2 Safety
Intended use
The Room Sensor Radio (RSF) is a wireless room sensor with inte-
grated set value element for the Base Station Radio 24V & 230V
BSF x0xx2-xx. The unit serves for
9the registration of the room temperature and the setting of
the desired target temperature in the allocated heating zone.
Every other use is considered as not intended; the manufacturer
cannot be held liable for this.

4 Operation

Commissioning (incl. pairing)
9Fresh batteries are inserted in the
room sensor.
9No other base station within the ra-
dio range is active in paring mode.
¾Activate the pairing mode at the base
station for the desired heating zone
(see base station manual).
¾Take off the cover.
¾Press the Set button (see figure) for
more than 1 second in order to activate the pairing mode.
9The base station and the room sensor are paired. The paring
mode ends automatically after the process has finished.
¾Re-install the cover.

For pairing the room sensor, the software version SW 01.90 or
higher must be installed on the base station. The pairing be-
tween room sensor and base station is performed via a radio
connection. The radio range of the devices must be observed for
this. If the radio range is insucient, the position of the room
sensor must be changed, or the radio range of the base station
must be extended using corresponding accessories.
