General
•Follow the assembly instructions carefully in chronologic order as the
instruction obtains important steps in correct sequence for having a smooth
assembly experience
•Treat all parts with special care. There’s a risk for cosmetic damage during the
assembly process which we do not want you to occur.
•Tighten all screws firmly, but do not overtighten them. Overtightening might
cause damage to screws, nuts, threads as well as cosmetic damage to
aluminium and HPL parts.
•Product includes small parts, please take special care if you have children in
your household not to allow them to have access to the small parts.

Preparation
•Find yourself enough space for the assembly process
•Find a carpet or other soft surface to assembly on
•The assembly will take approximately from two to four hours, reserve enough
time to assembly the simulator on one go
•The product includes small parts, do not allow children to enter the assembly
area as there is a risk for them to swallow the parts
•After opening the boxes, check the parts received and compare them to the
part list to make sure you have received all the parts for the product

OP GT Base

Mount the reinforcement board (AJ) to 3060 profile (F) with M8 slides (E) and screws (AC). If you are
also installing the OP Electric Pedal Adjuster, add two additional slides (E) to lower slot.

Attach 3060 profiles (F) to front board (M) with screws (AD)

Insert slides (D) to front 3060 profiles. Make sure to insert them in the slots shown above.

Attach the front board (N) with screws (AD) to 3060 profiles.

Connect the reinforcement board (AJ) to front boards with screws (W), washers (BK) and slides (D)

Attach levers (X) to side boards with washers (Y) and sliders (E)

Attach profiles (A) to slides and put levers to the lowest position

Insert slides (E) to profiles

Attach wheel plate (AM) to profiles with screws (AB), washers (Y, note that washers are not
shown in the picture) and slides inserted in the previous phase

Insert endcaps (C)

Connect linear guides (O) to 3060 profiles using M6 Slides (D) and screws (T). Before you
tighten the guides, align the distance between the guide and side plate with jig (HC) included.

Slide in the blocks (H) to the linear guides

Attach the pedal plate adapters (AF) to pedal side plates with screws (AA) and slides (E)
