•Do not use the PSD01801 in the vicinity of flammable vapours and substances.
•Vibrations can damage the arm-hand system. Keep exposure to vibrations as short as possible.

IMPORTANT: Sanding requires a low pressure from your side. Too much pressure will place unnecessary load on
the motor. Check the sanding paper regularly. Replace used sanding paper.

a. Fitting the sanding paper (fig. A)
•Use sanding paper of the required grain size and press it firmly on the sanding pad.
•Make sure the ventilation holes on the paper correspond with those of the machine.
b. Dust extraction (fig. A)
Use the dust exhaust (1) together with an external vacuum cleaner to work dust-free.
•Insert the suction mouth of a vacuum cleaner on the dust exhaust (1).
c. Switching ON/OFF
•Set the ON/OFF-switch (2) to "ON" or "I" to turn the machine on.
•Turn the machine off by switching the ON/OFF-button to "OFF" or "0".
6. Cleaning and Maintenance
WARNING: Disconnect the device from the mains before staring maintenance operation.
1. All screws or parts of the device have to be tightly connected and must not be corroded.
2. There must not be any deformations on the housing and its accessories.
3. Moving mechanic parts must not show any traces of wear and tear and must be able to rotate unimpeded.
4. The electric power supply cables must be free of damage. Have a qualified technician service the device.
5. Wipe the device regularly with a moist, lint-free cloth. Do not use alcohol or solvents.
6. After operation, clean out the ventilation slots with compressed air (3 bar max.) to prevent the build-up of dust.

toestel niet gebruiken. Meestal is beschadiging het gevolg van onprofessioneel gebruik.
•Gebruik het toestel enkel waarvoor het gemaakt is. Bij onoordeelkundig gebruik vervalt de garantie.
•Zorg er altijd voor dat u stabiel staat wanneer u de PSD01801 gaat gebruiken.

BELANGRIJK: Schuren vereist slechts geringe druk door de gebruiker. Te veel druk zal de motor onnodig
belasten. Kijk de schuurvellen regelmatig na. Vervang versleten schuurvellen.
a. Aanbrengen van een schuurblad (fig. A)
•Gebruik een schuurblad met aangepaste zandkorrel en druk het stevig op het schuurplateau.
•Zorg ervoor dat de ventilatiegaten op het schuurblad overeenkomen met de gaten van de schuurmachine.
b. Stofafvoer (fig. A)
Gebruik de stofafvoer (1) en een externe stofzuiger om stofvrij te werken.
•Koppel de stofzuigermond aan de stofafvoer (1).
c. In- en uitschakelen ON/OFF
•Zet de ON/OFF-schakelaar (2) op "ON" of "I" om de machine aan te zetten.
•Door de ON/OFF-schakelaar op "OFF" of "0" te zetten, schakelt u de machine uit.
6. Reiniging en onderhoud
WAARSCHUWING: Trek de stekker uit het stopcontact voor reiniging of onderhoud.
1. Zorg dat alle schroeven en onderdelen stevig vastzitten en geen tekenen van roest vertonen.
2. De behuizing en de accessoires mogen niet vervormd zijn.
3. Mechanisch bewegende onderdelen mogen geen tekenen van slijtage vertonen en moeten ongehinderd kunnen
draaien.
4. De voedingskabels mogen niet beschadigd zijn. Het toestel moet worden onderhouden door een geschoold technicus.
5. Veeg het toestel geregeld schoon met een vochtige doek die niet pluist. Gebruik nooit alcohol of solventen.
6. Reinig het toestel en de ventilatiegleuven na gebruik met compressielucht (max. 3 bar) om ophoping van stof te
voorkomen.

•Utilisez une feuille à grain adapté et pressez-la fermement contre la base de ponçage.
•Vérifiez que les trous de la feuille coïncident avec les trous de la base.
b. Evacuation de la poussière (fig. A)
Branchez un aspirateur à l’orifice d’aspiration (1) pour évacuer la poussière.
•Insérez une bouche d’aspirateur dans l’orifice d’aspiration (1).
c. Interrupteur marche/arrêt (fig. F)
•Allumer Mettez l'interrupteur marche/arrêt (2) sur la position "ON" ou "I".
•Eteindre Mettez l’interrupteur marche/arrêt sur "OFF" ou "0".
6. Nettoyage et entretien
ATTENTION: Débranchez l’outil du réseau avant de le nettoyer ou d’effectuer des travaux de maintenance.
1. Assurez-vous que les vis et les pièces soient bien serrées et qu’elles ne montrent aucun signe de rouille.
2. Le boîtier et les accessoires ne peuvent pas être déformés.
3. Les pièces soumises aux mouvements mécaniques ne peuvent montrer aucun signe d’usure et doivent pouvoir
tourner librement.
4. N’endommagez pas les câbles d’alimentation. Laissez l'entretien à un électricien qualifié.
5. Essuyez l'appareil régulièrement avec un chiffon humide qui ne peluche pas. N’utilisez jamais alcool ni solvants.
6. Nettoyez l’appareil et les bouches d’air avec de l’air comprimé (max. 3 bar) après chaque usage pour éviter
l’accumulation de poussière.

