
Directory Add contacts to your phone. Saving to Directory from the phone will not
DND Enabling the ‘Do not Disturb (DND)’ function will reject all incoming calls
automatically and forward callers to your ‘Busy’ message. Calls will be displayed
as ‘missed calls.’ To enable, press the DND soft key on your phone.
Toggle Calls While on the 1st call, press the 2nd line key to initiate a new call. During this time,
the other caller will be put on ‘Hold.’ Selecting the other line key will
automatically pick up the call if ringing.
Transfer Press ‘Transfer’ to put your current call on hold. You can now dial an extension or
an outside number, then hit ‘Send’, wait for an answer and announce the call.
Once completed, you may press ‘Transfer’ again or hang up to complete.
Blind Transfer While on a live call, select‘Transfer’ and then press ‘Blind’. This will allow you to
transfer a call without consulting with the individual to see if they are available.
Conference While on the 1st call, press the ‘Conference’ soft key. This will place the 1st call on
hold. Key in the number/extension and when they answer, select ‘Conference’
again and the two calls with join onto the current line.
Hold To place a caller on hold, select the ‘Hold’ button or the ‘Hold’ soft key on your
phone. To resume the call, select ‘Hold’ again or the ‘Resume’soft key.
Mute Press the ‘Mute’ key on your phone to silence yourself from the caller. Press the
‘Mute’ key again to unmute.
Park While on call, select ‘Transfer’ soft key, then dial *70 and hit‘Send.’ An audio
announcement will conrm parking spot number, hit ‘Transfer’ to park the call.
Retrieve Park Dial ‘*71 plus the parking number provided (e.g. *711) to retrieve the call.
Intercom Dial ‘star’ (*) plus ‘1’and the extension number to start an intercom (e.g. *1999).
Paging
Features Instructions
Press the ‘Paging’ soft key and then select the group you wish to make an
announcement over. Press ‘Paging’ again and the selected phones will answer
automatically through the speakerphone mode.

(e.g. (555) 555-5555 or extension) into the ‘Always, Busy or No Answer’ slots.
