácil para llevar a cabo esta tarea.

Uso de los ficheros configurados por Opencockpits o
terceros / Use of files configured by Opencockpits or
third parties:
Una vez descargados los programas y scripts pasaremos a usarlos,
conectaremos la tarjeta USB Rele Card o USB Expansion al ordenador.
Ejecutaremos Sioc.exe, observaremos en la ventana superior derecha el


valor del puerto USB (Device) donde se ha conectado el módulo y
tomamos nota del número.
Once the programs and script have been downloaded, we will use them,
we will connect the module to the computer, we will execute Sioc.exe.
We will observe in the upper right window the value of the USB port
(Device) where the module has been connected and we take note of this
number.


Los pasos para la configuración son:
1. Hacer clic en Script. Dir. y pegar el código script a utilizar.
2. Hacer clic en Multiple Scripts y cargar el script.
3. Hacer clic en Config Devices, seleccionar la tarjeta dentro de la
lista de Devices conectados y el script dentro de la lista de
IDX. Tras esto, hacer clic en link, ecribir 1 en #Cards y hacer
clicenOK y Save&Exit.
The steps for configuration are:
1. Click Script. Dir. And paste the script code to use.
2. Click Multiple Scripts and load the script.
3. Click on Config Devices, select the card from the list of Connected
Devices and the script from the IDX list. After that, click on link, write 1
in #Cards and click on OK and Save & Exit.


Configuraciones específicas por add-ons:
Hay que tener en cuenta que algunos add-ons necesitan configuraciones
especiales o drivers específicos. Siempre tendremos el simulador y el
add-ons corriendo antes de lanzar el Sioc y los softwares intermedios.
Keep in mind that some add-ons require special configurations or specific
drivers. We will always have the simulator and add-ons running before
launching Sioc and intermediate softwares.
ProSim:
Partiendo de la base de que ProSim está bien configurado en cuanto a
dirección IP del servidor IOCP y su puerto, la única configuración a
realizar es introducir el número de las variables staticas dentro del menú
Config > Configuration > Combined Config.
Assuming that ProSim is well configured in terms of the IP address of the
IOCP server and its port, the only configuration to perform is to enter the
number of the static variables in the menu Config> Configuration>
Combined Config.


Precaución / Caution
Seguridad en el espacio de instalación / Installation space safety
Asegúrese de dejar suficiente espacio para la ventilación cuando coloque
el producto. Un incremento de la temperatura interior puede dañarlo.
Make sure to leave enough space for ventilation when placing the
product. An increase in the internal temperature can damage it.


Precuaciones de seguridad / Safety precautions
Para reducir el riesgo de descarga eléctrica, no retire la cubierta (ni la
parte posterior) de los componentes electrónicos. Para cualquier
reparación, contacte con el Centro de servicio al cliente de
Opencockpits.
To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not remove the cover (or the
back) of the electronic components. For any repairs, contact the
Opencockpits Customer Service Center.
Electricidad y seguridad / Electricity and security
Advertencia / Warning
No utilice un cable de alimentación o un enchufe que estén
dañados, como tampoco una toma de corriente suelta.
Do not use a damaged power cord or plug, or a loose
electrical outlet.
No toque el enchufe con las manos mojadas.
Do not touch the plug with wet hands.
Inserte el enchufe hasta el fondo para que no quede suelto.
Insert the plug all the way so that it does not come loose.
Conecte el enchufe a una toma de corriente conectada a
tierra (sólo dispositivos aislados de tipo 1).
Connect the plug to a grounded outlet (type 1 insulated
devices only).
No doble el cable de alimentación ni tire con fuerza de él.
Tenga cuidado de no dejar el cable de alimentación debajo de
un objeto pesado.
Do not bend the power cord or pull it forcibly. Be careful not
to leave the power cord under a heavy object.
