El Generador de Ozono HM-10.000-OG/LS crea ozono a partir del aire del ambiente en un
proceso que utiliza corriente eléctrica y oxígeno, eliminando bacterias, virus, hongos y olores. Al
tratarse de un desinfectante en fase gaseosa, facilita su llegada a todas las superficiees de una
estancia salvo a aquellas cerradas de carácter estanco.
En España, el uso de Ozono se encuentra regulado en la Disposición Transitoria Seguridad del
Real Decreto 1054/2002, de 11 de octubre, por el que se regula el proceso de evaluación para
el registro, autorización y comercialización de biocidas.

Compruebe que el equipo se encuentra en buen estado en el momento de abrirlo.
Si observa algún daño externo o algún problema de funcionamiento del generador
de ozono causado por un daño durante el transporte, por favor póngase en
contacto con Ozonovid durante las 24 horas después de la entrega del paquete.
Por norma las agencias de transporte solo atienden a reclamaciones realizadas 24
horas después de la entrega del paquete.
Pegar la pegatina en el lateral del generador.
Tenga cuidado al retirar el equipo del embalaje y trasladarlo hasta el lugar de
instalación para evitar dañar o arañar la máquina durante este proceso.

Asegurarse de que no haya personas ni animales en el lugar de
aplicación del ozono.
Asegurarse de mantener el lugar de la instalación del equipo
completamente cerrado (puertas y ventanas cerradas).
Se recomienda la instalación del generador a una altura de 1,5
- 2 m para un mejor reparto de ozono en la superficie
procurando dejar espacio libre para la entrada de aire por la
zona posterior y para la salida de ozono por la parte delantera.
Enchufar el generador a la red de 220V.
5. Modo de operación
Temporizador:
Indicador de luz: se ilumina cuando la unidad está en
funcionamiento.
Una vez conectado el temporizador, salga del lugar de
instalación.
No volver al lugar de la instalación hasta después de haber
transcurrido el tiempo programado de desinfección y haber
esperado al menos 2 horas y 30 minutos más.
Para encender el generador, girar el temporizador en el sentido de
las agujas del reloj y seleccionar la flecha hasta el tiempo de
desinfecicón sugerido por Ozonovid. El equipo se desconectará
automáticamente una vez que el temporizador vuelva a la posición
OFF.
El temporizador tiene una opción para que el generador funcione
de manera indefinida, posicionándolo en HOLD pero por
precaución se desaconseja su uso.

7.1. ¿Cómo limpiar la placa de ozono?

Aflojar los 4 tornillos laterales de la cubierta y tirar
del asa del generador.
Aflojar la sujeción de la placa de ozono y extraerla.
Limpiar la placa con un paño húmedo con agua.
Volver a isntalar la placa una vez esté
completamente seca.
Volver a poner la cubierta y atornillar de nuevo.
Es recomendable repetir este mantenimiento al
menos cada 3 meses.

7.2. ¿Cómo limpiar el filtro de partículas?
Con un destornillador plano, quitar el filtro
del aire.
Extraer la malla filtradora.
Lavar el filtro con agua y secar con un
papel absorbente o similar.

*Es recomendable repetir este mantenimiento cada
vez que observemos que el filtro está sucio.
Dependerá de la suciedad y humedad del aire del
entorno. Se recomienda observar periódicamente.
El Generador está correctamente enchufado a la red.
El enchufe red funciona correctamente.
Las placas de ozono están limpias, secas y sin grietas. Una
grieta en la placa puede causar un mal funcionamiento del
equipo.
El fusible está bien instalado y funciona correctamente. En
caso de necesitar cambiarlo, con un destornillador, extraer
el compartimiento donde se ubican los 2 fusibles. El interior
que es el que se encuentra en uso y el exterior de
repuesto. Girar el fusible en el sentido contrario de las
agujas del reloj para desenroscarlo y cambiarlo por el fusible
de repuesto.
Es muy importante que el generador esté puesto a tierra
mediante el cable de potencia para evitar una descarga.
En el caso de que el ventilador no funcione y no se escuche
el sonido del zumbido, contactar con su distribuidor.

verificaciones:

HÚMEDAS*
El ozono está categorizado por la Agencia Europea de Sustancias y
mezclas Químicas (ECHA) como “sustancia peligrosa” por vía
respiratoria, irritación de piel y daño ocular, por lo que su exposición
puede producer daños adversos tanto para personas como animales.
El ozono puede reaccionar con sustancias inflamables, produciendo
reacciones químicas peligrosas al contacto con otros productos.
No utilizar en locales donde se usen productos químicos volátiles.
No aplicar sobre alimentos sin envasar.
No aplicar sobre caucho, tanto natural como sintetizado como polímeros
similares, puede provocar grietas y envejecimiento, ocasionando
pérdidas de propiedades mecánicas y térmicas.
No abrir el generador sin antes desconectarlo de la red eléctrica.
No volver al lugar de la instalación hasta después de haber transcurrido
el tiempo programado de desinfección y haber esperado al menos 2
horas y 30 minutos.
En las salas climatizadas se recomienda conectar la recirculación de aire.
No debe utilizarse en exterior ni en zonas húmedas.

Ozone Generator HM-10.000-OG/LS produces ozone from ambient air in a process that
employs electrical current and oxygen, eliminating bacteria, viruses, fungi and odours. As it is a
gas-phase disinfectant, it can easily reach all surfaces in a room except those that are sealed.
In Spain, the use of ozone is regulated in the Second Transitional Arrangement of the Royal
Decree 1054/2002, of 11th October, regulating the assessment process for registration,
authorisation and marketing of biocides.

