Important Safety Information
1. This product is not a toy. Do not allow
children to play with or near this item.
2. Do not use with water based
liquids, antifreeze, solvents, acids,
DEF or corrosive liquids.
3. Do not pump used, dirty oil
or fluids in this pump.
4. Keep work area clean.
Cluttered areas invite injuries.
5. Keep Barrel Pump and fluids
away from all ignition sources
and flammable materials.
6. Observe work area conditions.
Do not use the Pump in damp or
wet locations. Don’t expose to rain.
Keep work area well lighted.
7. Assemble and use only according
to these instructions.
8. Wear ANSI-approved safety goggles
during assembly and use.
9. Do not assemble or use when
tired or when under the influence
of drugs or medication.
10. Use as intended only.
11. Inspect before every use; do not
use if parts are loose or damaged.
12. Maintain product labels and
nameplates. These carry
important safety information. If
unreadable or missing, contact
Harbor Freight Tools for a replacement.

Assembly & Operation Instructions

Assembly
1. Slide Bung Nut onto Suction Pipe
with threaded side down.
2. Insert Suction Pipe into barrel.
3. Screw Bung Nut into barrel.
4. Tighten Butterfly Screw.
5. Place PTFE tape onto
Suction Pipe threads.
6. Screw Pump Body onto
top of Suction Pipe.
7. Slide Handle onto Pump Body shaft.
8. Tighten bolt.
9. Place PTFE tape onto
Delivery Spout threads.
10. Screw Delivery Spout to Pump Body.
Operation
1. Assemble Barrel Pump as described.
2. Turn Delivery Spout upwards and pour
in a few drops of applicable liquid.
3. Attach hose (not included) to end
of Delivery Spout if needed.
4. Place container under Delivery
Spout or hose end.
5. Submerge lower half of Suction Pipe
into applicable fluid to transfer.
6. Rotate Handle clockwise only.
7. Remove Pump and wipe dry.
Note: Avoid pumping water or dirty residue
through Barrel Pump. Raise bottom of
Suction Pipe above the dirty residue.

Maintenance Instructions
Procedures not specifically explained in this manual must be performed
only by a qualified technician.
TO PREVENT SERIOUS INJURY FROM ACCIDENTAL OPERATION:
Do not use damaged equipment. If abnormal noise or operation
occurs, have the problem corrected before further use.
1. Before each use, inspect condition
of Pump. Check for broken or bent
parts, loose or missing parts and
any condition that may affect proper
operation of product. If a problem
occurs, correct before further use.
2. Periodically, use a light lubricant
on Handle’s pivot parts.
3. Keep suction and delivery ports
free of dirt and debris.
4. After each use, wipe off unit. Store in a
clean dry place out of reach of children.
