product. They contain important information concerning safety, use and
disposal. Before using the product, please familiarise yourself with all
of the safety information and instructions for use. Only use the unit as
described and for the specified applications. If you pass the product

This device is intended for the removal of rust and paint from metal
surfaces. Any other use or modification to the device shall be considered
as improper use and could give rise to considerable risk of accident.
We will not accept liability for loss or damage arising from improper
use. The device is intended for private, domestic use only.

Safety advice
Check the device for damage before bringing it into
use. Do not use the device if you discover any defects.
Keep children and other people away while you are
operating the sandblasting gun. Distractions can cause
you to lose control of the device.
RISK OF INJURY! IMPROPER USE! Never point the device
at people or animals.
For your own safety, wear suitable personal protec-
tive equipment.
Wear an approved dust mask/protective hood!
Wear protective glasses!
RISK OF EXPLOSION! Do not use the sandblasting gun 1in
environments containing gases, open flames, fires or gas-operated
water heaters.
NO SMOKING!
Work in adequately ventilated spaces only.
Never use oxygen or other combustible gas as the
energy source.
Never exceed the maximum working air pressure of 8bar.
RECOIL FORCES! High working pressures can
give rise to recoil forces that under certain conditions can result in
danger from continuous loading.
DANGER OF INJURY! Disconnect the device from the com pressed
air source before carrying out any repairs or maintenance of the
device or moving it to another location.
DANGER OF INJURY! Disconnect the device from the com-
pressed air source before filling it with blast medium.
NOTE! Please observe the safety advice provided by the manu-
facturer of the blast medium.
Use only materials for the blast medium that are suit-
able for the sandblasting gun. Do not use quartz sand.
There is the danger of toxic silicon dust forming.

Take precautions to ensure that other people are not
contaminated (dust generation).
Ensure that the spent blast medium is trapped and
collected so that it can be disposed of in an environ-
mentally compatible manner.
Do not remove rating plates or labels–they are safety-relevant
parts of the device.
If you are inexperienced in the use of this type of device, you should
seek out information or training to learn how to handle it safely.

Connecting the compressed air source
NOTE: Operate the sandblasting gun 1only with cleaned, conden-
sate- and oil-free compressed air and never exceed the maximum working
air pressure at the device of 8bar.
NOTE: The compressed air source must be fitted with a (filter)/pressure
reducer so that the air pressure can be regulated.
Connect the sandblasting gun to a suitable compressed air source
by connecting the quick-release coupling of the air supply hose with
the plug-in nipple 3to the sandblasting gun 1. It locks itself in
place automatically.

Filling the blast medium container
Always use a suitable blast medium for your sand blasting work.
NOTE: We recommend using a silica-free blast medium
(e.g. ground blast furnace slag) with a grading of 0.2mm–0.8mm.

Operation
Ensure that the blast medium is completely dry and not too coarse.
NOTE: The maximum particle size is 0.8mm.
Turn the bayonet cap of the blast medium container 4to open it.
Pull the blast medium container 4off downwards.
Fill the blast medium container 4with the desired amount of
blast medium.
Ensure that the maximum capacity of the container (1000ml) is
not exceeded.
Screw the blast medium container 4back on and lock it in place
by inserting and turning it on to the container lid (see Figs. A).

Using the sandblasting gun
(see Figs. B, C)
Carefully prepare the workpiece before sand blasting it.
Clean it if necessary.
NOTE: Deposits of dust and grease can have a considerably
detrimental effect on the result.
Carefully mask or tape off everything that is not to be sand blasted.
Ensure that there is always a minimum distance of 20cm between
the sandblasting gun 1and the surface being sand blasted.
Switching on:
Press the trigger 2to start operating the sandblasting gun 1.
Switching off:
Release the trigger 2to stop operating the sandblasting gun 1.
After you finish work, disconnect the device from the compressed
air source.
NOTE: First disconnect the hose from the compressed
air source and only then disconnect the compressed

air supply hose from the device. This will ensure that the
compressed air supply hose does not wave around in an uncon-
trolled manner.

