2. Driver Installaon
Side Buon: It is equal to the right-key of a mouse
by default and it can be customized as the Le Key,
Right Key, Middle Key, Double Click Key, Scroll Up,
Scroll Down, Keyboard, Applicaon and Disable
funcon.
Pen Tip: It can be as the same funcon as le key
of the mouse.
When the p gets too short or develops a sharp
edge, you can replace it with one of the replacement
ps inside the pen box. (Please replace the pen
ps according to the FAQ8.)
STEP1: Please uninstall and completely remove any driver of other
graphics tablet on your computer.
2.1 WINDOWS
STEP2: Please disable any an-virus soware such as Firewall. Make
sure that you are installing the driver as the Administrator.

STEP3: Connect Coast13 with your computer. (USB Cable: To provide
power to Coast13; HDMI Cable: To provide the “display”
funcon to Coast13.)
STEP4: Insert the disk into your CD drive and follow the on screen
instrucons to install driver by following the screen instrucon.
(Note: Or you can download the up-to-date driver from
hp://parblo.com/support by finding out “PARBLO COAST13”.)
Kindly Remind: If your computer has installed the driver for Parblo
Coast13 and you will see the following message:
Please choose “Remove” to remove the former old driver in your
computer. Then, execute the Zip file and install the driver again.

STEP6: Once it is installed successfully, the digital pen should be in a
control of the cursor. And you can search for “tablet seng”
in the “start tray” of your computer/Laptop.
STEP5: Restart your computer.
2.2 MAC
STEP1: Connect Coast13 with your computer. (USB Cable: To provide
power to Coast13; HDMI Cable: To provide the “display”
funcon to Coast13.)
Note:
1. If your computer/laptop is Mac Book Air or IMac, please use the Mini
DisplayPort to HDMI adapter to connect the HDMI with your laptop.
2. If your laptop is the Mac Book Pro, please use the USB 3.1 type C to
HDMI adapter to connect the HDMI with your laptop.
STEP2: Insert the disk into your CD driver and follow the on screen
instrucons to install driver by following the screen instrucon.
(Note: Or you can download the up-to-date driver from
hp://parblo.com/support by finding out “PARBLO COAST13”.)

STEP3: Log out and restart your computer/laptop by following the
screen instrucon.
STEP4: Once it is installed successfully, there is an icon on the upper
right of your computer’s screen. And the digital pen should
be in a control of the cursor.
3. Driver Configuraon
You may configure the Parblo Coast13 by modifying the funcons
of the pen p and the shortcut keys, please follow the WIN and
MAC installaon steps to configure your Parblo.
1. Tap [Start] > [Sengs] > [Applicaon] > find [Tablet Seng],
double-tap it and open it. You will see [Pen Seng],
[Mapping], [Key Seng] and [About] buon.
2. Pen Seng
You can test the pen pressure and configure the shortcut key
of the digital pen. You can set the shortcut key as the funcon
of “Le Key”, “Right Key”,＂Middle Key”,＂Double Click Key”,
“Scroll Up”, “Scroll Down”, “Keyboard”, “Applicaon” and
“Disable”.

3. Mapping
Monitors: Please choose the monitor that you want the digital
pen to take control of it.
1. Please make it clear that which one is “monitor1” and
“monitor2” between Coast13 and your computer.
2. For example, Your Computer= Monitor 1 & Coast13=Monitor2
If you want the pen to control your computer only, so please
choose the “Monitor 1”; if you want the digital pen to control
Parblo only, please choose “Monitor2”.
Calibrate: Please click the “Calibrate” and you will see 4 red-cross
on the Coast13‘s screen, please use the digital pen to click the
center of the cross over right above it in turns.
4. Key Seng
You can configure those express keys (8+1) of the Coast13.
5. About
Introduce the basic informaon about this version of driver.
1. Please find the tablet icon on the upper right of your
computer’s screen. Click it and enter to the “Quick Steup”,
and you will see the below panel:

2. Normal Seng
You can test the pen pressure and configure the shortcut key of the
digital pen. You can set the shortcut key as the funcon of “Disable”,
“Le Key”, “Right Key”,＂Middle Key”,＂Double Click”, “Launch
Applicaon”, “Key Bindings”, “Switch Screen”.
3. Region Seng
Monitors: Please choose the monitor that you want the digital pen to
take control of it.

