IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
When using an electrical appliance, basic safety precautions should
always be observed, including the following:
1. Before first connecting the appliance, check that voltage
indicated on the rating label corresponds to the mains voltage in
your home.
2. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly qualified person to

3. When the hair dryer is used in a bathroom, unplug it after use
since the proximity of water presents a hazard even when the
hairdryer is switched off.

exceeding 30 mA is advisable in the electrical circuit supplying the
bathroom. Ask your installer for advice.
5. WARNING –Do not use this appliance near bathtubs, showers,
basins, or other vessels containing water.
6. Do not use the hair dryer for any other purposes than those
described in this instruction manual.
7. This appliance can be used by children 8 years and older and
persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or
lack of experience and knowledge if they are supervised or instructed
on the safe use of the appliance understand the risks involved.
Children are not to play with the appliance. Cleaning and user
maintenance are not to be carried out by children without supervision.
8. Do not use outdoors.
9. Always unplug the hair dryer from the power supply when not
in use and before cleaning.
10. To protect against the risk of electric shock, do not immerse
the appliance in water or in any other liquids.
11. Do not spray aerosol products when the hair dryer is operation.
12. Do not leave the hair dryer switched on when it is not in use.
13. Do not use other attachments than those supplied.

14. The air inlet and outlet openings should never be obstructed
to prevent the appliance from getting too hot.
15. If, however, the airflow is inadvertently obstructed during use,
the built-in thermal safety cut-off will automatically switch off the
appliance. The hair dryer will switch on again automatically after
cooling down for a few minutes.
16. Keep your hair away from the immediate vicinity of the inlet
opening to prevent it from being drawn in.
17. Store the appliance in a cool, dry place.
18. Do not use the appliance with wet hands.
19. Never wrap the cord around the appliance since this will cause
the cord to wear prematurely and break.
20. If the supply cord of this appliance becomes damaged, the
appliance must be repaired by returning it to the retailer from which
the product was purchased or a similarly qualified person in order
to avoid a hazard.

1. Always ensure the switch is set to OFF position before plugging
the unit into the power outlet.
2. Put the plug in the wall socket.
3. Switch the appliance on with button 8, select the desired
airflow: I-II-III
4. Select desired heat level with button 7: I-II-III
5. Dry your hair by making brushing movements while holding the
dryer at a small distance from your hair.
6. When you have finished, set the power switch to the Off position
then unplug the power cord.

MAINTENANCE

Note:
The hair dryer can be use with or without the concentrator.
It's suggested to use the high settings for drying hair and the
low settings for styling.
If the hair dryer stops for any reason, turn it off at once and let
it cool down.
Cleaning
1. The appliance can be cleaned with a dry cloth.
2. The attachments can be cleaned with a moist cloth or rinsed
under a running tap.
3. Remove the attachments from the appliance before cleaning them.
Make sure the attachments are dry before using or storing them.
4. Never rinse the appliance with water.
Storage
Unplug the appliance when not in use.
Allow the appliance to cool and store it in a clean, dry location.
This hair dryer features a loop allowing it to be conveniently hung
on a hook for easy access.

VIKTIGE SIKKERHETSANVISNINGER
Ved bruk av elektriske apparater må alltid grunnleggende