DANGER OF INJURY! Always disconnect
the device from the compressed air source before you clean or
maintain it.
Clean the sandblasting gun 1and blast medium container 4
after you finish working. Blow out the sandblasting gun 1and
the blast medium container 4with compressed air.
Store the sandblasting gun 1in a dry, enclosed room.

Service
Have your sandblasting gun repaired
only by qualified specialist personnel using original
manufacturer parts only. This will ensure that your sandblast-
ing gun remains safe to use.

Warranty
The warranty for this appliance is for 3 years from the
date of purchase. The appliance has been manufactured
with care and meticulously examined before delivery.
Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. In the
event of a warranty claim, please make contact by tele-

can a post-free despatch for your goods be assured.
The warranty covers only claims for material and maufacturing defects,
but not for transport damage, for wearing parts or for damage to frag-

only and is not intended for commercial use.
The warranty is void in the case of abusive and improper handling, use of
force and internal tampering not carried out by our authorized service
branch. Your statutory rights are not restricted in any way by this warranty.
The warranty period will not be extended by repairs made unter warranty .
This applies also to replaced and repaired parts. Any damage and de-
fects extant on purchase must be reported immediately after unpacking
the appliance, at the latest, two days after the purchase date. Repairs
made after the expiration of the warranty period are subject to pay ment.

Rabite isključivo materijale, koji su prikladni za
pneumatski pištolj za pjeskarenje. Ne rabite kremeni
pijesak. Prijeti opasnost od stvaranja otrovne silikozne prašine.
Poduzmite mjere, kako nebi smetali drugim osobama
(stvaranje prašine).
Osigurajte, da se tvar za pjeskarenje sakupi, kako bi
je se moglo otkloniti na način koji štiti okoliš.
Ne otklanjajte tipske pločice – one su sastavni dijelovi uređaja i
važne za sigurnost.
Ako ste neiskusni pri rukovanju s uređajem, trebate se školovati o
bezopasnom rukovanju s istim.

Priključivanje pneumatskog izvora
UPUTA: Uporaba pneumatskog pištolja za pjeskarenje 1isključivo
je dozvoljena sa očišćenim komprimiranim zrakom, oslobođenim od
kondenzata i ulja, te nesmije prekoračiti maksimalni radni tlak od 8bar
na uređaju.
UPUTA: Kako bi mogli regulirati tlak zraka, izvor komprimiranog zraka
treba biti opremljen sa (filterskim)-reduktorom zraka.
Priključite pneumatski pištolj za pjeskarenje na prikladan izvor
komprimiranog zraka, na način da spojite brzu spojku opskrbne
cijevi sa utičnom nazuvicom 3na pneumatskom pištolju za
pjeskarenje 1. Zapor slijedi automatski.

Punjenje spremnika tvari za pjeskarenje
Rabite za izvođenje pjeskarenja isključivo prikladnu tvar za
pjeskarenje.
UPUTA: Preporučujemo silikozno neštetno mlazno sredstvo
(mlivena visokopećna šljaka) sa granulacijom 0,2mm–0,8mm.
Vodite računa o tome, da je tvar za pjeskarenje potpuno suha i ne
previše krupnozrnata.
UPUTA: Maksimalna veličina zrna iznosi 0,8mm.
Otvorite bajunetni zapor spremnika tvari za pjeskarenje 4jednim
zaokretom.
Odvucite spremnik tvari za pjeskarenje 4povlačenjem prema dolje.
Napunite željenu količinu tvari za pjeskarenje u spremnik tvari za
pjeskarenje 4.
Vodite računa o tome, da ne prekoračite maksimalnu zapremninu
spremnika od 1000ml.
Nakon toga ponovno zavijte spremnik tvari za pjeskarenje 4,
tako da ga utaknete i okrenete i na taj način aretirate na poklopcu
spremnika (vidite prikaz A).

Ukoliko je potrebno očistite ga.
UPUTA: Naslage prašine i masti znatno utječu na rezultat.
Brižljivo pokrijte tj. prelijepite sve, što se neće pjeskariti.
Vodite računa o tome, da uvijek održite razmak od najmanje
20cm između pneumatskog pištolja za pjeskarenje 1i površine
koju želite pjeskariti.