1. Please make it clear that which one is “monitor1” and “monitor2”
between Coast13 and your computer.
2. For example, Your Computer= Monitor 1 & Coast13=Monitor2.
If you want the pen to control your computer only, so please
choose the “Monitor 1”; if you want the digital pen to control
Parblo only, please choose “Monitor2”.
Calibrate: Please click the “Calibrate” and you will see 4 red-cross
on the Coast13’s screen, please use the digital pen to click the center

4. Key Seng
You can configure the 8 express keys on the Coast13 as the funcon

5. FAQ
1. Q: How to connect Coast13 with computer?
A: Please use the USB cable to connect firstly and HDMI cable to
connect secondly. Aer you plug the USB cable, the indicator
light will flash; aer plug HDMI cable, Coast13 can be displayed.
(To make it convenient to use, we bind the HDMI and USB cable.)
Note: 1. If your computer/laptop is Mac Book Air or IMac, please
use the Mini DisplayPort to HDMI adapter to connect the
HDMI with your laptop.
2. If your laptop is the Mac Book Pro, please use the USB 3.1
type C to HDMI adapter to connect the HDMI with your laptop.

2. Q: Where do I download the current updated drivers for Parblo
Coast13 Graphic Monitor?
A: Please download the drivers in the “support” panel of
www.parblo.com by finding out “PARBLO COAST13”.(Notes: Please
download the driver according to the name and version of your
computer’s operaon system.)
3. Q: Why the indicator light didn’t on aer connecng through the
USB cable?
A: Please check whether the USB connector of your computer is good
or not? You can use one of your USB port (Refereed as USB01 later)
on your desktop/laptop to charge your phone or connect your mouse.
Please repeat to check another USB port (Refereed as USB02 later).
Then, please confirm they are workable or not.
4. Q: How will I know if the driver is completely installed?
A: WIN: When the driver is completely installed, please search for
“tablet seng” in the “start tray” of your computer. Once completed,
the digital pen should be in control of the cursor, and acvated for
configuraon on the pressure test area.
MAC: Once it is installed successfully, there is an icon on the
upper right of your computer’s screen. And the digital pen should
be in a control of the cursor.

5. Q: How to remove driver?
A: WIN: 1. Explore [Start] → [All Programs] → [Tablet Seng]
→ [Uninstall]
2. Explore [Control Panel] → [Uninstall a Program] →
[Tablet Seng] and choose [Uninstall/ Change]
MAC: 1. Open [Finder]→[Applicaon]→[Tablet Seng]→[Uninstall]
If the first method does not uninstall the driver completely,
please uninstall it by following the next step.
2. Open [Finder]→[Applicaon]→[Tablet Seng] please
delete the file directly.
Follow the instrucons unl uninstallaon is completed.
6. Q: What can I do if there is no pen sensivity pressure in my
frequently-used paint soware?
A: Please test the pen pressure in other paint soware, if there is
pen pressure in those sowares, and then you need to set the
pen pressure manually, or the current version of this paint
soware isn’t compable with Parblo Coast13. If not, please find
the “Pen Seng” in the “Tablet Seng”(WIN) or “Normal Seng”
(MAC), and then use the pen draw in the right area to test the
pen pressure. If it has pen pressure, it means that the driver
installed successfully; if not, you need reinstall the driver.

7. Q: If I want to seek help from Parblo’s aer sales services, what’s
informaon that I need to submit.
A: Please email the following informaon to [email protected]om:
1. Your order number
2. The name and version of your computer/laptop’s operaon system
3. The name and version of your frequently-used paint soware
4. Step by Step details to reproduce the issue including the exact
text of any error messages. Please aach either a Screen Shot
or Text File of the Error Message and/or images to show the issue.
If there is an Error Report, please upload that to this incident.
Our customer service will help you to resolve the problem at their
fastest speed.
8. Q: How to replace the pen nibs?
A: When the pen p gets too short or develop a
sharp edge, you can replace it with the spare ps.
Please following the following steps：
* Use the removal tool to pull the old p straight
out the pen.
* Insert a new pen p into the stylus pen and push
the p unl it stops.
(Note: Tip replacement toll and spare ps are included.)

のキーと同じです。お客様の希望にように左のキーとか、右のキ
ーとか、真ん中のキーとか、ダブルクリックキーとか、スクロール
アップとか、スクロールダウンとか、キーボートとか、アプリケー
ションとでぃゼーブルなどに変更する事もできます。
ペ ン チ ッ プ：このボトムの機能はマウスの左のキーと同じです。
このチップが短過ぎると、鋭いへりが見えます。その時にはペン
ボックスにある備品のチップと取り替えてください（お取り替え
るときには、FAQをご覧下さい）。
ス テップ １：まずはパソコンにある全てのドライブと他のグラフィックスタブ
レットをアンインストールしてください。残りのデータも完全に削除してください。
ス テップ ２：それにパソコンにあるアンチウイルスソフト例えばファイアウォ
ールを閉じてください。管理人としてドライブをインストールすることを確保
してください。
