•Before you start to assemble and use t e landing area please read t is manual carefully and store t e manual in a
safe place for furt er reference. Polanik s all not be liable for any cage damages w ic are t e result of t e failure
to follow t is manual.

•Warning! T e sports equipment produced by Polanik is designed for at letics training and use in sports
competitions only. Please pay special attention w en using t e product, misuse of at letics equipment can cause

•Specific warranty terms:
1) T e use of t e landing area outdoors requires a waterproof cover and a landing area platform for proper
insulation from t e ground. Failure to follow t e above restrictions results in t e loss of t e warranty rig ts.
2) T e top pad of t e landing area is equipped wit a spike resistant mes fabric. T e mes fabric is designed to
protect t e landing area against spikes used by jumpers. W ile landing and walking on t e top pad t e spikes
go t roug t e mes fabric and do not damage t e surface. One must not s uffle t e spikes on t e mes
fabric, because under ig crosswise stress caused by moving t e spikes wit out lifting t e feet, it may
appen t at t e top pad will be torn. T e damages of t e top pad caused by careless sliding t e pikes on t e
top pad surface are excluded from t e warranty and can be removed in course of payable repair or
replacement of t e landing area elements.

POLANIK landing area W-647 is top quality sports equipment w ic is designed to secure jumpers and absorb impact
energy of a jumper’s landing after take off and flig t in ig jump training.

III. P epa ing fo fi st use
T e landing area elements are vacuum packed only for transport. Please unpack t em immediately after delivery and
leave t em in a roofed place for few ours, so t at t ey can return to t eir original s apes. Sto ing vacuum packed
landing a ea elements may cause pe manent damages in thei inte nal st uctu es. W en t e landing area elements
return to t eir original dimensions, you can place t em in ig jump field. T e field surface s ould be even, smoot
and wit out any obstacles. If you use t e landing area outdoors, you s ould also provide: a special waterproof cover
P-647 to protect t e landing area against unfavourable weat er conditions and a modular platform SW-6x4 to insulate
t e landing area from t e ground.
IV. Assembly
It is done in 5 easy steps

self-locking buckles located on t e
segment sides fasten t e segments to
eac ot er,,
place t e top pad on t e landing area
main segments,,
t en fasten t e top pad to t e main
segments using D-rings
now t e landing area is ready for use.
V. Ope ating
Stepping on t e landing area and practising require special footwear designed for t ose purposes. Treading on t e
landing area in footwear wit spikes is only allowed w en t e landing area is equipped wit special spike resistant
surface. Stepping on t e landing areas in ard footwear or in s oes wit eels is strongly pro ibited. You must not
put any tables, c airs, benc es or any ot er objects w ose unit pressure exceeds 1kg/1cm2 on t e landing area. If
t e landing area is moved from one place to anot er very often, it is recommended t at a landing area cart s ould
be used.
VI. Maintenance
Due to t e ygiene requirements it is recommended t at t e landing area s ould be cleaned regularly wit
commonly available detergents. Before you start wiping t e landing area, please try to clean a small spot on its
bottom side in order to c eck t e reaction wit t e PVC fabric.
VII. Sto ing
T e landing area segments can be stored only in a orizontal position. T ey cannot be bent or pressed by any objects
during storing. T at may deform t e segments permanently. A storing facility s ould be clean and dry. It oug t to
provide min. temperature 5º C.
