ISTRUZIONI PER L’USO USE INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Posizionare la macchina frontalmente all'area
che si vuole irrigare. Assicurarsi che le staffe di
ancoraggio del telaio siano fissate fermamente al
terreno.
Push the machine to the desired location. Position
the sprinkler trolley facing the direction that will be
irrigated. Secure in position planting lugs firmly into
the ground.
Das Gerät an Anfang der zu beregnenden Fäche
abstellen. Beachten Sie, daβdie Stütze am Boden
befestigt sind.
L'irrigatore è fornito di manico per il traino manuale. Bloccare il manico con viti e pomoli in dotazione.
The irrigator has the handle for manual transport. Stop the handle with the screws and knobs together the
machine.
Der Beregnungswagen wir mit einen Henkel für die Hand-beförderung geliefert.
Den Henkel in Transportstellung mit Schrauben und Knopf zu blockieren.
4.
Mettere a folle la turbina: allentare il pomello posto sulla
turbina e spostare la leva verso l’alto. Bloccare nuovamente
il pomello. ATTENZIONE: LA MANCATA MESSA A FOLLE PRIMA
DELLO SROTOLAMENTO DEL TUBO PROVOCA DANNI ALLA
TURBINA
Place the turbine in neutral position. Unscrew the knob of
the turbine and move up the turbine lever. To screw again
the knob.
ATTENTION: IF YOU DON’T PUT IN NEUTRAL POSITION BEFORE
UNWINDING THE HOSE, YOU CAUSE DAMAGES TO THE TURBINE.
Stellen Sie die Turbine in neutrale Position.
Lockern Sie den Knopf an der Turbine und bewegen Sie den
Hebel nach oben. Verriegeln Sie den Knopf erneut.
ACHTUNG: WENN VOR DEM SCHLIESSEN DER ROHR
UNFOLLE VERZICHTET WIRD, WIRD DIE TURBINE
BESCHÄDIGT

Frenare leggermente ruotando il pomello in senso
antiorario
To brake lightly rotating the knob in counter clockwise
sense.
Langsam bremsen, indem Sie den Knopf gegen den
Uhrzeigersinn drehen

Rimuovere l'arpione.
Disengage brake lever

Stendere il tubo in polietilene perpendicolarmente alla
macchina procedendo a bassa velocità. Utilizzare la
catena di traino del carrello. Lasciare almeno una spira di
tubo completa avvolta sulla macchina.
Il tubo steso deve essere retto alla macchina e quello
rimasto avvolto ben teso ed allineato.
Pull out slowly the hose perpendicular the machine. Leave
always a few wraps on the drum. Hose spread into the
ground must be straight and the hose on the drum orderly
wrapped.
Verteilen Sie das Polyethylenrohr
senkrecht zur Maschine mit
niedriger Geschwindigkeit.
Verwenden Sie die Wagen-
schleppkette.
Lassen Sie mindestens eine
komplette Rohrspule auf der
Maschine gewickelt.
Das verlängerte Rohr muss gerade zur Maschine
verlaufen und das eine blieb gut gestreckt und
ausgerichtet.
6.
Ricollocare l'arpione nella posizione originale
Replace the brake lever in the original position.
Ersetzen Sie den Sicherheitsverschluss der Spule in ihrer
ursprünglichen Position.
7.
Allentare il freno ruotando il pomello in senso orario.
To release the brake
rotating the knob in clockwise
sense.
Lösen Sie die Bremse, indem Sie den Knopf im
Uhrzeigersinn drehen.
8.
Mettere la turbina nella posizione iniziale. Allentare
il pomello posto sulla turbina e spostare la leva della
turbina verso il basso. Bloccare nuovamente il pomello.
Replace the turbine in the original position: unscrew the
knob of the turbine and move down the turbine lever. To
screw again the knob.
Stellen Sie die Turbine in die Ausgangsposition. Lösen
Sie den Knopf an der Turbine und bewegen Sie den
Turbinenhebel nach unten. Verriegeln Sie den Knopf
erneut.

