AEQ-7X0 4-band graphic equalizer
with subwoofer output and CD/RADIO selector switch
FEATURES
This equalizerwill be able to control 4-frequency response levels separately and in this
way obtain a personal interpretation of your favourite sound. The subwoofer output is
an additional convenience when you wish to add subwoofers to your audio systemto
greatly enrichthebass sound.
It will performwithanyunit operatingina 12volt negativegroundelectrical system.

MECHANICAL INSTALLATION
1. Select the desired location to mount unit under the dash board.
2. Drill (4) 4.2 m/mdiameter holes. Fix the mounting bracket under dash or hump with (4)
4 x 15 m/mtapping screw. Be careful when drilling so as not to damage existing wiring
under the dash board.
3. Mount unit to the mounting bracket with (4) 3 x 10 m/mmachine screw.

1. SUBWOOFER VOLUME
This control adjusts output level of subwoofer.
2. SUBWOOFER FREQ.
This switch select subwoofer frequency
43 or 60 Hz with LEDindicator.
3. EQUALIZER CONTROLS
Control the frequency response of the
Booster or cut, with the four tone controls
each Bass, Mid-Bass, Mid, Hi.1
4. FADER CONTROL
This control adjusts the volume between
the front and rear speakers in 4 speaker system.
5. INPUT SELECTOR SWITCH
This switch select the RADIOinput or CD
input with LEDindicator.
6. VOLUME CONTROL
This control adjusts the output level

OPERATION
1. When the radio cassette or CD player connected to this unit is turned ON, the unit turns ON
and the indicator lights up.
2. With the 4 speaker system, use the fader control to adjust the sound balance between the
front and rear speakers.
3. Rotate the graphic equalizer controls to obtain the preferred sound quality.
4. Use the subwoofer output level control on the front to adjust the sound level heard fromthe
subwoofer.

PowerBass USA, Inc. offers limited warranty on PowerBass products under normal use on the following terms:
PowerBass Autosound Speakers are to be free of defects in material and work- manship for a period of one (1) year.
This warranty applies only to PowerBass products sold to consumers by Authorized PowerBass Dealers in the United States of America.
Products purchased by consumers from a PowerBass dealer in another country are covered only by that country’s Distributor and not by
PowerBass USA.
This warranty covers only the original purchaser of PowerBass product. In order to receive service, the purchaser must provide PowerBass with
the receipt stating the consumer name, dealer, product and date of purchase.
Products found to be defective during the warranty period will be repaired or replaced (with a product deemed to be equivalent) at PowerBass’s
discretion and will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages. PowerBass will not warranty this product under the following situations:
• Speakers received with bent frames or water damage
• Abuse such as holes in the cone, surround or ripped spider
• Voice coil damage due to amplifier clipping or distortion
• Product that has not been installed according to this owners manual
Any implied warranties including warranties of fitness for use and merchantability are limited in duration to the period of the express warranty set
forth above. Some states do not allow limitations on the length of an implied warranty, so this limitation may not apply. No person is authorized to
assume for PowerBass any other liability in connection with the sale of this product.
Please call (909) 993-5399 for PowerBass Customer Service. You must obtain an RA# (Return Authorization Number) to return any product to
PowerBass. The RA number must be prominently marked on the outside of the shipping carton or the delivery will be refused. Please pack your
return carefully; we are not responsible for items damaged in shipping. Return the defective product along with a copy of the original dated retail
sales receipt, plus $9.00 for handling and diagnostic evaluation to:
