Changing the Music on your PlayNetwork Player
For Channel Suite and Custom Blend Users
Changing the channel on your music player is simple, and only requires the push of a few
buttons! This document contains step by step, visual instructions on how to change your
music content in seconds.
Step 1: Select the button beneath the “ Q Menu” option on your player
Step:2: Using the down arrow from the arrow keypad on your player, press down until
you see View/Select Channel

Step 3: Press the enter button (the button in the middle of the arrow keypad) once you
see the arrow on the blue seen next to “View/Select Channel”- the player will notify
you that it is “loading channels”
Step 4: press the down arrow once more (using the arrow keypad) until you see the
channel you would like to select

Step 6: The blue screen will indicate that your newly selected channel is loading, and
will be begin to play your selection. Please feel free to contact Voice Solutions should

Step 5: With the arrow on the blue screen beside the channel you would like, press the
enter button
