Optical Touch Imaging
With 4 cameras, one positioned in each corner
of the display, you can be assured of excellent
precision and fast optical touch imaging, with
no physical pressure required. The touch
screen responds quickly and offers the level of
accuracy you demand, whether with a naked
finger, gloved finger or even with a 4 mm
stylus.
4 Touch Points
Enjoy a more interactive experience with 4
touch points. Ideal for when more than one
user needs to use your application
simultaneously — the 4 Touch Points offer an
extremely cost-effective solution.
Software Independent
Our touch screens are software independent
and work with most touch screen software
commercially available, including Windows XP/
7 and Mac OS. Connect via USB to a PC or
laptop. No calibration required.
SmartPower
The backlight intensity can be controlled and
pre-set by the system to reduce the power
consumption by up to 50%, which saves
substantially on energy costs.
Advanced anti-image sticking
Static images left on-screen for extended
periods of time may leave a "ghost image" or
image sticking effect on LCD displays.
Although image sticking on LCD displays is not
permanent, you want to prevent this
happening, especially in locations where
content is shown 24/7.
Compliant with RoHS standards
Philips designs and produces display products
in compliance with strict Restriction of
Hazardous Substances (RoHS) standards that
restrict lead and other toxic substances that
can harm the environment.
Designed for 24/7 operation
Public signage displays are used in the most
demanding applications. The displays are
therefore specifically designed and tested for
heavy duty operation, even when 24/7 is
required.
