Beschlagbeutel und Schraubenverwendung
Fitting bag and use of the screws
Beschlagbeutel Korpusverbindung (BB 1536794)
Fitting bag for connecting the units (BB 1536794)
• Spax Linsenkopf 3,5 x 40 mm, vernickelt, zur Verschraubung
der Boxen (nur bei Bedarf).
• Spax pan-head screw 3.5 x 40 mm, nickel-plated, for screwing
the units together (only if needed).
Beschlagbeutel Verstellfuß (BB 1536795)
Fitting bag for the adjustable feet (BB 1536795)
• Gleiter rund Ø 55 mm, Kunststoff schwarz, zur Höhenverstellung der Boxen.
• Circular glides Ø 55 mm, black plastic, for adjusting the height of the units.
• Abdeckkappe, Kunststoff weiß, zur Abdeckung der Höhenverstellungsbohrungen
im Boxboden.
• Covering cap, white plasic, cap covers the drill holes for the height adjustment,
screws in the base of the unit.
• Spanplattenschraube 3,5 x 20 mm, verzinkt, zur Verschraubung der Gleiter
im Boxboden.
• Chipboard screw 3.5 x 20 mm, galvanized, for screwing the glides on the
base of the unit.

Fitting bag for the shelves (88 1468710)
• Bodenträger Ø 3 mm, verzinkt, zur Aulage der Fachböden.
• Shelf supports Ø 3 mm, galvanized, function as support arms for the shelves.
Kippsicherung (BB 1583731)
Wall mounting tilt-protection (BB 1583731)
• Allzweckdübel 8 x 50 mm für Kippsicherung
• Spanplattenschraube 6 x 90 mm für Kippsicherung
• Karosseriescheibe Ø 18 mm für Kippsicherung
• Abdeckkappe, Kunststoff weiß zur Abdeckung der Höhenverstellungs-
bohrungen im Boxboden.
• All-purpose wall plug, 8 x 50 mm wall mounting tilt-protection.
• Chipboard screw, 6 x 90 mm wall mounting tilt-protection.
• Bodywork washer, Ø 18 mm wall mounting tilt-protection.
• Covering cap, white plastic cap covers the drill holes for the height
adjustment screws in the base of the unit.

Gleitfüße montieren und justieren
Assembling and calibrating the adjustable feet
Schubkästen vor Montage der Füße herausnehmen!
Remove drawers before mounting the feet!
Der untere Boden der Box ist zur Montage von höhenverstellbaren
Gleitfüßen aus schwarzem Kunststoff vorbereitet.
Boxen B 60 cm haben 4 Gleitfüße, 120 cm breite Boxen haben 5 Gleitfüße.
The bottom shelf on each piece of furniture is ready prepared for mounting
black plastic height-adjustable glides.
60 cm wide units have 4 glides / 120-cm wide units have 5 glides.
Das Unterteil des Gleitfußes ist in den vorgebohrten Löchern zu verschrauben.
Anschließend das Oberteil des Gleitfußes bis zum Anschlag auf das Unterteil
drehen. Durch das Bohrloch im unteren Boxboden, die Gleitfüße mit einem
Schlitzschraubendreher justieren, so dass das Möbel waagerecht steht.
Das genaue Ausrichten des Möbels ist Grundvoraussetzung für ein
exaktes Fugenbild!
Screw the lower section of the glide into the pre-drilled holes.
Turn the upper section of the glide until it meets the lower section.
Slide a lat screwdriver through the drill hole in the bottom shelf of
the unit and turn the glide to ensure it stands horizontally.
Calibrating the furniture precisely is a prerequisite for the joints to
line up perfectly.
Nach dem Justieren bitte die Bohrlöcher mit den Abdeckkappen verschließen.
Bei Möbeln mit Schubkästen ist die vordere Einstellbohrung durch die Führungs-
schiene verdeckt, der vordere Verstellfuß kann jedoch auch von Hand durch Dre-
hung eingestellt werden.
Following calibration, seal the drill holes using the covering caps.
On furniture and drawers the front adjustment drill hole is concealed by
the front guide rail, the front adjustable glide can, however, also be rotated
manually.

