Safety Precautions
1. Use the Pearl Pro only as directed.
2. DO NOT use while bathing, and be
sure skin is dry during use. Device
must not get wet or be submerged
in liquids.
3. Using the Pearl Pro Hair Remover
should not cause skin irritation
when used as directed. However,
skin irritation may arise on sensitive
skin. Apply Pearl Soothing Serum
or a gentle moisturizer after each
treatment to discourage irritation.
4. Use care when handling.
Manufacturer’s warranty will be
voided if unit is damaged due to
mishandling.
5. DO NOT attempt to touch the wire
element in the tip attachment. The
tip teeth protect your skin during
normal use, but direct contact with
the wire element will cause injury.
6. This product should not be operated
by children.
7. DO NOT use on pets.
8. DO NOT use on genitals or breasts.
9. If you are pregnant, consult a doctor
before use.
10. Using the Pearl Pro in a single area
for too long increases the chance of
skin irritation. If hair is not removed
from an area after 3 or 4 passes,
wait several minutes before trying
again. You may need to shave after
the first few sessions for complete
hair removal, but after continued
use you may find shaving to be
unnecessary.
11. Should the Pearl Pro become
damaged, DO NOT attempt to
repair it. Product must be replaced
by the manufacturer or its service
agent in order to avoid a safety
hazard.
12. This product is not for commercial
use.
13. Do not use the Pearl Pro on
damaged skin such as sunburns,
cuts, warts, bruises or blisters, or on
raised areas such as scars, moles,
or loose skin.
14. Do not plug the 10V mini USB
power cord into any device other
than the Pearl Pro. The power cord
voltage is higher than standard mini
USB cords and will damage other
devices.
When using this product, safety precautions should always be followed, which
include the following:

3Instructions for Use
Getting to Know Your Pearl Pro
• Using the Pearl Pro often takes time to master. For example, removing the hair
from your legs may take 30 to 45 minutes to begin with, but most people are able
to master the gliding technique within 2 to 3 sessions. Remember, practice makes
perfect!
• At first, treatment may produce a burning smell and you may also see smoke.
This means that the Pearl Pro is working, crystallizing the hair as it makes contact.
• The ideal length of hair to treat is 1-3 mm (1 mm is about the same as the
thickness of a penny). You may need to trim or let hair grow before treatment.
ALWAYS buff the treated area after use and moisturize! These steps are essential
to successful results, and skipping any of these steps can result in incomplete hair
removal.
• Individuals with sensitive skin may experience discomfort during treatment. If this
occurs, you can reduce the temperature of the heat transfer tip and allow your
skin to rest for a moment before passing over that area again. Remember, always
use the soothing serum or a gentle moisturizer after every treatment.
• Before each use, make sure that the wire in the thermogenic tip is neither bent nor
broken. If it is, dispose of it and install a new tip.
• If the tip problem indicator “X” appears on the LCD display, check to make sure
the tip is properly installed. You may need to push down firmly to seat the tip
properly onto the prongs. Check the wire housed within the tip. If it is broken or
bent, discard and install a new one. Do not attempt to repair. The Pear Pro will
automatically shut off after a few seconds when a problem with the tip is detected.
The Pearl Pro is a safe, professional hair removal system that you can use in
the comfort and convenience of your own home. The Pearl Pro system uses two
methods for hair removal. The thermogenic method uses heat-transferring tips that
crystallizes hair on contact. The electrolysis method uses a microcurrent-transmitting
roller that sends electrical current into your hair follicles as it rolls across the skin.

Charging
Plug the charging cord into the wall outlet
and insert the mini USB end into the
charging port of the Pearl Pro charging
base. Place the Pearl Pro onto the
charging base to charge. The charging
cord can also be plugged directly into
the Pearl Pro’s power port. IMPORTANT:
Charge for 4-6 hours before first use.
Afterwards, charge as needed. Refer to
the battery level indicator on the LCD
display for charge level.
Treatment
1. Remove the cap and install the heat
transferring tip onto the prongs. Choose
the right size tip for the area you plan to
treat: large for areas like legs, arms and
chest, small for more delicate areas like
face, bikini line, and underarms. Once
you have selected the appropriate size,
align the prongs of the Pearl Pro with the
holes in the tip and press gently down
into place.
2. Press the power button to turn on.
Press the select button. The temperature
control display will blink, indicating it has
been selected. Use the adjustment button
(+ -) to set the temperature level. Press
the select button again. The microcurrent
control display will blink, indicating it has
been selected. Use the adjustment button
(+ -) to set the microcurrent level. At
first, we recommend you keep both the
temperature and the microcurrent on the
lowest settings and raise them as you
become used to using the Pearl Pro.
3. Hold the Pearl Pro at a 90° angle
to the area being treated with the LCD
screen and LED visibility enhancement
light facing toward you. Make sure
the metal roller is flat against the skin.
Steadily glide the Pearl Pro upwards,
against the direction of hair growth, then
back down in the opposite direction,
always with the LCD screen facing
you. The visibility enhancement light will
illuminate and glow continuously when
Using the Pearl Pro

7Instructions for Use
After using the hair remover, use the mini brush to remove any hair that may have
collected inside the tip. Wait 5 minutes after turning off the unit before cleaning and
always remove the tip from the device before beginning. Gently sweep hair away
from the comb and wire element, taking care not to damage the tip while cleaning.
an optimal speed and angle are used. If
the light flickers, adjust your speed and/or
angle accordingly. Always use the aid of a
mirror when removing hair from your face,
neck, or any area to which visibility would
otherwise be limited or impossible. Press
the power button to turn off the Pearl Pro.
The Pearl Pro is also designed with a 15
minute auto-off timer for your safety.
4. Smooth the treated area with one of
the Pearl Pro buffing pads provided with
your unit. Firmly buff the skin in a circular
or back and forth motion, taking care not
to injure delicate areas. Buffing should not
be painful. If discomfort occurs, decrease
the amount of pressure applied.
5. Apply Pearl Soothing Serum or a
gentle moisturizer to the area after each
treatment for smooth, healthy looking skin.
Care & Maintenance
With long-term/repeated use, the wire element inside a thermogenic tip will wear out
and break. This is normal and to be expected. When this happens, the tip problem
indicator on the LCD display will blink and the unit will shut down. Do not attempt to
repair or reuse a tip that is broken or damaged in any way. Remove it immediately
and discard. Replace your Pearl Pro tip with a new one any time this occurs.
