Introduction
C◗With your new Satinxice you can remove
unwanted hairs quickly,easily and effectively.
The combination of the proven epilating disc
system with the newly developed skin cooler
constitutes a revolution in epilation.Thanks to
the natural numbing effect of ice on the skin,
the new Satinxice makes epilation more
comfortable and less painful than ever.
◗The Satinxice is particularly suitable for the
legs.The rapidly rotating epilating discs catch
even the shortest hairs (0.5 millimetres!) and
pull them out by the roots.The hairs that
grow back are soft and downy.So no stubble!
Important
◗Check if the mains voltage indicated on the
appliance corresponds to your local mains
voltage before you connect the appliance.
◗Make sure the appliance does not come into
contact with water.
◗Keep the appliance out of the reach of
children.
◗To prevent damage and injuries,keep the
running appliance away from your hair,
eyebrows,eyelashes,clothes,threads,cords,
brushes etc.
◗If the mains cord of this appliance is damaged,
it must always be replaced by the original
type.

Epilation in general
After epilating with the Satinxice,your skin will
stay smooth and hair-free for weeks.As some
women may develop skin irritation and ingrown
hairs,we recommend that you read the text
below carefully.
- Do not use the appliance when the skin to be
epilated is irritated or when you have varicose
veins,pimples, moles (with hairs) or scratches
without consulting your doctor first.When you
have a reduced immune response,e.g.during
pregnancy or if you are suffering from diabetes
mellitus,haemophilia or immunodeficiency,you
might be more susceptible. If any problems
should occur, please contact your doctor as
well.
- Because the appliance pulls the hairs out by the
roots,the skin may be slightly sensitive or
become somewhat red and irritated.This
phenomenon is absolutely normal (especially
when you have just started using the appliance)
and will quickly disappear.As you use the
appliance more often,the skin irritation will
decrease.Moreover,the hairs that grow back
after epilation gradually become softer and
easier to remove. If,however, your skin irritation
has not disappeared within three days,you are
advised to consult your doctor.
- When you epilate for the first time,we advise
you to try the appliance out on an area with
relatively little hair growth. In this way you can
get accustomed to this epilating method.

- Type HP6434/PB only:This appliance has been
extensively tested on the underarm and bikini-
line areas.Some women may develop skin
irritation when they use this appliance to
epilate these parts of their body for the first
time.We advise you to try the appliance out on
a small patch of skin first.
- Regular cleaning and proper maintenance are
essential to guarantee the best results and to
prolong the life of the appliance.
Tips
- Regular massages with a loofah (types
HP6433/PB, HP6434/PB,HP6435/PB only) may
help prevent ingrown hairs.When the skin
surface is carefully scrubbed with a loofah, fine
hairs will continue to grow without a problem.
Do not scrub immediately before or after
epilating.
- Applying a mild cream or body milk after
epilation will help to reduce any skin irritation
that may develop.
- Hairs are easier to remove after you have taken
a bath or a shower. Make sure your skin is
completely dry when you start to epilate.
- We advise you to epilate in the evening,as this
will allow any skin irritation that may develop to
disappear during the night.

Freezing the skin cooler
C1Remove the protective sleeve from the
skin cooler.
C2Put the skin cooler without the protective
sleeve in the freezer cassette and put it in
the freezer or freezing compartment (***)
for at least 6 hours before you start
epilating.
Make sure the outside of the skin cooler is
completely dry before you freeze it.
◗Tip:You can store the skin cooler in the
freezer permanently.
Epilating the legs
Make sure your skin is clean and free of grease
and cream.Do not use cream right before you
start epilating.
C1Slide the frozen skin cooler into the
protective sleeve.
C2Snap the skin cooler onto the appliance.
3Put the plug in the wall socket.

C4Switch the appliance on by selecting the
desired speed.
Speed I:for areas with little hair growth and/or
with bones directly beneath the skin (such as
knees and ankles).
Speed II:for larger areas and/or areas with a
stronger hair growth.
C5Stretch your skin with your free hand to
make the hairs stand upright.
C6Place the appliance on the skin at right
angles,with the cord pointing towards you,
and move it against the direction of hair
growth.
Make sure both the epilating discs and the skin
cooler touch your skin.
Do not press the appliance onto the skin.
C7Be sure to stretch your leg when you
epilate the back of your knee.
C8Switch the appliance off by setting the
speed selector to position O.

