1. Purpose
The wireless socket “Socket-R” (hereinafter referred to as the “socket”) is designed for switch-
ing the load in a single-phase 100-240VAC by the commands of the Lun-R receiver that is con-
nected to the Lun control panel (more about for compatibility, see the documentation of the rele-
vant control panel).
Product is not equipped with built-in cameras and microphones, devices and units for
hidden video and audio recording.
2. Safety Precautions
Only the employees, familiar with the module design, instructed on the safety arrangements
shall be allowed to install, routinely maintain and repair.
The device hasn’t an open live parts, representing the danger of electric shock to a per-
son.
3. Technical specications
The socket technical characteristics is shown in the Table 1.

4. Ho to use
The socket’s CB is placed in a plastic enclosure (Figure 1).
A multi-color LED indicator and the key to initiate the process of binding with the Lun-R re-
ceiver are placed on the socket’s CB.
Figure 1. Socket and its cover
The socket transmits periodic test signals to the receiver to con$rm its operability. When the
test signals stop, the control panel generates the socket communication lost event.
The Socket-R is installed in a single-phase AC outlet with a voltage of 100-240V.
The switched load is connected by its mains power plug into the socket of the Socket-R
socket.
Load switching is performed by the commands of the user (or the CMS operator) or in accor-
dance with the function selected in the control panel (see the control panel operating manual). The
socket supports single and periodic switching modes with a frequency of 0.5Hz or 1Hz.
4.1. Modes Indication
The socket modes displays by multicolored LED:
Binding – blinking green while waiting for a signal from the Lun-R receiver to register in
the control panel memory;
Bound – when the binding is completed successfully – turning on red for 2…3 seconds;
Load turned on – glows red while the load is on;
Load turned off – glows green while the load is off.

4.2. Binding
A new socket must be bound to the control panel in order to successfully transmit commands
from receiver.
To register a socket, do the following:
1. In the control panel con$guration, pre-set the required number of radio outputs, their
type, group membership and other parameters;
2. Turn on the control panel in the operating mode and switch to the desired control
panel’s group;
3. Switch the control panel to the wireless outputs binding mode (see the corresponding
control panel programming manual);
4. lug the Socket-R into a wall outlet;
5. Switch the socket to the binding mode by pressing and holding the button on its body
for more than 10 seconds (until the blinking green – the signal "Binding");
6. Binding will processed automatically and, if successful, ends by turning on the red LED
for 2…3 seconds (signal "Bound").
The socket waits 70 seconds for binding. To reinitialize the binding process, press and hold
the button again.
4.3. Wireless signal strength
The socket should be in the radio visibility zone of its receiver, therefore, after binding, before
installation at the facility, it is strongly recommended to recognize the wireless signal strength.
To do this, turn on and place the socket and the control panel in the intended installation lo-
cations, and then press and hold the socket button for 1…2 seconds. The socket indicator display
the wireless signal strength as follows:
LED color Number of blinks Signal strength
Green
3 Best
2 Good
1oor
Red 4 No connection
If the signal strength is poor or there is no connection, it is recommended to change the loca -
tion of the socket and repeat the above process in order to form a reliable reception map.
5. Maintenance
The product does not require maintenance.
6. Operating conditions
1. Socket is designed for continuous operation.
2. Socket shall be used at the temperature of –20°С to +55°С and relative humidity of 5% to
85%.
3. If the transportation conditions differ from the operating conditions, then the socket must
be kept in the operating conditions for 2…6 hours before switching on.

7. Storage
1. Storage temperature shall be of –50°C...+55°C at the relative humidity of 5% up to 98%.
2. During handling operations, transportation and storage in warehouses, boxes with sockets
shall not be exposed to sharp bows. Stacking and $xing of the boxes to the transporter shall
not include their movement.
3. Socket shall be stored in the manufacturer's package.
8. Transportation
1. Socket transportation shall be carried out in the manufacturer's package.
2. Socket is allowed to be transported by all types of enclosed transporters, subject to observ-
ing the shipping rules applicable for each type of transport.
3. Transportation temperature shall be of –50°C to +50°C at the relative humidity of 5% up to
98%.
9. Disposal
Socket disposal shall be carried out according to electronic household appliance disposal
rules established by the legislation of the State, where the product is operated.
