PREPARATION
IN CHOOSING THE APPROPRIATE ABRASIVE SHEETIN CHOOSING THE APPROPRIATE ABRASIVE SHEET
The material removal rate and surface quality depend on the strength of the sandpaper grain. Suitable sand (g) made
of sandpaper should be used for processing various materials. The supplied 80 grit sandpaper serves for more
coarse / rough
grinding / removal. Grit 240 is better suited for detail grinding and fine grinding. This sander includes an 80 and 240
gram sandpaper for each sanding plate base. It is best to make a test run on a scrap of material to determine the
optimal sandpaper grades for the job. If there are still marks on your object after sanding, try either going back to a
coarser degree and sanding the marks before resuming work with the original grain selection, or try using a new piece
of sandpaper to eliminate unwanted marks before moving on to a finer grain and finishing the job.

ABOUT SUCTION OF DUSTABOUT SUCTION OF DUST
WARNING! RISK OF FIRE!
When working with power tools that have a dust box or can be connected to the vacuum cleaner with an adapter,
there is a risk or fire! Under unfavorable conditions, such as when sparks fly while grinding metal or metal residues in
wood, the wood dust in the dust bag (or vacuum cleaner bag) may ignite by itself. This is a particular risk if wood dust
is mixed with paint residues or other chemicals and the workpiece becomes hot after long processing. Therefore, do
not overheat the working element and always empty the dust container or dust bag from a vacuum cleaner before
taking a break from work.
ATTENTION: Always wear a dust mask. ATTENTION: Always wear a dust mask.

ACTION
NOTE: It is recommended that the grinder is always supplied with 230V 50Hz by a device powered by
a residual current with a rated residual current of 30mA or less.
WARNING! Before connecting the device to the mains, make sure that it is turned off. WARNING! Before connecting the device to the mains, make sure that it is turned off.
ATTENTION: For the triangular sanding plate (11) and the rectangular sanding plate (9), always turn on the sander ATTENTION: For the triangular sanding plate (11) and the rectangular sanding plate (9), always turn on the sander
before it comes into contact with the material to be sanded, and then place it on the workpiece. For the circular orbital
sanding plate (13), place the sanding plate on the workpiece and then start the sanding machine with the operator
holding the grinder firmly. There is no automatic brake system on this grinder and the disc rotates at high speed if the
workpiece is not in contact with the grinder.
WARNING: Do not remove the sander from the workpiece while the round orbital sander plate (13) is running. Turn WARNING: Do not remove the sander from the workpiece while the round orbital sander plate (13) is running. Turn
the grinder off and then remove it from the workpiece when the grinder stops in place. Failure to follow the above
recommendations on a circular, random orbital sander plate (13) may damage the surface of the workpiece (scratch
marks when rotated).

20
It is not recommended to use the device for grinding plaster surfaces. The grinder can be used as an
auxiliary device for grinding plaster surfaces in hard-to-reach places. The condition is to keep the air
vents and switches clean. This will ensure a longer life of the equipment.
Sanding large plaster surfaces will wear out the equipment much faster. Such action will be excluded
from the manufacturer's warranty.
Turning on and off
Connect the socket to the mains and switch it on. To turn the grinder on,
slide / slide the ON / OFF switch (1) towards the front of the grinder to the
ON position marked "I" (fig. Q). To turn off the power to the grinder, slide /
slide the ON / OFF switch (1) towards the rear of the grinder to the OFF
position marked "O" (fig. R).
Setting the oscillating speed
The desired speed can be set as required with the speed selector switch
(14). The required speed depends on the material to be processed and
whether it can be determined by practical tests. There are 5 speeds + MAX
