CIRCUIT
BREAKER
PROTECTION:
PowerInterruption
1. When the current exceeds 300 DC amps
or
there Isa shortcircuit between the
battery andthe PDIS300, thered lever will automatically flip open and cut
off
the
power supply. After determining the cause and correcting the condition that
caused thePDISB300
to
open the circuit, thered lever can
be
pressed back to
itsoriginal position
to
resetthe PDISB300 and
tum
thepowerback on.
NOTE: Make sure the powerinverter orany other electronic component connected
to the PDISB300 Isturned offbefore resetting thered powerlever.
2.
Manual power off: Ifyou need
to
disconnect powerfrom a device for servicing
press thered button, this will release the lever and turn offthe power.
NOTE:
DO
NOTattempt
to
manually flip the red lever
to
turn offthe power, doing so
will damage themechanism,
it
will
no
longer work and will need to
be
replaced.
NOTE: Make sure the powerInverter
or
any otherelectronic component connected
to
the PDISB300
is
turned offbefore resetting the red powerlever.
WARNING: When the circuit breaker is tripped
to
the offposition, either due
to
an
Incident
or
manuallyturned off, poweris still present
at
the incomingend
of
the
PDISB300 and typical respectfor dangerous electricity should be given.
INSTALLATION:
1 Select a location for thePDISB300thatis out
of
the weather and keep it away
from flammablefumes
or
fuel tanks.
NOTE: The PDISB300was designed
to
withstand the weather buta location
where
it
Is
not
continuously exposed
to
wet conditions is best.
2 Run the proper size cablefrom the positive connection
of
the Inverter
to
one
side
of
the PDISB300. Take precautions to protectthe cable from damage.
Cable must
be
onecontinuous run and
not
two pieces
of
cable spliced together.
3 Connectthe proper size cable
to
the other side
of
thePDISB300.
4 Ensurethe PDISB300 is In the "OFF" position.
NOTE: See
#2
"Manual Power Off' above.
5 Connectthe cable to the battery. Cable must
be
onecontinuous run and not
two
pieces
of
cable spliced together.
NOTE: When connecting
to
a bank
of
batteries thatare connected in parallel,
connectthe positive cable
to
one end
of
the bankand the negative to the
oppos
ite
side
of
the bank. This will Improve theperformance
of
the inverter
by
drawing
poweracross all the batteries, instead
of
from onebattery with some spill overfrom
the others
in
thebank.

DAS COMPANIES, INC. POWERDRIVE™ ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
This Limited Warranty covers this PowerDrive™ product.
This product is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE (1) YEAR
from the date of original retail purchase ("Warranty Period"). This warranty extends only to the original
purchaser and will end when the product is transferred to a subsequent owner. If a defect arises during
the Warranty Period, DAS (PowerDrive), at its option and to the extent permitted by law will (1) repair
the product at no charge using new parts or parts that are equivalent to new in performance and
reliability or (2) exchange the product with a functionally equivalent product that is new or equivalent to
new in performance and reliability. This warranty excludes damage resulting from misuse or abuse,
accident, operation of the product not in accordance with the manuals or other included written
instructions, modification of the product, attempted repair of the product, or as a result of an act of God
or as a result of war or terrorist attack or other causes that are not defects in materials and
workmanship.
Non-PowerDrive branded products/Third Party Products. This warranty does not apply to products that
are not PowerDrive branded even if packaged or sold with PowerDrive products, nor does it apply to
batteries or similar expandable parts or accessories.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW DAS (POWERDRIVE) IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT,
INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR SERVICE OF THE
PRODUCT. THE WARRANTY AND REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL
OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES, AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL, WRITTEN, EXPRESS, STATUTORY
OR IMPLIED. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW DAS (POWERDRIVE) DISCLAIMS ALL
IMPLIED AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. US FEDERAL LAW DOES NOT PERMIT IMPLIED WARRANTIES TO BE
DISCLAIMED AND TO THE EXTENT SUCH IMPLIED WARRANTIES CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED, THEN SUCH
WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. Any recovery is
limited to the value of the original purchase price. No other person is authorized to modify this limited
warranty, and your seller is solely responsible for any other warranties.
Some states and countries do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or allow
exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions
may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights,
which vary from state to state. For consumers, who are covered by consumer protection laws or
regulations in their state or country of purchase or, if different, their state or country of residence, the

benefits conferred by DAS’s One Year Limited Warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies
conveyed by such consumer protection laws and regulations.
How to obtain Warranty Service? Within the first thirty (30) days after the original purchase, products
must be returned to the dealer. After thirty (30) days and for up to one (1) year the product may be
returned to PowerDrive. When returning products to PowerDrive:
Shipping to PowerDrive must be paid by you. Your replacement or repaired product will be returned to
you with no shipping charge. Carefully pack the product and all included accessories into a suitable box
or mailing package, including the original dated register receipt or invoice and a letter describing the
defect, including a daytime phone number and a street address. Do not use a PO Box as UPS and other
carriers will not deliver to a PO Box.
•Any returned product that has only a PO Box return address will be held until further
notification from you which notification must include a street address.
•Make sure you can track your shipment to us. PowerDrive will not be responsible for lost
packages.
•PowerDrive will not be responsible for damage incurred during shipment to us.
•Failure to include dated proof of original purchase will invalidate the DAS Limited Warranty.
