IMPORTANT: To ease installation and avoid injury, two people are required when assembling this unit.
Tools required for assembly: screwdriver and wrench.
A wrench for the wheels is included.
IMPORTANT: It is advised to read each step entirely before starting assembly on instructions. Do not tighten screws
completely until all screws for that step have been installed.

Installation :
• Place a piece of cardboard on the floor to prevent
scratching the unit.
• Mount the Left Front Support Leg to the Lower
Cabinet Assembly using three screws, as shown.

Installation :
• Mount the Left Rear Support Leg and the Right Rear
Support Leg to the Lower Cabinet Assembly using
two screws in each leg, as shown in illustration 3A.
• Remove the pre-assembled screws from the Rear
Support Legs. Secure the Caster Support Plates to
the Rear Support Legs using the previously removed
screws, as shown in illustration 3B.

4 x Locking Caster Wheels (#53)
Installation :
• Turn the Lower Cabinet Assembly upside down and
mount the four Locking Casters to the Lower Cabinet
Assembly. Tighten the Locking Casters into place
using the wheel wrench (included).
• Carefully, turn the Cart into to an upright position.

Installation :
• Insert the LP Gas Cylinder Wire Retainer between the
Support Legs on the left side of the unit. Insert the
hooked end first, then secure the other end using the

• First, assemble a Drawer Handle by aligning and

Drawer Handle onto a Drawer. Note illustration 9A.
• Insert each Drawer into the Lower Cabinet Assembly,
as shown in illustration 9B.

1 x Smoker Thermometer (#39)
Installation :
• First, remove the washer and wing nut from the
Smoker Thermometer.
• Insert the Smoker Thermometer stem through the
mounting hole in the front of the Smoker Door
Assembly. From the inside door, place the fiber
washer and wing nut onto the mounting thread pole
and tighten by hand. Do not over tighten.

• Mount the two Smoker Door Hinges to the Smoker
Door using four screws in each hinge.
IMPORTANT: Take note of proper orientation of the

Installation :
• First, remove the twist tie on the front of the Grill
Chambers Assembly. Pull out the Smoker Electric
Wires and Smoker Temperature Sensor from the back
side of Control Panel. Note illustration 16A.
: Do not pinch or sandwich the electric wires
and/or temperature wire sensor during the assembly.
• Prepare the Grill Chambers Assembly to be mounted
to the Cart. Position the Cart next to the Grill
Chambers Assembly, with both facing the same
direction. Using a second person, prepare to lift the
Grill Chambers Assembly onto the Cart. Carefully
lift the Grill Chambers Assembly, and slowly lower
onto the Cart. Insert the Smoker Temperature Sensor
through the hole on the top of the Smoker Cabinet.
Note illustration 16B.
• Adjust the positioning as needed to align the screw
holes of the Grill Chambers Assembly to the Smoker
Cabinet (in the center). Secure using four screws (#D).
• Next, secure each Support Leg to the Grill Chambers
Assembly using two screws (#A) in each Support Leg.
17.
Installation :
• First, secure the Smoker Temperature Sensor into the
clip located inside the top of the Smoker Cabinet.
Note illustration 17A.
• Next, from the underside of the Grill Chambers, attach
the Smoker Electric Wires into the two clips, then pull
the rest along the back of the Smoker Cabinet, as
shown in illustration 17B.
• Lastly, insert the connector end of the Smoker Electric
Wires into the connection port on the bottom table
of the Cart. This completes the circuit to give power
to the Smoke Cabinet once connected to a power
source. Note illustration 17C.

Installation :
• First, remove the pre-assembled two screws from the
bottom table of the Cart. Attach the Electrical Back
Cover to the back of the Smoker Cabinet.
: It is recommended to assemble the screws on
the top side first and then the bottom.

Installation :
• Mount the Smoker Top Air Damper to the interior of
each Grill Chamber, as shown in illustration 19A.
• Next, insert each of the Smoker Air Damper Pull
Handles into the front panel of the unit, screwing
it into the mount hole of each Air Damper. Once
installed, each handle should slide from front to back
smoothly to control the airflow of each Air Damper.

Installation :
• Install the two Charcoal Ash Tray Guides to the
bottom-backside of the Charcoal Chamber using four
screws (#D). Note illustration 20A.
• Secure the Knob to the Charcoal Ash Tray, as shown in
illustration 20B.
• Lastly, slide the Charcoal Ash Tray into the guides, as
shown in illustration 20C.
IMPORTANT: Ensure the Charcoal Ash Tray is inserted
completely (towards the front) so there is no mess.
Adjust the screws for the guides, as needed, for best
alignment and positioning.

• Install the two Grease Drip Tray Guides to the bottom-
backside of the Gas Grill Chamber using four screws
(#D). Note illustration 21A.
• Secure the Knob to the Grease Tray, as shown in
illustration 21B.
• Slide the Grease Tray into the guides, as shown in
illustration 21C.
IMPORTANT: Ensure the Grease Tray is inserted
completely (towards the front) so that the hole of the
tray will flow grease into the Grease Cup. Adjust the
screws for the guides, as needed, for best alignment
and positioning.
• Slide a Grease Cup into the pre-installed guides along
the bottom of the Grease Tray. Note illustration 21D.
• Lastly, slide a Grease Cup into the pre-installed
guides along the bottom of the Smoke Cabinet
Assembly. Note illustration 21E.

