Introduction
Oz Safe smart garage door opener is the companion device of your
existing garage door opener. It can make your garage door smarter and
secure. By using it, garage door opener can be controlled or monitored at
your own will.
Following should be confirmed before installation:
Tools required:
Reminder: please check the compatibility of your garage door opener
before installation.
●By inputting brand name of your garage door opener on the
witgarage website, you will get the compatibility of your garage door
opener.

Installation Guide
1. Download the witgarage app

2. Create an account
Warning: Power must be off before installation.

3.Power on the device and wait about 5 seconds until the LED
flashes rapidly.

4. Connect the device to your router with witgarage app
Tap “add device” on your app, and follow the instruction to complete the
setting. When device has been successfully added, LED will turn into solid
green.
Note:If the led flashes in blue color, it is ok, please continue to the next
step.
Enter WiFi and WiFi password
Note: make sure the WiFi name is seen on the WiFi field
5. Binding the smart sensor to the main unit
LED blinking blue not connected to the sensor
Move the sensor close to the main unit and stand it upright
Please note “this side up” should be on top of the sensor.
Now place the sensor on its side, this will pair the sensor to the main
device ( see video from 2.30)

6. Sensor installation
Close your garage door, remove the sticker at the back of sensor
and stick it on the top flap of your garage door.see the following
figure.
Please note the direction.

7.Connect the wire of the device to the terminals that connect to
the wall button, and wire order does not matter. See following
figure:

8. Test
Power on both the garage door opener and device, and control
your garage door through app and check the corresponding status
of your garage door.
Note: The state may be not correct at the first and second
time,if it is not correct, please try to open or close the door for more
times,it will be ok after up to four operations.

Points for attention:
1. LED
1) Flash rapidly in red
In default mode with network disconnected, please use default
mode to connect Wi- Fi.
2) Flash slowly in red
In default mode with network disconnected, please use AP mode to
connect Wi-Fi.
3) Flash in green
Network connected but Wi-Fi configuration information is wrongly
inputted, or the device is blocked by firewall, please check your
configurations.
4) Flash in blue
The sensor is not bound with your controller. Please open or close
the door to bind the sensor.
5) Solid green
All the configurations are right and device can be used.
2. Button Rules
1) When the LED flashes in red. Long press the button for 3 seconds,
configuration of the device will be switched and the LED will be
switched between rapid-flash and slow-flash.
2) When the LED flashes in green or stays in solid green, long press the

button will clear the configuration of Wi- Fi. The device will be reset,
and you need to add device and reset configuration.
3) Long press the button for 7 seconds or above, the controll will unbind
the sensor, it will flashes in blue.

About App
1. Home Page
Witgarage app support Tuya IP camera. If you add a Tuya IP camera to
Witgarage app, it will show and will work with our iGarage device. The
picture below shows all functions of iGarage which work with Tuya IP
camera.

1 Name. The name of actived iGarage device.
2 Status. The status of your garage door.
3 Control icon. It will active your garage door when you click this
icon.
4 Delete icon. If the network is ok, once tapping it,the iGarage
device will be deleted and the configuration will be reseted.
5 Activate icon. Witgarage app supports adding one or two or
more devices. By tapping this icon to switch between different devices.
6 More function icon. By tapping it, you can enter the function
page.
7 iGarage device. It shows state, name, and function icons.
8 Tuya IP camera device.
9 Bind icon. By tapping it to bind camera with iGarage device.
10 Preview icon. By tapping it to open the camera.
11 Add device button. By tapping it, you can add another
device.
12 Camera preview.
13 Close camera icon. By tapping it, you can close the camera
preview.

2. Function Page.
1 Bind iGarage device: Bind the camera with one or more iGarage
devices.
2 Rename: Rename your device by tapping it.
3 Share device: By tapping it, you can share your device with
family members on condition that they use the same app and have their
accounts.

4 Smart control: Using GPS to automatically open and close
garage door. This function is a limited one for systematical reasons, this
function is only available on some phones. Turn off the function if you
don’t need it.
5 Schedules: Turn off or on your garage door at a specific time.
6 History: By tapping it, you can check the history of your
garage door
Voice Commands
Amazon Alexa
The integration of iGarage and Alexa Skill allows a voice
command to control the door status.
1. Logging in your Amazon alexa app and looking for smart life skills.
2. Initiating smart life skill and connect it with the account of witgarage app.

3. Voice Commands
When using voice command, pay attention to the name of device which
can be changed. In the following order, “witgarage” is the name of the
device.
Voice Commands:
“Alexa, turn on (Witgarage)”
“Alexa, turn off (Witgarage)”
Google Home
The integration of iGarage and Google Assistant Action
allows voice command to control the door status.
Following steps describe how to setup Google Home
for IGarage.
1) What you need to get started
Before using Google Home to control your devices, guarantee
followings:

✓ A Google Home device, or an Android phone with Google Assistant.
✓ Latest Google Home app.
✓ Latest Google app (Android only)
✓ A Google account.
✓ The device display language must be set to English US.
✓ Witgarage app and a related account.
✓ iGarage device.
2) Add devices in Witgarage app (Refer to App Instruction)
Skip this part if you have added one device to your Witgarage account,
and the name of the device is easily recognized.
3) Set up Google Home and configure in Home Control;
Configuration requires Google Home app. Search "Google Home" in
App Store or Google Play to install the app.
4) Link account
Type keywords “Smart life” in the search bar, and input your
Witgarage app account name and password to link the account with
google home.
Voice Commands:
“Ok Google, open (WitGarage)”
“Ok Google, close (WitGarage)”
If the voice command doesn’t work, please try
“Ok Google, turn on (WitGarage)”
“Ok Google, turn off (WitGarage)”
