Instructions For RF-CTRL-SERIES Wireless Dimmers
Outwater’s wireless dimmers are shipped already paired to the transmitter and are ready to use.
Simply connect power supply, power linking cable (supplied with power supply), install the 3V CR302
battery in the controller (battery included but not installed) and product is ready to use.
Step 2: Controller Instructions
Controllers can be placed up top 30’ away from transmitter.

• To Install Battery:
Separate top from base &
insert 3V CR302 battery with
(+) side facing down.
• Push to turn on
Please Note: Once you dim lights all
the way down to off setting you cannot
use power button to turn off. If you
have dimmed lights to off you must
press power button and hold it down
for 2 seconds, release and repeat
procedure this will restore the quick
on/off setting.

• To Install Battery: Slide out
side battery compartment &
insert 3V CR302 battery with
(+) side facing out.
• Push to turn on/off
• Turn knob to left to dim
• Turn knob to right to
make brighter
• To Install Battery: Remove
knob, separate top plate from
base & insert 3V CR302 battery
with (+) side facing out.
• Push to turn on/off
• Turn knob to left to dim
• Turn knob to right to
make brighter
• Fits any standard
receptacle box

Note For Failure To Communicate/Pairing:
Step 1: On the receiver, hold the learning key for 8 seconds. Your will see your lights blink twice.
Step 2: Press the learning key again on the receiver for 1 second. This will prepare the receiver
to accept a controller.
Step 3: Immediately following, press the button once on the controller. You should see your
lights blink once which means you are in control.