Armpits and bikini line
Epilating (types HP6434/PB,HP6437/PB,
HP6438/PB only)
The precision cap reduces the number of
epilating discs that are active and stretches the
skin during epilating. It is particularly suitable when
epilating the underarm and bikini-line areas.You
will get the best results when the hairs are not
too long (max.1 cm long).
1Switch the appliance off.
C2Place the precision cap on the appliance.
The precision cap only fits onto the appliance in
one way.
C3Snap the skin cooler in its protective
sleeve onto the appliance.
C4Switch the appliance on by selecting the
desired speed.
We advise you to use speed II.
C5Stretch the skin with your free hand and
place the appliance on the skin at right
angles.
Make sure both the epilating discs and the skin
cooler touch your skin.

6Move the appliance slowly across the skin
against the direction of hair growth.
Shaving (types HP6435/PB,HP6436/PB,
HP6438/PB only)
You can use the shaving head to shave sensitive
parts of the body such as the armpits and the
bikini line.With the shaving head you will obtain a
smooth result in a comfortable and gentle way.
You don't have to use the skin cooler for this
operation.
1Switch the appliance off.
C2Remove the epilating head.
Press the ribbed sections and slide the epilating
head off the appliance in the direction of the
arrow.
C3Snap the shaving head onto the appliance
by pushing it against the direction of the
arrow ('Click').
The shaving head can only be mounted on the
appliance in one way.
C4Switch the appliance on by selecting the
desired speed.
We advise you to use speed I.
C5Place the trimmer and the shaving foil on
your skin and move the appliance slowly
against the direction of hair growth while
pressing it lightly.

Exfoliating (types HP6437/PB and
HP6438/PB only)
Use the exfoliating head only on your legs, not on
your armpits or bikini line.
1Make sure the appliance is switched off.
C2Remove the epilating head,press the
ribbed section and slide the exfoliating
head off the appliance in the direction of
the arrow.
3Remove the skin cooler.
C4Slide the exfoliating head onto the appliance.
It only fits onto the appliance in one way.
5Switch the appliance on.
Choose speed I or II,depending on the required
exfoliating strength.We recommend exfoliating
each leg for 1-3 minutes.
- To obtain a good skin appearance,use the
exfoliating head once or twice a week.
- Don't use any cream,foam, gel or lotion just
before or during the exfoliation.
- Don't use the exfoliating head within two days
after epilation.
- For hygienic reasons,the exfoliating head
should only be used by one person.
- We advise you to exfoliate before going to bed
at night.Any skin irritation that may develop will
diminish overnight.

- After exfoliation,apply a mild cream or body
milk to hydrate the skin and improve its
texture.
Cleaning the appliance
Do not use any corrosive detergents, scouring
pads or cloths,petrol,acetone etc.to clean the
appliance.
C1Switch the appliance off and pull the plug
out of the wall socket.
C2Remove the skin cooler.
C3Slide the protective sleeve off the skin
cooler.
C4Rinse the skin cooler and the protective
sleeve under the tap or clean them with a
moist cloth.
Make sure the outside of the skin cooler is
completely dry before you put it in the freezer or
freezing compartment.

only:Remove the precision cap.
C6Remove the epilating head.
Press the ribbed sections and slide the epilating
head off the appliance in the direction of the
arrow.
C7Clean all accessible parts and the epilating
discs with the brush.
Never try to detach the epilating discs from the
appliance.
C8Slide the epilating head back onto the
appliance against the direction of the
arrow.
The epilating head only fits onto the appliance in
one way.
Cleaning the shaving head (types
HP6435/PB,HP6436/PB,HP6438/PB only)
1Remove the shaving head.
C2Clean the hair chamber and the cutter
block with the brush.
To avoid damage,do not exert any pressure on
the shaving foil.

Cleaning Exfoliating head (types
HP6437/PB,HP6438/PB only)
1Switch the appliance off.
C2Slide the exfoliating head off the appliance
in the direction of the arrow.
C3Rinse the exfoliating head under a running
tap.
Do not rinse the epilator with water!
The exfoliating head can be dried with a towel.
Storage
1Put the protective cap back onto the
appliance after cleaning.
2Store the appliance and the accessories in
the pouch.
3Put the skin cooler in the freezer cassette
and put this cassette in the freezer or in
the freezing compartment (***).