Eckfüße montieren und justieren – Einzelbox
Mounting and calibrating the corner feet – single furniture
Die Eckfüße werden in den für die Gleitfüße vorbereiteten
Bohrungen im unteren Boden befestigt.
Die Boxen haben 4 Eckfüße, Boxen B 120 cm haben zusätzlich
einen optionalen, mittigen Stützfuss.
The corner feet are itted into the same holes as the glides.
60 cm wide boxes get 4 corner feet.
120 cm wide boxes get 4 corner feet + 1 support foot in the
center (optional).

Bei einzelnen Boxen sind die Eckfüße in den vorgebohrten Löchern zu verschrauben.
Nur B 120 cm: Gegebenenfalls den Stützfuß in den mittig vorgebohrten Löchern verschrauben.
With single furniture mount corner feet into prepared holes.
If supplied for, mount support foot into the prepared holes in the center (width 120 cm only).
Möbel beim Aufstellen nicht über die Füße kippen!

Unterteil
Base
Durch das Drehen der Unterteile können die Füße
justiert werden. Die Füße bitte so einstellen, dass die
Boxen waagerecht stehen.
Das genaue Ausrichten des Möbels ist Grundvoraus-
setzung für ein exaktes Fugenbild. Die inneren Bohr-
löcher im Boxboden sind mit Abdeckkappen zu ver-
schließen.
Adjust the furniture by turning the bases of the feet.
Level out the furniture precisely to be able to align the
doors, laps and drawers. Seal the drill holes using the
covering caps.

Mounting and calibrating the corner feet – combined furniture
Beispiel: Zwei aneinandergereihte Boxen
Example: Combination of two boxes
Möbel beim Aufstellen nicht über die Füße kippen!
When putting furniture into upright position, do not tilt over the feet!
Kombinierte Boxen werden am Stoß mit zwei Kombifüßen verbunden.
Hierzu eine der Boxen mit zwei Eckfüßen und zwei Kombifüße bestücken.
Die Box anschließend aufstellen und ausrichten.
Combine furniture with two combi-feet at the joint of the boxes.
Fit one box with two corner-feet and two combi-feet.
Place furniture upright and adjust the feet.
Die zweite Box mit zwei äußeren Eckfüßen bestücken.
Fit second box only with two corner-feet into external holes.
Die zweite Box auf die Arretierungsdorne der über-
stehenden Grundplatte der Kombifüße aufsetzen und
einrasten lassen.
Anschließend die Boxen ausrichten und gegebenenfalls
miteinander verschrauben (s. S. 9).
Nun die Kombifüße der ersten Box, in der zweiten Box
verschrauben.
Place second box onto the pin on the overlapping base
of the combi-feet.
Level out the furniture and join the boxes, if nescessary
by screwing them together (s. p. 9).
Fix feet by screwing them into the second box.

Boxen verschrauben
Screwing the boxes together
Die Boxen können nebeneinander und übereinander gestellt und ver-
schraubt werden. Die Seiten und die oberen Böden sind hierfür mit
Bohrungen vorbereitet.
Zum Verschrauben bitte die Linsenkopfschrauben 3,5 x 40 mm ver-
wenden und die Boxen mit Klemmzwingen ixieren.
Boxes can be screwed together – either side by side or one on top of
the other, the sides and the upper shelves boast prepared drill holes
for this purpose.
Use the 3.5 x 40 mm pan head screws to screw the units together
and use clamps to secure the units when screwing them together.

Kippsicherung montieren
Wall mounting tilt-protection
Schubkkästen und Türen herausnehmen (siehe Seite 14/16)!
Remove drawers and doors (see page 14/16)!
Bitte beachten Sie: die Bohrungen in der Rückwand sind nicht
durchgebohrt.
Abdeckkappen herausnehmen und Löcher für die Kippsicherung
durchbohren, hierbei mit einem Klotz rückseitig gegenhalten um
ein Ausreißen zu vermeiden.
Dübelloch anzeichnen und bohren.
Schraube mit Karosseriescheibe nicht zu fest anziehen, damit sich
die Rückwand nicht verbiegt, eventuellen Spalt zwischen Wand und
Rückwand mit Unterlegmaterial ausfüllen.
Drillings in rear-panel are not drilled through.
Take out cover caps and drill through holes for tilt protection.
With a block counterpressure from the rear-side to prevent rear-
panel to chip from drilling through.
Mark wallplug and drill hole in the wall.
Do not fasten screw with bodywork washer too tight to prevent
rear-panel from bending.
If nescessary underlay distance between wall and box with material.
