Use the LAN port to connect the screen to your network.
2.3 How to do a “Factory Reset”
Note: If the TV has not been set up before, the TV will power on in the” Install menu”,
shown below. The factory reset can then be skipped.
•Enter the Android menu. “Stop key, then Volume down key. Pincode 1-2-3-4
•Enter Settings –Signage Display –System Tools –Factory Reset –select
Factory reset and then OK.
•The screen will now reset to factory settings.

2.4 Initial Installation
2.4.1 Screen settings
•Power On TV
•Welcome: Select language and select Start
•Security Setting: Skip
•Signage Display Settings: select Manual Setup and Next
•Signage Display Name: Skip
•Remote Control: Skip
•Network Settings:
oChoose Wi-Fi or Ethernet
▪Wi-Fi: connect to your Wi-Fi network and continue
▪Ethernet: Enable Ethernet to continue
•Clone Media Files into Internal: Skip
•Setup Complete: Finish
•When CMND & Deploy shows:
•Enter the Android menu. “Stop key, then Volume down key. Pincode 1-2-3-4
•Follow the General Settings described in 2.4.2

2.4.2 General Settings
To install Signage APP:
On your computer go to this url: https://a.dsig.tv/ and download the Android APK file
and place this in the root folder on a USB stick and insert into the back of the TV.
•From the Android Menu select Storage - USB
•Find the APK downloaded to install the Signage app.
oSelect install. When installation is finished, select OPEN to start the
Android Signage app.
•NOTE: You may get a message saying: FILE MANAGER: for your security, your
TV is not allowed to install unknown apps from this source.
oSelect settings –and select Allow from this source.
oPress the back button on the remote to continue installation
The signage app should now open and display the install code
•Access the signage management portal.
•Select add screen.
•Enter the Install Code presented on the screen.
After installation is completed, unplug the USB stick.

2.4.3 IMPORTANT
To get the screen to auto-start signage application you must activate this in
the signage management portal.
When screen shows up in the signage management portal, open settings for
this screen with the settings wheel when hovering mouse over the screen.
oOpen Actions –Player setup –Android –Autostart –Enable
oA message on the screen should display showing “Enabling
app autostart”
oConfirm that this is enabled in the portal by clicking on refresh
and the second lowest field should be: Android Autostart: enabled
