termoeléctrico.
3) Presioneel botónblancode reiniciodel
limitadordetemperaturadedobleposición.
4) Cierre latapadeplástico.
5) Reduzcaligeramenteelvalorde ajuste de la
temperatura.
6) Vuelva aconectarelenchufedelacorriente
eléctricaenunatomaconcorrienteeléctrica.
Si lomencionadoanteriormente nohacequela
unidadseenciendayfuncionenormalmente,
significaquelatemperaturadelaguadelcalderín
siguesiendodemasiadoalta.Abralaválvulade
salidade aguaydejesalirel aguacaliente durante
variosminutos.Acontinuación,vuelvaarepetirel
procedimientoindicadoarribadespuésdeesperar
quelatemperaturadel aguasereduzca.3
•Paracomprobarelfuncionamientocorrectodela
proteccióncontrafugasdeelectricidad,puede
pulsarelbotónde pruebatodaslassemanas.Al
haceresto,elbotóndereiniciodeposiciónsaltará.

circunstanciasedebebloquearel orificiode
liberaciónde presión;si estoocurre,el calentador
podríasufrirdañoseinclusoprovocargraves
accidentes.

MÉTODOSDE INSTALACIÓN
Nota:Asegúresedeutilizarlos accesorios proporcionados porelfabricanteparainstalar
estecalentadordeaguaeléctrico. Estecalentadornosepuedecolgarenelsoportehasta
que sehaya comprobadoque está bien colocadoyesfiable.Sinoesasí,podríacaerdela
pared, dañando elcalentador,yprovocando incluso gravesaccidentes. Al decidirla
ubicacióndelosorificiosdelos pernos, sedebecomprobarquehay almenos0,2menel
lateralderechodelcalentador,porsifueranecesariorealizarcualquiertipode
mantenimiento.
1. Instalacióndelamáquinaprincipal
•Estecalentadorsedebecolocarenunaparedresistente.Silaparednopuede
soportarunacargaigual aldobledelpesototaldelcalentadorcompletamentelleno
deagua, esnecesarioinstalarun soporteadicional.
•Despuésdeelegirlaubicaciónadecuada,determine dónderealizarlos dosorificios
deinstalaciónutilizados paralos pernos deexpansióncongancho(seleccionados
según lascaracterísticasdelproductoelegido).Realice dos agujeros enlaparedcon
laprofundidadcorrespondienteutilizandountrépanocortantedeltamañodelos

pernosdeexpansiónqueseentreganconelcalentador,introduzcalostornillos, tire
delos ganchos haciaarriba,aprietelastuercasparaque quedenbien sujetasy
cuelgue el calentadoreléctricoen éstos.

2. Conexióndelastuberías
•La medidadecadapartedel tubo es G1/2.
•Conexióndelaválvuladeseguridadunidireccional: instalelaválvuladeseguridad
unidireccionalentregadaconlamáquinaenlaentradadeaguadelamáquina
principal. (Asegúresedequelos tubos flexiblesdedrenaje delaválvulade
seguridadestáninclinados haciaabajo yconectados conlaatmósfera).
•Paraevitarfugasalconectarlastuberías, lasjuntasherméticasdecauchoprovistas
conlamáquinasedebenañadirenelextremodelas roscas.

•Parainstalarun sistemadesuministrodevarias salidas, consulteelmétodo que
aparece eneldibujo paralaconexióndelas tuberías.
MÉTODOSDE UTILIZACIÓN
1. Enprimerlugarabracualquieradelasválvulasdesalidaen lasalidadelcalentador
eléctrico.Acontinuación,abralaválvuladeentrada.El calentadorcomienzaallenarsede
agua.Cuandoelaguasaleconnormalidadporlaválvuladesalida,significaque el
calentadorsehallenadodeaguacompletamenteyque sepuedecerrarlaválvuladesalida.
Nota:Duranteelfuncionamientonormal, laválvuladesalidasepuedeajustaren la
posición“open” (abierta).

