ISTRUZIONI PER L’USO USE INSTRUCTIONS
BEDIENUNGSANLEITUNGEN INSTRUCTIONS POUR L'USAGE
1. Posizionare la macchine nella posizione
desiderata frontalmente l'area che si vuole
irrigare. Assicurarsi che le staffe di ancoraggio del
telaio siano piantate fermamente al terreno.
Push the machine to the desired location. Position
the sprinkler trolley facing the direction that will be
irrigated. Secure in position planting lugs firmly
into the ground.
Das Gerät an Anfang der zu beregnenden Fäche
abstellen. Beachten Sie, daß die Stütze am
Boden befestigt sind.
L'arroseur deoit etre placé en face à la surface qui
doit etre arrosé. S'assurer que les brides soivent
bien planté dans le terrain.
2. Mettere a folle la bobina. Allentare il pomello
posto sotto alla turbina. La turbina si abbassa ed il
suo pignone si allontana dal pignone situato sul telaio
della macchina stessa. Per compiere tale operazione
non spingere o tirare dalla parte in plastica della
turbina.
Place in neutral the drum. Loosen the black turbine
control knob by turning counterclockwise.
Now the turbine bracket can be moved towards the
sprinkler trolley to disengage the turbine gear. To do
this don't push or draw on the plastic turbine housing.
Klappen Sie die Wasser-Turbine nach unter in
Leerlaufstellung, mit Hilfe der Festfellschraube läßt
sich diese leicht arretieren. Die Schlauch-trommel
läßt sich jetzt frei drehen.
Desserrer le pommeau placé sous la turbine pour
mettre au point mort le mécanisme de retour. La
turbine se baisse et son pignon s'éloigne du pignon
placé sur la machine. Eviter de pousser ou tirer da la
parte en plastique de la turbine.
L'irrigatore è fornito di manico per il traino manuale. Bloccare il manico con la vite in posizione di traino.
The irrigator has the handle to manual transport. Stop the handel with the screw before moving the irrigator.
Der Beregnungswagen wird mit einen Henkel für die Hand-beförderung geliefert. Den Henkel in
Transportstellung zu blockieren.
Le Leader est livré avec un manche pour la traction manuelle. Par le boulon fileté, bloquer le manche en
position de traction.

3. Stendere il tubo perpendicolarmen-
te alla macchina procedendo a bassa
velocità. Lasciare almeno una spira di
tubo completa avvolta sulla macchina.
Il tubo steso deve essere retto alla
macchina e quello rimasto avvolto ben
teso ed allineato.
Pull out slowly the hose perpendicular
the machine. Leave always a few wraps
on the drum. Hose spread into the
ground must be straight and the hose
on the drum orderly wrapped.
Den Regnerschlitten soweit nötig
abrollen und auf der zu beregnenden
Fläche ablegen. Den Schlauch nur
soweit abrollen, das sich noch eine
vollständige Schlauchumwicklung auf
der Schlauchtrommel befindet.
Der Schlauch recht als das Bild sein
müß,
Dérouler le tuyau à baisse vitesse. Le
tuyau déroulé doit etre droit à la
machine et le tuyau qui reste enroulé
sur le Leader, doit etre bien aligné et
tendu.
4. Rimettere la turbina nella posizione iniziale.
Stringere il pomolo a mano.
Re-engage the turbine gear by loosening the knob
again and sliding the turbine bracket back to the
drive gear.
Zur Vorbereitung des Beregnungsvorgangs die
Wasser-Turbine in Arbeitsstellung zurücksetzen.
Die Zahnräder von Wasser-Turbine und
Regnertrommel müssen dabei fest ineinander
greifen. Die Feststellschraube an der Turbine von
Hand anziehen.
Replacer le mécanisme pour l'enroulement dans la
position initiale. Le pignon de la turbine doit toucher
le pignon qui se trouve sur le chassis du Leader,
ATTENZIONE: La mancata messa a folle della turbina prima dello svolgimento del tubo provoca danni alla
stessa.
ATTENTION: If you do not put in neutral position the turbine drive before unwinding th hose, you may cause
damages to the gearbox.
ACHTUNG: Die Turbine wird beschadigt, im Leerlauf Stellung nicht zuerst Schaluch entrollen wird.
ATTENTION. Si on ne mets pas en point mort la turbine, avant le derouelement, on provoquera de domages
à la même.

