Using a 45mm-50mm hole saw, drill the
waste pipe hole in the side of the tray.
Fit the waste pipe to the trap using
solvent weld and route the pipe under
the tray so that it exits through the
previously drilled hole.
Offer the fixing brackets into place (this is
approximately 50mm in from the corner
of the tray) and using the bracket as a
template mark the holes and drill with a
3mm drill bit.
Place the tray in position again and
check that it is level on all 4 sides with a
spirit level. If it is not pack it up as
necessary. It may also be necessary to
remove some wall plaster to
accommodate the wall brackets.
Drill and fix the tray through the brackets
using the screws and raw plugs provided.
Finally connect the waste pipe either to
existing waste or connect to a soil stack.
Before refitting the access cover please
check the water tightness of all joints
under the tray.
Refit the access cover and fit the chrome
waste mushroom
Tile the walls in an approved manner to
complete installation.