2. Introduzcaelenchufe enlatomaeléctrica,enestemomentoseencenderánlos dos
indicadores luminosos.
3. Estecalentadorpuedecontrolarlatemperaturaautomáticamente.Cuandolatemperatura
delaguadentrodelamáquinahaya alcanzado latemperaturaajustada(está ajustadaen
75ºC),seapagaráautomáticamenteypasaráalestado deaislamientotérmico; cuandola
temperaturadelaguahaya bajado aunpuntodeterminado,seencenderáautomáticamente
paraque sevuelva acalentarelagua,aunque elusodeaguacalientenoseve
interrumpido. Cuandoelcalentadorseapagaautomáticamente,seapagaelindicadorde
calentamiento.
PRECAUCIONES
1. La tomaeléctricadebeestarconectadaatierrademanerafiable.La corrientenominaldela
tomadebesercomomínimo 10A. La tomayel enchufedebenmantenersesecos paraevitar
queseproduzcan fugaseléctricas. Compruebefrecuentementesilos enchufeshacenbuen
contactoconlatoma.La formadecomprobacióneslasiguiente:introduzcaelenchufe en
latoma,despuésdeutilizarlo durantemediahora,apague el calentadorysaque elenchufe.
Compruebesiel enchufe está muycalienteconlamano. Siquema(másde50ºC),cambie el
enchufe aunatomaquetengabuencontactoparaevitarque seestropeeelenchufe,que
seprendafuego o daños personalesderivados deun mal contacto.
2. Enloslugaresoparedesen los quepuedasalpicaragua,laalturadeinstalacióndelatoma
debesercomomínimo1,8m.
3. La pared en laque estéinstalado el calentadoreléctrico debesoportarunacargasuperioral
dobledelpeso delcalentadorcompletamentellenodeaguaysinque seproduzcangrietas
o distorsión. Deotromodo, sedeben adoptarotrasmedidas parafortalecerlapared.
4. La válvuladeseguridadunidireccionalentregadaconelcalentadorsedebeinstalarenla
entradadeaguafríadelcalentador.
5. Parautilizarelcalentadorlaprimeravez(olaprimeravezque seutilizadespuésdesu
limpiezaomantenimiento)elcalentadornosepuedeencenderhasta que sehaya llenado
completamentedeagua.Cuandoseestéllenando deagua,almenosunadelasválvulasde
salidaen lasalidadelcalentadordebeestarabierta paraque salgaelaire.Esta válvula
puedepermanecercerradadespuésdequesehaya llenado completamenteelcalentador
deagua.

6. Duranteelcalentamiento, talvezseobserven gotasdeaguaprocedentesdelorificiode
liberacióndepresióndelaválvulade
seguridadunidireccional.Setrata dealgo
normal. Siseobservaraque gotea
demasiadaaguapóngaseencontactocon
elserviciotécnicoencargado de
mantenimientoparaque realicelas
reparacionesnecesarias. Bajoninguna
circunstanciasedebebloquearelorificio
deliberacióndepresión;siestoocurre,el
calentadorpodríasufrirdaños eincluso provocargraves accidentes.
7. El tubo dedrenajeconectado aldispositivodeliberacióndepresióndebemantenerse
inclinado haciaabajo yenunambientelibredeheladas.
8. Puestoquelatemperaturadelaguaen elinteriordelcalentadorpuedealcanzarlos 75ºC,
esteaguatancalientenodebeentrarencontactodirectamenteconelcuerpo. Sedebe
ajustarlatemperaturadel aguaparaevitarque seproduzcanquemaduras.
9. El aguadedentrodel depósitointeriorsepuededrenar.Enprimerlugar,debecortarelpaso
deaguaalcalentador.Acontinuaciónabralaválvuladeseguridadunidireccional
(desenrosqueel tornillo deroscadelaválvuladeseguridadunidireccional).Abrael grifo del
aguacalienteparaque entreairealtermoyobservaráque elaguasaleporlaválvulade
seguridad.
10. Sielcabledealimentaciónflexiblesufrieradaños, elserviciotécnicodemantenimiento
debesustituirlo porel cabledealimentaciónespecial proporcionadoporelfabricante.
11. Sicualquieradelaspiezasocomponentesdeestecalentadoreléctricosufrieraalgúntipo
dedaño,póngaseen contactoconelserviciotécnicoencargado delmantenimientoy

MANTENIMIENTOPERIÓDICO

•Paraobtenerunóptimorendimientodelaparatoseaconsejaprocederaladesincrustacióndela
resistenciacadaaño.
•La operación,sinosequierenutilizarácidos adecuados, sepuederealizardesmenuzandola
costradecaliza, prestando atenciónanodañarlacorazadelaresistencia.
•El ánodo demagnesiodebesersustituido cadaaño, perosisetrata deaguasagresivasoricasen
clorurosesnecesario comprobarelestado del ánodo cadaseismeses.
•Parasustituirloesnecesariodesmontarlaresistenciaydestornillarlodelaabrazaderade

METHODSOFINSTALLATION
Note:Pleasebesuretousetheaccessoriesprovidedbyourcompanytoinstall thiselectricwater
heater.Thiselectric waterheatercannotbehungonthesupportuntilithasbeen confirmedtobe
firmandreliable.Otherwise,theelectricwaterheatermay dropoff fromthewall, resultingin
damage oftheheater,even seriousaccidentsofinjury.When determining the locationsofthebolt
holes, itshall beensuredthat thereisaclearance notless than0.2mmontherightsideofthe
electricheater, toconvenientthemaintenance of the heaterifnecessary.
1. Installationof themainmachine:
a. Thiselectric waterheatershall beinstalledin the solidwall. If thestrengthofthe wall
cannotbearthe loadequaltotwotimesofthe totalweightofthe heaterfullywithwater,
itis necessaryto install aspecial support.
b. Afterselectingaproperlocation,determine thepositionsofthe twoinstall holesusedfor
expansionboltswithhook (determinedaccordingtothe specificationofthe productyou
select).Maketwoholesin thewall withthecorrespondingdepthbyusingachopping bit
withthe sizematching the expansionboltsattachedwiththe machine,insertthe screws,
makethehook upwards,tightenthe nutstofixfirmly,andthen hang the electricwater
heateronit.