IMPORTANTE: LA PRESSIONE D'ESERCIZIO DELLA MACCHINA DEVE ESSERE
OBBLICATORIAMENTE COMPRESA TRA min. 2,5 - max 4 atm. / 60 psi . PRESSIONI
SUPERIORI CAUSANO DANNI IRREPARABILI ALLA TURBINA.
IMPORTANT: WATER PRESSURE ON THE MACHINE MUST BE IN 2,5 - max. 4 atm. /
60 psi INCLUDED. HIGHER PRESSURE DAMAGE IRREMEDIABELY PLASTIC
TURBINE COVER.
ACHTUNG: WASSERDRÜCK IM BEREGNUNGSWAGEN MÜß OBLIGATORISCH
min. 2,5 - max. 4 atm. / 60 psi. HÖHER DRÜCK MACHT UNERSETZLICH

5. Esercitare una pressione nel dispositivo di
Arresto per permettere successivamente il
passeggio dell'acqua
Pull out the shut off valve .
Arretieren Sie den Betätigungsbügel durch
Einhängen des Dornes am Wasserstopventil. Das
Ventil ist jetzt, bis zur Auslösung durch den
Regnerschlitten, geöffnet.
Ouvrir la vanne d'ârret en tirand à l'extérieur le petit
volant rouge et, par conséquence, le pivot portant
de la vanne même. Bloquer la vanne en cette
positione avec la vis d'ârret. ATTENTION: pendant
cette operation il ne doit pas être eau en pression
pour ne damager pas la vanne d'ârret.
6. Collegare il tubo flessibile di mandata acqua all'entrata della macchina. Inizio irrigazione.
Attach the flexible water-supply pipe to the inlet joiner of the machine. Starting irrigation.
Verbinden Sie nun die vorhandene Wasserversorgung mit der Anlage. Der Beregnungsvorgang beginnt.
Joindre le tuyau flexible pour l'envoi de l'eau à l'entrée de la machine. Debut de l'arrosage.
7. Durante l'irrigazione è possibile regolabile l'intensità di
pioggia utilizzando la valvola posta sulla turbina. Chiudendo la
valvola la velocità di riavvolgimento del tubo aumenta. Aprendo
la valvola la velocità diminuisce.
Adjust speed of cart retraction by turning the ball valve at the
turbine . Turning the valve fully closed will increase retraction
speed. Opening the valve will slow the retraction rate.
Die Geschwindigkeit des Regners kann stufenlos eingestellt
werden. Hierzu befinden sich an den Wasser-Turbine ein Ventil
zu drehen.
Langsmaner = intensive Beregnung
Schneller = weniger Beregnung.
La vitesse d'enroulement peut etre changée par la vanne by-
pass située sur la turbine. Quand on ferme la vanne la vitesse
de enroulement augmente, si on ouvre la vanne la vitesse
diminue.

8. Durante l'irrigazione il Leader 25 riavvolge
completamente il tubo. Il contatto con il carrello
portairrigatore provoca la fine dell'irrigazione.
ATTENZIONE: la macchina termina l'irrigazione
ma non arresta la pompa!
Once the speed is set, the Leader 25 will automa-
tically roll the hose on the drum and will shut off at
the end of the run utilizing the shuf off valve
Der Beregnungsvorgang beginnt und der
Regnerschlitten fährt langsam in Richtung
Regnerwagen. Am Ende der Beregnung wird ein
Fuhler in Betrieb gesetzt, der durch den
Absperrschieber das Wasserstrom absperrt und
die Beregnung beendet.
Pendant l'arrosage le Leader 25 enroule le tuyau.
Quand le chariot arrive à fin de course, presse sur
le toucheau, qui ferme la vanne et bloque le
passage d'eau.
Mantenere ingrassato l'ingranaggio della bobina.
Ingrassare periodicamente gli ingranaggi al fianco alla turbina.
Liberara dall'acqua la turbina prima del periodo invernale.
Maintain thin layer on drum gear and on gears near the turbine drive.
Drain turbine prior to freezing weather.
Die mechanische Teilen schmieren, wenn die Maschinen unbeweglich ist.
Vor Beginn der Frostperiode sind wasserführende Teile vollständig zu entleeren.
