CAUTION
●Please check if all the parts are tightened properly prior to each operation
●Please make sure that no foreign substance is caught in the moving part, or the device may
not operate properly
●Please make sure the air hose is attached properly and fastened by the hose clip at the
AirJoint
If not, compressed air hose may disconnect and might become dangerous
●Use with the air pressure gauge under 0.9MPa (9kg/cm2)
●Do not use beside ears
It may cause hearing disorder because of the exhaust noise
●In case of using this device for adsorption, please test well whether the device adsorbs well
since this is not designed for adsorption
●This device is not suitable for liquid suction since it may lead to mist gettingmixed with the air
The compressed air might get mixed with the sucked in materials when passing through this
device at the suction
Please use SILENT CLEANER for liquid suction
●Do not use this device except for suction, blow off, or transfer
●Use with thetemperature under 40°C
●Keep out of reach from children
●In case you have question about the usage, stop operation immediately and inquire the
manufacturer

<How to assemble>
Above-mentioned number, from ①,②,③,④,⑤is for blow off operation.
For suction operation, please attach suction nozzle ③to the right and left in reverse
direction shown as above 3’at assembly.
Please attach the dust collector or bag during suction operation to prevent the sucked in
materials from hitting a person or subjects as it may cause serious damage to human body /
life
<How to use>
For suction operation, please induce the main air jet and the compressed air simultaneously.
In case of connecting the air hose at the suction side, attaching a short hose is preferred.
Depending on the transfer distance, please connect guns in a row of 2 or 3 for optimum
performance.
For 2 guns connection, combination with regular type and powerful type is available.
Please inquire for the combination.
CAUTION
A1 / 4” taper thread is used for the air inlet.
It is advisable to use plastic seal tape when a nipple is fixed. Attention must be paid in order
not to damage the internal thread, by inserting the nipple very carefully.

or transfer, since they may cause explosion, fire, electric shock, or
dust explosion resulting in serious damage to human body/ life
●Explosive dust: e.g. Aluminium, Magnesium, titanium, zinc,
high conductivity dusts.
●Sparks or high thermal materials from high-speed cutter,
grinder or welder
●Inflammable materials: e.g. Gasoline, thinner, chemicals
●Sharp material: e.g. Needles, nails
●Other materials considered as dangerous to vacuum in
general situation