ATTENZIONE: LA PRESSIONE D'ESERCIZIO DELLA MACCHINA DEVE ESSERE
OBBLIGATORIAMENTE COMPRESA TRA min. 3 - max 6 atm.
PRESSIONI SUPERIORI CAUSANO DANNI ALLA TURBINA.
ATTENTION: WATER PRESSURE ON THE MACHINE MUST BE IN min. 3 - max. 6 bar INCLUDED.
HIGHER PRESSURE DAMAGE TURBINE HOUSING.
ACHTUNG: WASSERDRŰCK IM BEREGNUNGSMASCHINE MŰβ OBLIGATORISCH min. 2,5 – max 6 bar
ZU SEIN. HÖHER DRŰCK MACHT UNERSETZLICH TURBINESCHADEN.
11.
L'irrigatore può essere regolato variando il foro del
boccaglio. Inoltre le viti di regolazione offrono la possibilità di
variare l'angolo di irrigazione.
The sprinkler can be adjusted with the hole of the nozzle.
Moreover the regulation screws let you regulate the irrigation
angle.
Der Regner wird ein Wasserstrahl spritzen, der je mach dem
Ausmaß de Duse regulierbar ist. Die Schrauben erlauben
eineSektor- oder Kreisberegnung.
10.
Collegare il tubo flessibile di mandata acqua all'entrata della macchina. Inizio irrigazione.
Connect the flexible water-supply pipe to the inlet joiner of the machine. Starting irrigation.
Verbinden Sie den Wasserzulaufschlauch mit dem Maschineneingang. Starten Sie die Bewässerung.
12. Durante l'irrigazione è possibile regolare
l'intensità di pioggia utilizzando la valvola by-pass.
Chiudendo la valvola la velocità di riavvolgimento del
tubo aumenta, a
prendo la valvola, la velocità
diminuisce.
Adjust speed of cart retraction by turning the by-pass
valve. Turning the valve fully closed will increase
retraction speed. Opening the valve will slow the
retraction rate.
Die Geschwindigkeit des Regners kann stufenlos
eingestellt warden. Hierzu befinden sich an den
Wasserturbine ein Ventil zu drehen.
Langsmaner = Intensive Beregnung
Schneller = weniger Beregnung
9. Aprire la valvola d’arresto tirando verso l’esterno il
volantino rosso.
ATTENZIONE: IL TUBO FLESSIBILE DI MANDATA
ACQUA DEVE ESSERE SCOLLEGATO. IN CASO
CONTRARIO LA GUARNIZIONE INTERNA DELLA
VALVOLA SARA’ DANNEGGIATA E ANDRA’ A
BLOCCARE IL MECCANISMO DELLA MACCHINA.
Open the stopping valve, pulling the little red wheel.
ATTENTION: THE FLEXIBLE WATER SUPPLY PIPE MUST
BE DISCONNECTED FROM THE WATER ENTRY. IF NOT,
THE DAMAGE OF THE VALVE GASKET STOPS THE
MACHINE MECHANISM.
Öffnen Sie das Absperrventil, indem Sie das rote Handrad
nach außen ziehen.
ACHTUNG: DER BIEGSAMEN WASSERVERBIN-
DUNGSSCHLAUCH MUSS ABGESCHALTET WERDEN. IM
FALL WIRD DIE INNERE DICHTUNG DES VENTILS
BESCHÄDIGT UND WIRD DER MECHANISMUS DER
MASCHINE BLOCKIERT.

13.
Durante l'irrigazione il tubo viene completamente
riavvolto.
La valvola di arresto azionata dal contatto della
macchina con il carrello porta irrigatore chiude il
passaggio dell’acqua a fine irrigazione .
ATTENZIONE: la macchina blocca il passaggio
d’acqua ma non arresta la pompa!
During irrigation the hose will automatically rolled on
the drum. The shut off valve stops the water flow at
end of the run.
ATTENTION: the shut off valve doesn’t stop the
pump!
Während der Bewässerung wird das Rohr vollständig
zurückgespult. Das durch den Maschinenkontakt mit
dem Regnerwagen aktiviert den Absperrventil und das
den Wasserdurchgang am Ende der Bewässerung
schließt.
ACHTUNG: Leader Maschine blockiert den
Wasserdurchfluss, stoppt aber die Pumpe nicht!
Mantenere ingrassato l'ingranaggio della bobina.
Ingrassare periodicamente gli ingranaggi al fianco alla turbina ed il guidatubo.
Liberare dall'acqua la turbina prima del periodo invernale.
Maintain thin layer on drum gear, on gears near the turbine drive and on the hoseguide.
Drain turbine prior to freezing weather.
Die mechanische Teilen schmieren, wenn Leader Maschine unbeweglich ist.
Vor Beginn der Frostperiode sind wasserführende Teile vollständig zu entleeren.
14. Svuotare l’acqua e la pressione all’interno della
valvola di arresto utilizzando la apposita valvola di scarico.
Scollegare il tubo flessibile di mandata acqua dall'entrata
della macchina.
To use the water discharging valve to empty water and
pressure inside of the shut off valve.
Than disconnect the flexible water-supply pipe from the
inlet joiner of the machine.
Öffnen Sie klein Ablassventil das Wasser und den innere
Wasserdrück zu reduzieren..
Trennen jetzt den biegsamen Wasserverbindungsschlauch
vom Maschineneingang.
