Powering On/Off The Display
Press any button for 3 seconds to turn the display on.
Press " " button for 3 seconds to turn the display off.
Note: The display unit is solar powered, you can charge the display battery via
USB power if required.

The drawing to the right indicates a suitable mounting position for your display unit.
To avoid the display unit moving whilst travelling, place the anti-slip mat underneath the display unit.

1.Unscrew the valve cap. 2.Insert the dustproof cover onto the valve stem.
3.Screw on the nut. 4.Screw on the sensor.

Functional Testing
Functional Test After Installation
5. Tighten up the nut to the sensor by using
the spanner.
6. Check for air leaks by spraying soapy water.
Once installation is complete, drive the vehicle to a speed over 25Kph to start receiving real time tyre
data. Spare tyre and trailer sensors update periodically or when there is a pressure change.
The installation is complete when all tyre data has been received and is showing on the display.
Note: Do not over-tighten sensors as this will effect the readings.

To Enter/Exit The Setting Menu
To enter the menu, press and hold " " button for 4 seconds, until you
hear a beep.
To exit the menu, press and hold " " button for 4 seconds, until you hear
two beeps.

Pressure Unit Setting:
To access the Pressure Unit setting (Bar or Psi), press the " " button to
select Psi or Bar then press the " " to save and enter the next setting.

Temperature Unit Setting:
To access the Temperature Unit setting (degrees Celsius / Fahrenheit),
press " " button to select the °C or °F, then press " " to save and enter
the next setting;
Time Interval Setting For Each Interface:
To access the Time Interval setting, press " " button to set the time
interval for each interface, then press " " button once to enter the next
setting.
Time intervals (seconds): 5 / 10 / 20 / 30 / 60 / OFF
Default: 5 seconds
Note: This setting is the time each interface is displayed for (tow vehicle /
Trailer / Spares)

interface.
• Press" " to save and enter the next setting.
Note: When more than 4 sensors are connected you can set the high
pressure value for the individual interfaces (Tow vehicle / Trailer / Spare) to
do this, whilst in the high pressure value setting:
1. Press the " " button to set the high pressure value of the current
interface.
2. Press and hold the " " button and press the " ". The image on the
display will change from the tow vehicle to the trailer.
3. Press the " " button to set the high pressure value for the trailer.
4. Press " " to save and enter the next setting.
Note: To change the high pressure setting for the Spare Tyre Interface,
repeat steps 2 and 3.

To Disable/Enable Trailer and Spare Tyres:
Press " " button to select Trailer or Spare Tyre interface, then press and
hold " " button for 3 seconds to disable or to enable.
Press " " button to save and enter the next setting.
Trailer axles setting:
Spare tyre settings (individual):
Enabled status (default) when trailer connected.
Enabled status (default) all spare tyre sensors turned on.
Disabled status spare tyre sensor turned off.
Disabled status when trailer not connected.

Sensor Deletion:
To access the sensor deletion setting, press " " button to select the
programmed tyre data to be deleted.

Then hold " " button until the display shows "--", the sensor data has
been deleted.

Press " " button to select next sensor or " " button to save.
To exit the menu: Press and hold the " " for 4 seconds, you will hear 2
beeps conrming you have exited the menu.

Note: Sensors in 4 and 6 packs come programmed, Additional twin sensor
packs purchased will need to be programmed
When programming a new sensor or a missing sensor to the display.
Enter Programming Mode:
Press " " button 5 times, the display will beep once to conrm you are
now in sensor programming mode.

Press the " " button to cycle through the sensors.
- once the desired sensor position is ashing you are ready for programming
that sensor.

- Screw the sensor to the corresponding tyre.
- The pressure data will appear on the display, a beep will sound.
- Press the " " button to SAVE (IMPORTANT) a beep will sound.

- Press" " button to move to the next sensor and repeat the programming
steps listed above.

To exit the menu: Press and hold the " " button for 4 seconds, you will
hear 2 beeps conrming you have exited the menu.
NOTE: Do not program sensors to Axle B.

DO NOT program Trailer or Spare sensors to tow vehicle interface and
vice versa.
• Sparetyredataisupdatedevery15minutesorifthereisasignicant
change in air pressure.
• Displaydimsandbrightensdependingonthelightconditionssensedby
the solar panel.
• DONOTprogramsensorstoAxleB.
• Thetyredatacanbeclearedbyperformingareset,pressandholddown
both buttons for 3 seconds, the screen should clear the tyre pressure
readings and "--" will appear on the screen. Once driving the tyre
pressures will display automatically.

1.Unscrew the nut. 2.Unscrew the sensor.
3.Take out the washer. 4.Unscrew the sensor cover by using
the sensor tool.
5.Replace the battery. 6.Repeat steps in “Sensor Installation”.
