Item #: 53563 Name: Solar Flower Spinner
Place your solar spinner where it will receive the most direct sunlight during the day and where it will not be aected by
arcial lights at night. Ensure that the switch on the back side of each spinner solar panel is in the “ON” poson, and
allow charging for a full day. With a full charge, the non-replaceable LED lights may remain illuminated for up to 6 hours,
depending on environmental condons.
To install your spinner, push the ground stake and extra prongs into the ground, keeping the pole straight. If needed,
son the ground to make it easier to install. Do not over-saturate.
The rechargeable ba may need to be replaced aa year of use. To replace the baery:
1. Remove the spinner blades from the T-bar.
2. Find and remove 3 inset screws on backside of solar panel. See diagram.
Do NOT remove screws holding metal blades to plasc compartment.
A. Remove this screw
B. Do not remove
C. Remove this screw
D. Do not remove
E. Remove this screw
F. Do not remove
3. Remove cover on the front of solar panel. Take out old bary and replace
with a new Ni-MH AAA 300 (or greater) mAh 1.2V rechargeable bay. Be sure to align
polarity markings on the bay with those in bay housing.
4. Replace cover aligning the screw holes with the posts and secure it with
screws.
5. Follow the instruons on page 1 to re-assemble the spinner.
Install only new baes of the same type. Failure to insert baes in the correct polarity may shorten bay life or
cause leakage. Do not dispose of baes in re. Recycle or dispose of baies as per state or local guidelines.
Switch to the “OFF” poson and remove baes when storing for extended periods
of me.
