WARNING
Never allow a child under 6 years old on the upper bunk.
TO HELP PREVENT SERIOUS OR FATAL INJURIES FROM ENTRAPMENT OR FALLS:
Always use the recommended size mattress or mattress support, or both, to help prevent the likelihood
of entrapment or falls.
Use only a mattress which is 74"- 75" long and 37-1/2" ~ 38-1/2" wide on the
upper bunk.
Ensure thickness of mattress does not exceed 6" and surface of mattress is at least 5" below
upper edge of guardrails.
Always use guardrails on both long sides of the upper bunk.
If bunk bed will be placed next to a wall, the guardrail that runs the full length of the
bed should be placed against the wall to prevent entrapment between the bed and the
wall.

Prohibit horseplay on or under bed(s) and prohibit jumping on the bed.
Prohibit more than one person on upper bunk.
Use ladder for entering and leaving upper bunk.
Maximum total weight is not to exceed 300 lbs. on the upper bunk.
Periodically check and ensure that the guardrail, ladder, and other components are in the their
proper position, free from damage, and that all connectors are tight.
Do not use substitute parts. Replacement parts, including additional guardrails, may be
obtained from our customer service department.
Use of water or sleep flotation mattresses is prohibited.
Use of a night light may provide added safety precaution for a child using the upper
bunk.
STRANGULATION HAZARD Never attach or hang items to any part of the bunk bed that

Powell Reseller and was received in it’s originally sealed carton.
3. If you find a part missing or damaged you have a 30-day window
in which to order a replacement part from the date on your
purchase receipt.
4. You have 3 ways to do this. You will need a copy of your purchase
receipt or invoice
a. By FAX: You can fill out the part order form below and fax it
to: 336-540-1281
b. By Email: You can fill out and submit the part order form
to: [email protected]
c. By Mail: You can fill out the part order form below and along
with a copy of your receipt send it to Powell, Parts
Department, 136 Gant Rd. Eden, NC 27288
5. Once this order is sent in you will be notified if the part(s) you are
requesting can not be shipped within 5-7 business days.
