How to Charge the Power Bank
Connect the power bank to a charger (Output: DC 5V 0.5A~3A),
Using the supplied USB charging cable. All indicators will stay lit
when the charging is finished.

Notes
With two inputs, you can either use the Micro USB or Type C input to
recharge. When using the Micro USB input (5V 2A), a full charge takes 13
hours. With Type-C input (5V 3A), a full charge takes 10-11 hours. If you
have a multi-port charger or multiple charges, you can use double inputs, it
takes 6-7 hours to get a full charge.
Simply leave the PCPB 20000WS in the sunlight for solar charging, there
is no need to press any buttons. When charging begins, the last indicator turns
RED. It takes about 75 hours to get a full charge due to the limited solar panel
size and conversion rate. Solar charging is recommended for emergency use
only.Please fully charge your unit from a wall outlet before going outdoors.
When the fifth indicator flashes or illuminates, the batteryis too active.

How to Charge Your Device
No need to press the power button. The OUTXE power bank detects and
charges for any connected device, instantly. When the power bankis fully
charged or the
connecteddevice is removed, the unit will turn off within 30
seconds.

Troubleshooting
Problem
What to do
The power bank doesn't
charge itself properly.
Getadifferent workingUSBchargingcable
anda5V2A wall charger. Try charging again.
I'vebeen tryingto charge
myphonewiththepower
bank for 6 hours, but it
neverreaches up to33%.
1. Trya different chargingcable.
2. Tryto charge adifferent brand of
cell
phone or otherdevice.
The last indicator doesn't
illuminate after charging it
for 10 hours.
1. If the last indicator doesn't illuminate at
all, please try a different USB cable and wall
charger (5V2A).
2. If the last indicator flashes, the power bank
is almost fullycharged, it may keep flashing
because of resistance error or recognition
issue in the charger.
I charged the powerbank
foralongtime,
thebatteryis
not fully charged.
1. If the charger you used is 5V 2A, ittakes
about 10-13 hours to a fullcharge.
2. If the charger you used is 5A 1A, ittakes
about 20-23 hours to a fullcharge.
I tried to charge the power
bank with solar for 3 hours,
but the battery level never
changed.
Be advised thatit takes 75 hours to get a full
charge via solar. Charging speed depends
on sunlight intensity, solar panelsize and
panel conversion rate.Please try tocharge it
for a few more days.
