Do not use outdoors or on wet surfaces.
Do not use w th damaged cord or plug. If vacuum cleaner s not work ng
as t should, has been dropped, damaged, left outdoors or dropped nto
water, return t to a serv ce center before us ng.
Close superv s on s necessary when any appl ance s used by or near
ch ldren. Do not allow vacuum cleaner to be used as a toy or to run
unattended at any t me.
Keep ha r, loose cloth ng, f ngers, feet and all parts of body away from
open ngs, rotat ng ag tator and other mov ng parts.
Do not operate cleaner n bare feet or when wear ng open toe shoes or
sandals.
Do not p ck up anyth ng that s burn ng or smok ng, such as c garettes,
matches, or hot ashes.
Avo d p ck ng up hard, sharp objects w th the cleaner. They may damage
the cleaner and the bag.
Do not use w thout dust bag of d rt cup n place. Shake bag and empty
d rt cup frequently when p ck ng up very f ne mater als such as powder.
Use extra care when clean ng on sta rs.
Do not put any objects nto open ngs. Do not use w th an open ng blocked.
Keep free of dust, l nt,, ha r or anyth ng that may reduce a r flow.
Do not pull or carry by cord, use cord as a handle, close door on cord or
pull cord around sharp edges or corners. Do not run appl ance over cord.
Keep cord away from heated surfaces.
Always d sconnect cord from electr cal outlet before serv c ng the cleaner.
Unplug cleaner when not n use. Turn off all controls before unplugg ng.
Do not unplug by pull ng on cord. To unplug, grasp the plug, not the cord.
Never handle plug or appl ance w th wet hands.

HOW TO ASSEMBLE THE PERFECT VAC
A Unpa k The En losed Pa ket
Enclosed n a packet are two nut and bolts
for the handle and one upper (larger) and
lower (smaller) plast c cord hooks. An extra
dr ve belt s ncluded.
B Assemble Handle
Place lower handle nto the handle
socket. Take upper handle and sl de
on top of lower handle. Make sure
holes al gn for nut and bolts. Make
sure upper handle curves towards
back of vacuum cleaner. Insert nut
and bolts and t ghten.
C Upper Cord Hook And Lower Cord Hook Assembly
Take lower cord hook w th vacuum fac ng frontwards and snap nto slot on
lower handle w th hook fac ng down. Make sure cord s n cord slot before
cl p s snapped n. Take upper cord hook and place cord w th spr ng reta ner
nto slot and snap n. Wrap cord around cord cl ps.

D Install The Bag
Take lower part of cloth bag or dust cup w th latch and bag adapter cl p and
al gn w th back of vacuum. Br ng the bag collar forward and turn latch so bag
locks onto the r vet. Take spr ng from cloth bag and attache to support on upper
cord hook.

HOW TO USE VACUUM
The PERFECT vacuum cleaner s des gned to be used on many types of carpet ng
and floor.
A Adjusting Handle Ba k and Forth
S mply step on the w de area foot release pedal and lower handle. Press down
aga n and handle w ll go down to floor level. Th s w ll enable you to clean
underneath furn ture.
B on-off swit h foot a tivated
Step on the power sw tch located on
top of the heavy duty metal hood. Press
down w th foot and power w ll go on.
Step aga n on the top of the sw tch and
power w ll shut off.
C Ele tri ord storage
Always wrap cord around cord hooks and fasten cord to prevent unw nd ng.

WARNING: Avoid injury. Keep loose lothing, hair, fingers, and all other parts of
body away from any moving part (su h as the revolving brush). Turn
off the swit h and unplug the leaner before hanging the leaner
height setting.
Adjust the vacuum cleaner he ght sett ng to match the carpet p le he ght. Refer to the
follow ng chart of recommended sett ngs for carpet types.
Wh le vacuum cleaner s off and unplugged from the outlet, turn the extra large
adjustment knob to des red sett ng. If vacuum s hard to push on sett ng wh le n
operat on, s mply shut off cleaner and unplug from outlet. turn d al to next sett ng and
cont nue test ng the sett ng unt l vacuum s comfortable to move and effect ve clean ng
s des red.

unnecessary serv ce calls, check the bag, belt and brush roll often.
Clear Fan Chamber Instru tions
The removable clear fan chamber enables the user of the vacuum cleaner to
observe f any obstruct ons, d rt bu ldup, broken fan, broken belt or any other
ma ntenance ssue needs to be addressed. It s recommended that a qual f ed
vacuum repa r spec al st repa r ma ntenance ssues.
CAUTION: When chang ng the belt please be careful. The pulley s heated after
motor runn ng.

How To Empty Cloth Bag
NOTE: Turn off the swit h and unplug the ele tri al ord before servi ing the
bag. Never operate the va uum leaner without the dust bag.
A. Unlock spr ng from top cl p
B. Unlatch bag from vacuum
C. Remove sl de and spr ng from top
of cloth bag
D. Empty contents nto the appropr ate
conta ner
E. Put sl de and spr ng back on the
top of cloth bag
F. Re nstall cloth bag back on vacuum
Pi king up fine powders, substrates or arpet fresh powders an log the loth
bag - Please remember to empty bag often so that va uum leaner an operate
more effi iently.

Brush Roll Belt
When to repla e belt.
NOTE: Turn off the swit h and unplug the ele tri al ord before repla ing belt.
Belt pulleys an be ome hot during normal use. To prevent burns, avoid
tou hing the belt pulley when servi ing the drive belt.
The belt on the vacuum dr ves the brush roll to clean the carpet. Make sure to check f
the belt s not stretched, cracked or worn. It s recommended to change the belt f any
of the above should happen.
IMPORTANT: Improper installation of the brush roll or brush roll belt ould ause
arpet or leaner damage.
A. Turn ba k lo ks to remove metal
bottom plate
B. Remove belt from pulley. Lift up
brush roll and remove from
va uum, take off belt.
E. Pull belt over pulley and set. Rotate pulley to make sure belt is riding
smooth on motor pulley
F. Put bottom plate ba k on and lo k ba k in with both lo ks.
C. Put new belt on enter of brush
roll.
D. Set brush roll ba k in pla e in
va uum and align belt with the
belt guide.

WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVERS
Your Perfe t ommer ial leaner is warranted to be free from
all defe ts in material and workmanship in normal use FOR A
PERIOD OF ONE YEAR. The warranty is granted only to the
original pur haser of the leaner. The warranty is subje t to the
following provisions.
WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
• Parts of the leaner that require repla ement under normal use,
su h as bumpers, bags, bristle strips, belts and impellers.
• Damages or malfun tions aused by negligen e, abuse or use
not in a ordan e with the Owner’s Guide.
• Defe ts or damages aused by unauthorized servi e or the use of
other than Perfe t parts.
WHAT PERFECT WILL DO
The IMIG Company will, at its option, repair or repla e a defe tive
leaner or leaner part that is overed by this warranty.
As a matter of warranty poli y, the IMIG Company will not
refund the onsumer’s pur hase pri e.
IMIG INC does not re ognize internet sales, the warranty is null and
void if the unit is pur hased on E-Bay or any other non-authorized
internet site.