Maintenance and replacement
Types HP6435/PB,HP6436/PB only:shaving
head
- Rub a drop of sewing machine oil onto the
trimmer as well as the shaving foil twice a year.
- Replace the shaving foil (type HP 6106) and the
cutter block (type HP2911) every 1 or 2 years
when you use the appliance one or two times a
week (or more often) and replace them when
they are damaged.

Sie unerwünschte Härchen schnell,bequem
und erfolgreich entfernen.Die Kombination
des bewährten Pinzettenprinzips mit dem neu
entwickelten Skin-Cooling System bedeutet
eine Revolution der Epilation.Ihre Haut wird
unmittelbar vor dem Epilieren gekühlt.So
wird der Zupfschmerz unterdrückt,und die
Epilation ist kaum spürbar.
◗Der Satinxice ist besonders geeignet für die
Epilation der Beine.Die schnell rotierenden
Pinzetten erfassen auch die kürzesten
Härchen (bis zu 0,5 mm!) und zupfen sie sanft
an derWurzel heraus.Die nachwachsenden
Härchen sind dünn und zart.Keine Stoppeln
mehr!
Wichtig
◗Prüfen Sie,bevor Sie das Gerät in Betrieb
nehmen,ob die Spannungsangabe auf dem
Gerät mit der örtlichen Netzspannung
übereinstimmt.
◗Achten Sie darauf,dass das Gerät nicht mit
Wasser in Berührung kommt.
◗Halten Sie das Gerät außer Reichweite von
Kindern.
◗Halten Sie das eingeschaltete Gerät fern von
Kopfhaar,Wimpern undAugenbrauen,sowie

Allgemeines zur Epilation
Nach dem Epilieren mit Satinxice bleibt Ihre Haut
wochenlang glatt und unbehaart.Da einige Frauen
mit Hautreizungen reagieren können oder
eingewachsene Haare aufweisen,lesen Sie bitte
den folgendenText.
- Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht,wenn die Haut
gereizt oder entzündet ist,auch nicht bei
Pickeln,Ausschlag undWunden,bei
Krampfadern oder (behaarten) Muttermalen.
Fragen Sie zuvor Ihren Arzt.Gleiches gilt bei
geschwächter Abwehrlage, z.B.bei Diabetes
mellitus (Zuckerkrankheit),Schwangerschaft,
Hämophilie und Immunschwäsche.
- Nach der erstenAnwendung des Geräts
könnten Sie ein leichtes Unbehagen empfinden,
da die Haare an der Haarwurzel entfernt
werden.Das geht nach wenigen Anwendungen
vorüber.Außerdem lassen sich die
nachwachsenden Härchen leichter entfernen,
da sie weicher und dünner sind.Sollte die
Reizung allerdings länger als dreiTage andauern,
so konsultieren Sie bitte IhrenArzt.
- Wenn Sie das Gerät zum ersten Mal benutzen,
empfiehlt es sich,es zuerst an einer nur leicht
behaarten Stelle auszuprobieren, um sich mit
dem Epilierverfahren vertraut zu machen.
- (NurType HP6434/PB:) Dieses Gerät ist in der

Achselhöhle und in der Bikini-Zone ausgiebig
getestet worden.Bei einigen Frauen zeigt sich
nach der ersten Epilation in diesen Bereichen
eine Hautreizung.Probieren Sie das Gerät
zuerst an einer kleinen Hautpartie aus.
- Regelmäßige Reinigung undWartung sichert
Ihnen die besten Resultate und eine lange
Nutzungsdauer.
Hinweise zum Gebrauch
- Eine regelmäßige Massage mit Luffa-Produkten
(NurType HP6433/PB,HP6434/PB,
HP6435/PB) verhindert,dass Härchen in die
Haut wachsen.Bei regelmäßiger Anwendung
eines Luffa-Schwamms wachsen die Härchen
normal. Massieren Sie aber nicht unmittelbar
vor oder nach dem Epilieren.
- Nach dem Epilieren können Sie eine milde
Creme oder eine Body Lotion auftragen, um
eventuell auftretende Hautreizungen zu lindern.
- Das Epilieren ist nach einem Dusch- oder
Vollbad am leichtesten.Ihre Haut muss aber
völlig trocken sein.
- Es empfiehlt sich,die Epilation am Abend vor
dem Einschlafen vorzunehmen,da eventuelle
Hautreizungen über Nacht abklingen.
Die Kühlung des Skin-Coolers
C1Nehmen Sie die Schutzkappe vom Skin-
Cooler.

