∫Places where you use or store the product
• This unit is for indoor use.
• Do not use or leave where the temperature is extremely high such as in locations exposed to direct
sunlight or near heating devices.
• Do not use or leave in locations with a lot of dust.
• Do not use or leave in locations with a lot of vibration.
• Do not use or leave in locations with a lot of moisture, such as bathrooms.
∫Handling
• Do not drop, hit, or apply strong shocks. This may cause malfunction.
• Sound may be interrupted or you may hear noise if the plug tip is dirty. If this occurs, wipe the tips of
the plug and plug adaptor clean with a soft dry cloth.
∫Built-in battery
• Do not heat or expose to flame.
• Do not leave the unit in a car exposed to direct sunlight for a long period of time with doors and windows closed.
• Do not expose to low air pressure at high altitudes.
• Do not expose to extremely low air pressure, as this may result in explosions or leakage of flammable
liquids and gases.
Before requesting service, make the following checks. If you are in doubt about some of the
check points, or if the remedies indicated in the chart do not solve the problem, refer to
“Customer Services Directory” on the front page if you reside in the U.S.A., or refer to
“CONTACT INFORMATION” on the front page if you reside in Canada.
There is no sound.
• The USB port or plug may be dirty. Wipe the USB port and plug clean with a soft dry cloth.
• The sound may have been muted or turned down low on the connected device. Adjust the
volume on the connected device.
• Make sure that “Panasonic SC-GNW10 (Game)” is selected as the audio output device on the
connected device.
The sound is low.
• Also increase the volume on the other devices as well as this unit.
There are interruptions to the sound. / Too much noise. / Poor sound quality.
• Make sure the USB port is normal. If there are other USB ports on your computer, try using one
of the other USB ports.
• There may be a USB hub between the unit and the computer. If there are other USB ports on
your computer, try using one of the other USB ports.
There is no wireless connection between this unit and the transmitter.
• Try pairing the unit and the transmitter again. Refer to the “Owner’s Manual (PDF format)” for
details.

If your product does not work properly because of a defect in materials or
workmanship, Panasonic Corporation of North America (referred to as “the
warrantor”) will, for the length of the period indicated on the chart below,
which starts with the date of original purchase (“warranty period”), at its
option either (a) repair your product with new or refurbished parts, (b)
replace it with a new or a refurbished equivalent value product, or (c)
refund your purchase price. The decision to repair, replace or refund will be
made by the warrantor.
During the “Labor” warranty period there will be no charge for labor. During
the “Parts” warranty period, there will be no charge for parts. This Limited
Warranty excludes both parts and labor for non-rechargeable batteries,
antennas, and cosmetic parts (cabinet). This warranty only applies to
products purchased and serviced in the United States. This warranty is
extended only to the original purchaser of a new product which was not
sold “as is”.

packed well in a carton box. When shipping Lithium Ion batteries please

the most up to date information. Include a letter detailing the complaint, a
return address and provide a daytime phone number where you can be
reached. A valid registered receipt is required under the Limited Warranty.
IF REPAIR IS NEEDED DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD, THE
PURCHASER WILL BE REQUIRED TO FURNISH A SALES RECEIPT/
PROOF OF PURCHASE INDICATING DATE OF PURCHASE, AMOUNT
PAID AND PLACE OF PURCHASE. CUSTOMER WILL BE CHARGED
FOR THE REPAIR OF ANY UNIT RECEIVED WITHOUT SUCH PROOF
OF PURCHASE.
Limited Warranty Limits and Exclusions
This warranty ONLY COVERS failures due to defects in materials or
workmanship, and DOES NOT COVER normal wear and tear or cosmetic
damage. The warranty ALSO DOES NOT COVER damages which
occurred in shipment, or failures which are caused by products not
supplied by the warrantor, or failures which result from accidents, misuse,
abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, alteration, faulty installation,
set-up adjustments, misadjustment of consumer controls, improper
maintenance, power line surge, lightning damage, modification,
introduction of sand, humidity or liquids, or rental use of the product, or
service by anyone other than a Factory Service Center or other Authorized
Servicer, or damage that is attributable to acts of God.
THERE ARE NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES EXCEPT AS LISTED UNDER
“LIMITED WARRANTY COVERAGE”.
THE WARRANTOR IS NOT LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS
PRODUCT, OR ARISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY.

Note:

• The built-in rechargeable battery may deteriorate if it is not used for long periods, so recharge

• When you press and hold the [ ] button while the unit is on, you can see the remaining

• Power is supplied from the USB port that the transmitter is connected to.
• First turn on the device to be connected, then connect the transmitter.
• The operation indicator of the transmitter lights (cyan) when there is a wireless connection with
this unit and blinks (cyan) when there is no wireless connection with this unit.
Note:
• Do not use any other USB cables except the supplied one. Doing so may cause malfunction.
Fit the unit by putting it around your shoulders, taking care of how it is positioned.
Before turning on the unit, connect the transmitter and a device with the USB cable. (The
operation indicator of the transmitter blinks (cyan) to indicate this state)
Press and hold the [Í]button for about 2 seconds until the operation indicator (R)
blinks (cyan).
The wireless connection between this unit and the transmitter starts.
When the wireless connection is completed, the unit and the transmitter are in the
following states:
*1 If the “Lighting Settings” in the app for use in Windows are set to “OFF”, the indicators turn
off after about 3 seconds.
*2 Blinks (red) when the battery level drops to 20 %.
To turn the unit off
Press and hold the [Í] button for about 2 seconds until the operation indicator (L) blinks 3
times.
• The operation indicator (L) turns off and the power of the unit turns off.
Note:
• When connected wirelessly, if there is no sound for 5 minutes or more, this unit automatically
turns off. (Auto off function)
• The auto off function may not work in some cases when there is noise from other devices.
• The settings for the auto off function can be changed in the app for use in Windows. (Factory
default: on)
Turn the [VOL] dial.
• An operation tone sounds when you reach either the minimum volume or the maximum
volume.
Note:
• The volume setting is maintained even when the power is turned off.
You can enjoy sound field effects that suit the images on connected equipment by switching the
sound mode. (Factory default: RPG)
Press the [ ] button.
The mode switches each time you press the button.
Note:
• The setting is maintained until it is changed again.
Press the [ ] button.
The operation indicator (L) and operation indicator (R) of the unit and the operation indicator of
the transmitter light (red) and the microphones are muted.
• Press again to cancel.

• Microphone muting is maintained even when the power is turned off.

In order to properly use this unit, depending on the operating environment and OS, you need
to change some sound settings on the computer. Two devices are shown when you connect
the transmitter, so make the settings as follows:
• Make “Panasonic SC-GNW10 (Game)” the default device for “Playback”. (D)

Tourner la molette [VOL].
• Un signal sonore se produit lorsque le volume minimum ou maximum est atteint.
Nota :
• Le réglage du volume est conservé même si l'alimentation est coupée.
Il est possible de bénéficier des effets de champ sonore qui s'adaptent aux images de
l'équipement branché en commutant le mode sonore. (Réglage d'usine par défaut : RPG)

Le mode commute chaque fois que la touche est pressée.
Nota :