•Achten Sie darauf, dass die Netzleitung nicht gequetscht oder durch scharfe Kanten beschädigt werden kann. Bei
Beschädigungen soll eine Fachkraft das Kabel ersetzen.
•Trennen Sie das Gerät bei Nichtbenutzung und vor jeder Reinigung vom Netz. Fassen Sie dazu den Netzstecker
an der Grifffläche an und ziehen Sie nie an der Netzleitung.
•Vermeiden Sie, dass sich das Kabel während des Betriebes vor dem Gerät befindet!
•Eigenmächtige Änderungen sind aus Sicherheitsgründen verboten. Bei Schäden verursacht durch eigenmächtige
Änderungen erlischt der Garantieanspruch. Überlasten Sie das Gerät nicht!
•Halten Sie dieses Gerät von Kindern und Unbefugten fern.
•Nehmen Sie das Gerät erst in Betrieb, nachdem Sie sich mit seinen Funktionen vertraut gemacht haben. Lassen
Sie das Gerät nicht von Personen bedienen, die sich nicht mit dem Gerät auskennen. Meist ist die Beschädigung
des Gerätes das Ergebnis von unfachmännischer Bedienung.
•Wenn Sie Verlängerungskabel verwenden, sorgen Sie dafür, dass sie mindestens 1mm² sind. Entfernen Sie das
Kabel von der Kabeltrommel.
•Verwenden Sie das Gerät nur wozu es konzipiert wurde. Bei unsachgemäßem Gebrauch erlischt der
Garantieanspruch.
•Sorgen Sie dafür, dass Sie stabil stehen wenn Sie den PSD01801 verwenden.
•Sorgen Sie dafür, dass Sie keine Wasser-, Elektrizitäts-, und Gasleitungen treffen wenn Sie arbeiten.
•Verwenden Sie Ihren PSD01801 nicht in der Nähe von entflammbaren Dämpfen und brennbaren Materialien.
•Erschütterungen können Verletzungen am Hand oder Arm verursachen. Hand oder Arm möglichst kurz den
Erschütterungen aussetzen.
3. Spezifische Sicherheitsvorschriften
•Verwenden Sie einen Staubsauger um staubfrei zu arbeiten.

WICHTIG: Das Arbeiten mit einem Dreieckschleifer erfordert vom Benutzer nur geringen Druck. Übermäßiger Druck
wird den Motor unnötig belasten. Überprüfen Sie das Schleifblatt regelmäßig und wechseln Sie
abgenutzte Schleifblätter.
a. Schleifblatt aufsetzen (Abb. A)
•Verwenden Sie ein Schleifblatt mit der richtigen Körnung und drücken Sie es auf die Schleifplatte auf.
•Sorgen Sie dafür, dass die Lüftungslöcher des Schleifblattes mit den Löchern der Maschine übereinstimmen.
b. Staubabsaugung (Abb. A)
Verwenden Sie den Staubabsaugungsanschluss (1) mit einem Staubsauger um staubfrei zu arbeiten.
•Schließen Sie den Staubabsaugungsanschluss (1) an einen Staubsauger an.

c. Ein- und Ausschalten
•Stellen Sie den ON/OFF-Schalter (2) auf "ON" oder "I" um das Gerät einzuschalten.
•Stellen Sie den ON/OFF-Schalter auf "OFF" oder "0" um das Gerät auszuschalten.
6. Reinigung & Wartung
1. Verwendete Schrauben müssen fest angespannt werden und dürfen keine Rostspuren zeigen.
2. Das Gehäuse und die Zubehörteile dürfen nicht verformt sein.
3. Mechanisch bewegende Teile dürfen keine Spuren von Abnutzung aufweisen und müssen ungehindert
bewegen können.
4. Sorgen Sie dafür, dass die Netzkabel nicht beschädigt sind. Das Gerät muss von einem qualifizierten
Mechaniker gewartet werden.
5. Wir empfehlen eine regelmäßige Reinigung. Verwenden Sie dazu ein feuchtes, flusenfreies Tuch. Verwenden
Sie auf keinen Fall Alkohol oder irgendwelche Lösungsmittel.
6. Reinigen Sie nach dem Gebrauch die Öffnungen und das Gerät mit Pressluft (max. 3 bar) um Staubablagerung
vorzubeugen.