C2Legen Sie den Skin-Cooler ohne die
Schutzkappe in die Kühlkassette,und
kühlen Sie ihn vor dem Epilieren in einem
Tiefkühlgerät bzw.-fach (***) mindestens
6 Stunden lang.
Achten Sie darauf, dass der Skin-Cooler völlig
trocken ist,bevor sie ihn kühlen.
◗Hinweis:Sie können den Skin-Cooler auch
ständig imTiefkühlgerät bzw.-fach
aufbewahren.
Die Beine epilieren
Ihre Haut muss bei derAnwendung sauber, fettfrei
und absolut trocken sein.Verwenden Sie vor dem
Epilieren keine Cremes.
C1Setzen Sie die Schutzkappe auf den
gekühlten Skin-Cooler.
C2Drücken Sie den Skin-Cooler auf das
Gerät.
3Stecken Sie den Stecker in die Steckdose.
C4Schalten Sie das Gerät ein,indem Sie die
gewünschte Geschwindigkeit wählen:
Geschwindigkeit I:Für Stellen mit schwacher
Behaarung und für Hautpartien über Knochen,
wie an Knien und Knöcheln.
Geschwindigkeit II:Für größere Hautpartien
und/oder bei stärkerem Haarwuchs.

C5Spannen Sie Ihre Haut mit der freien Hand,
damit sich die Härchen aufrichten.
C6Setzen Sie den Kopf des Geräts senkrecht
auf Ihre Haut,mit dem Kabel zu Ihnen
gerichtet,und bewegen Sie es zügig gegen
die Haarwuchsrichtung.
Achten Sie darauf, dass sowohl die
Epilierpinzetten als auch der Skin-Cooler Ihre
Haut berühren.
Drücken Sie das Gerät nicht auf die Haut.
C7Strecken Sie Ihr Bein,wenn Sie die
Kniekehlen epilieren.
C8Schalten Sie das Gerät aus,indem Sie den
Schalter auf O stellen.
Achselhöhlen und Bikini-Zone
(NurType HP6434/PB,HP6437/PB,
HP6438/PB) Epilieren
Ihr Gerät ist mit einer Präzisionskappe
ausgerüstet.Sie reduziert dieAnzahl der
wirksamen Pinzetten während der Epilation und
strafft die Haut. Das ist besonders angebracht bei

der Epilation der Achselhöhlen und der Bikini-
Zone.Das beste Resultat erhalten Sie,wenn die
Haare nicht mehr als 1 cm lang sind.
1Schalten Sie das Gerät aus.
C2Setzen Sie die Präzisionskappe auf das
Gerät.
Die Präzisionskappe lässt sich nur in einer
Richtung aufsetzen.
C3Drücken Sie den Skin-Cooler in der
Schutzkappe auf das Gerät.
C4Schalten Sie das Gerät ein,indem Sie die
gewünschte Geschwindigkeit wählen:
Wir empfehlen Geschwindigkeit II.
C5Spannen Sie die Haut mit der freien Hand,
und setzen Sie das Gerät senkrecht auf
Ihre Haut.
Achten Sie darauf, dass sowohl die
Epilierpinzetten als auch der Skin-Cooler Ihre
Haut berühren.
6Führen Sie das Gerät langsam gegen die
Haarwuchsrichtung über Ihre Haut.

HP6438/PB) Rasieren
Sie können empfindliche Körperpartien,z.B.
Achselhöhlen und Bikini-Zone mit der
Schereinheit rasieren. Sie erhalten damit auf
bequeme und schonendeWeise ein glattes
Resultat.Der Skin-Cooler ist dafür nicht
erforderlich.
1Schalten Sie das Gerät aus.
C2Nehmen Sie die Epiliereinheit vom Gerät.
Drücken Sie auf die geriffelten Fläche der
Epiliereinheit und schieben Sie sie in Pfeilrichtung
vom Gerät herunter.
C3Schieben Sie die Rasiereinheit,in
Gegenrichtung des Pfeiles auf der
Rasiereinheit,bis zum Einrasten ("Klick")
auf das Gerät.
Die Rasiereinheit kann nur in einer Richtung
aufgesetzt werden.
C4Schalten Sie das Gerät ein,indem Sie die
gewünschte Geschwindigkeit wählen:
Wir empfehlen Geschwindigkeit I.
C5Setzen Sie den Langhaarschneider und die
Scherfolie auf Ihre Haut,und bewegen Sie
das Gerät mit nur leichtem Druck langsam
und zügig gegen die Haarwuchsrichtung.