Installation :
• Mount each of the Grease Shields into the Main
Chambers: two in the Gas Grill Chamber and two in

nut.
NOTE: When mounting the Grease Sheilds to the
center wall between Gas Grill Chamber and the
Charcoal Grill Chamber, use the same screws and nuts.

• On the edge of the Left Side Table with three holes,
install a Tool Hook into each hole along the edge.
Repeat the same steps for the Right Side Table.

leaving about 6mm / 1/4 inch out. Hang the Left
Side Table onto the screws, push down to lock into
position, then tighten the screws to secure. Repeat

Right Side Table.

Installation :
• First, install each of the three Heat Tent Supports to
the front side of Gas Main Chamber. See illustration
26A for proper location.
• Place each Heat Tent onto a Heat Tent Supports. Note
illustration 26B.
NOTE: The back end of the Heat Tents should be place
below the Cooking Grid Supports.

Installation :
• First, install the Charcoal Tray Lifting System to the
Charcoal Grill Chamber. Mount from the outside of
the Charcoal Grill Chamber. Note illustration 27A.
• Next, insert the Charcoal Tray Lift Handle Assembly
through the adjusting slot on the front of the unit
(see 27B.1). Continue to push the Handle rod through
the narrow "U" shaped bracket (see 27B.2), then align
the hole in the end of the wide "U" shaped bracket
(see 27B.3) located at the back of the Charcoal Main
Chamber. Join the Lift Handle and the "U" shaped
Brackets by inserting a Hinge Pin and securing with
an R-clip.
• Remove any twist ties located on the Charcoal Tray
Lifting System once all is secured.
TEST THE HANDLE: To adjust the Charcoal Tray Lifting
System to your desired height by moving the Lift
Handle to the left and then raising or lowering it.

3 x Black Gas Control Knobs (#16)
1 x Silver Smoker Control Knob (#17)
Installation :
• Place the three Black Control Knobs for each burner
onto each protruding valve stem, making certain
to align the flat portion of the stem with the flat
portion of the Control Knob. Push each Control Knob
onto the stem until it is firmly seated. Note 28A.
• Place the Silver Smoker Control Knob over the last
protruding valve stem, making certain to align the
flat portion of the stem with the flat portion of the
Control Knob. Push the Control Knob onto the stem
until it is firmly seated. Note 28B.

Parts Required :
1 x Charcoal Tray Air Damper Handle Assembly (#19)
Installation :
• Install the Charcoal Tray Air Damper Handle Assembly
onto the Charcoal Chamber Air Damper. Once installed,
the handle should slide the Air Damper from left to
right smoothly to control the airflow of the Charcoal
Grill Chamber.

Installation :
• Place the Charcoal Tray onto the frame of the Charcoal
Tray Lifting System.
NOTE: The handles of the Charcoal Tray should be in
the front and back. This ensures the Charcoal Tray is
positioned correctly in the frame.

Installation :
• Remove the Smoke Stack Lid from the Smoke Stack.
Insert the Smoke Stack through the Charcoal Grill
Chamber Lid from the inside. Secure the Smoke Stack
from the outside of the Lid, and fasten with a nut
(from the inside). Screw the Smoke Stack Lid onto the
Smoke Stack fasten.

2 x Warming Rack (#5)

Installation :
• Protrude one screw through the Charcoal Grill
Chamber Lid from the outside, position the Warming
Rack, then insert the screw into the wire loop. Align
the front legs of the Warming Rack into the anchor
holes to secure. Repeat same installation for Warming
Rack in the Gas Grill Chamber.

Installation :
• Place the Cooking Grids onto the Cooking Grid
Supports of each Grill Chamber: two in the Gas Grill
Chamber, two in the Charcoal Grill Chamber.
NOTE: Both Grill Chambers have the same size

2 x Thermometers (#1)
2 x Thermometer Bezels (#2)
Installation :
• First, remove the fiber washer and wing nut from
both Thermometers.
• Next, insert a Thermometer stem through a
Thermometer Bezel, then into the mounting hole on
the top of a Grill Chamber Lid. From the inside, place
the fiber washer and wing nut onto the mounting
thread pole and tighten by hand. Do not over
tighten. Repeat the same installation for the other
Grill Chamber Lid.

Installation :
• First, assemble the Lid Handles by aligning and
inserting the Large Handle Standoffs onto each end
of the Lid Handles.
• Once assembled, mount the Lid Handle onto the Grill
Chamber Lids.

• The Hose Wire Retainer is pre-assembled on the
hose. Attach the Hose Wire Retainer to the front-left
Support Leg, as shown, using one screw.

1 x AA Battery (#I)
Installation :
• Unscrew the igniter cap from the front control panel.
Insert the Battery into the battery slot with the
positive end (+) facing outward. Screw the cap back
onto panel.
• The unit is now completely assembled.
• It is highly recommended to wipe the exterior of your unit clean of debris, dirt, etc., using warm soapy water and a soft cloth.
• Remove all advertising and any glue residue.
• Use a vinegar and water solution to clean the glass on the Smoker Cabinet. Do not use a glass cleaner as this will leave a film
on the glass, which could bake on.