Check that the equipment is in good condition when opening it.
If you notice any external damage or malfunction of the ozone generator caused by
damage during transportation, please contact Ozonovid within 24 hours after
delivery of the package. As a rule, transport agencies only deal with complaints
made within the 24 hours after the delivery of the package.
Attach the sticker on the generator's side.
Take care when unpacking the equipment from and carrying it to the assembly site
to avoid damaging or scratching the machine during this process.

Make sure that there are no people or animals at the area
where ozone is to be applied.
Ensure that the installation site of the equipment is kept
completely closed (doors and windows closed).
It is recommended to install the generator at a height of 1.5 - 2
m for a better distribution of ozone on the surface, leaving
enough space for the air inlet through the rear part and for the
ozone outlet through the front.
Connect the generator to the 220V mains.
5. Operating mode
Timer:
Light indicator: Illuminates when the system is running.
Once the timer is connected, leave the installation site
please.
Do not return to the installation site until the scheduled
disinfection time has elapsed and after waiting at least 2 hours
and 30 minutes more.
To turn on the generator, turn clockwise the timer and choose the
arrow until the disinfection time proposed by Ozonovid. The
equipment will automatically be disconnected once the timer
returns to the OFF position.
Timer has an option to make the generator to work indefinitely.
This can be done by selecting the HOLD position. However, as a
precaution its use is not advisable.

7.1. How to clean the ozone plate?

Loosen side screws from the case and pull on the
generator's handle.
Loosen the ozone plate clamping and remove it.
Clean the plate with a damp cloth.
When the plate is completely dry, reinstall it.
Close the case and screw it again.

7.2. How to clean the particulate filter?
Remove the air filter with a flat screwdriver.
Remove the filtering mesh.
Wash the filter with water and dry it with
and absorbent paper.

*It is highly recommended to repeat this
maintenance every time you notice that the filter is
dirty. It will depend on the dirt and the air humidity in
the surrounding area. It is also advisable to observe
this on a regular basis.

The mains outlet is working properly.
The ozone plates are clean, dry and without cracks. If the
plate presents cracks, this could produce a malfunction in
the equipment.
The fuse is well installed and working properly. If you need to
change it, remove the holder where the 2 fuses are stored
with aid of a screwdriver. The inner one is the running
fuse and the outer one is the spare fuse. Turn the screw
anticlockwise to unscrew it and change it for the spare fuse.
It is of great importance that the generator is properly
grounded through the power wire to prevent any possible
shock.
In case that the fan is not working properly and the buzzing
is not being heard, please contact with the distributor.
If you consider that the generator is not working properly, carry out the following
checks.

The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) categorises ozone as a
"hazardous substance" by respiratory route, skin irritation and eye
damage, and its exposure can cause adverse effects to both humans and
animals.
Ozone can react with flammable substances, producing hazardous
chemical reactions on contact with other products.
Do not use where volatile chemicals are being employed.
Do not apply on unpacked food.
Failure to apply on rubber, both natural and synthetic as well as similar
polymers, may lead to cracking and hardening, resulting in loss of
mechanical and thermal properties.
Do not open the generator until disconnecting it from the mains.
Do not return to the installation site until the scheduled disinfection time
has elapsed and after waiting at least 2 hours and 30 minutes.
It is recommended to connect the air recirculation in air-conditioned halls.
Should not be used outdoors or in damp areas.

Il Generatore di ozono HM-10.000-OG/LS crea ozono a partire dall’aria dell’ambiente, in un
processo che usa corrente elettrica e ossigeno eliminando batteri, virus, funghi e odori.
Trattandosi di un disinfettante in fase gassosa, raggiunge più facilmente tutte le superfici di un
locale, ad eccezione di quelle chiuse ermeticamente.
In Spagna, l’utilizzo dell’ozono è regolamentato nella seconda disposizione transitoria del Regio
decreto 1054/2002, dell’11 ottobre, che disciplina il processo di valutazione per la registrazione,
l’autorizzazione e la commercializzazione dei prodotti biocidi.

Verificare che il dispositivo si trovi in buono stato al momento dell’apertura
dell’imballaggio.
Qualora venissero notati danni esterni o un problema di funzionamento del generatore
di ozono a causa di danni durante il trasporto, mettersi in contatto con Ozonovid nelle
24 ore successive alla consegna del pacco. Di regola, le compagnie di trasporto

Assicurarsi che non ci siano persone o animali nel luogo
in cui sarà applicato l’ozono.

5. Modalità di funzionamento
Timer:
Indicatore luminoso: Si illumina quando l’unità è in
funzionamento.
Una volta impostato il timer, uscire dal luogo di installazione.
Non rientrare nel luogo di installazione se non dopo aver atteso
almeno 2 ore e 30 minuti oltre il termine del periodo di
disinfezione programmato.
Per accendere il generatore, ruotare il timer in senso orario e
posizionare la freccia sui minuti di disinfezione consigliati da
Ozonovid. Il dispositivo si spegnerà automaticamente non appena
il timer torna in posizione OFF.
Il timer prevede la possibilità di far funzionare il generatore a tempo
indeterminato, posizionandolo su HOLD. Tuttavia, per prudenza,
se ne sconsiglia l’utilizzo.

7.1. Come pulire la piastra di ozono?

Allentare le 4 viti laterali del coperchio e tirare il
manico del generatore
Allentare il fissaggio della piastra di ozono ed estrarla.
Pulire la piastra con un panno inumidito con acqua.
